Referring to fig. 9 and 15, the high-speed grinding head with high balance further includes a water supply mechanism 4 for respectively supplying water to the forward rotation grinding head and the reverse rotation grinding head, and the forward rotation gear shaft 151 and the reverse rotation gear shaft 161 are respectively provided with a first through hole 51; the water supply mechanism 4 is provided with a water discharge disc 41 and a water distribution disc 42 rotating along with the grinding head, the water discharge disc 41 is provided with an annular water bearing cavity 411, a water inlet 412 communicated with the water bearing cavity 411, a water discharge convex ring 413 extending downwards from the bottom wall of the water bearing cavity 411 and a plurality of water discharge through holes 414 which are uniformly distributed on the water discharge convex ring 413 in a circumferential manner and are communicated with the water bearing cavity 411; the water diversion disc 42 is provided with a water guide ring 421, a water diversion chamber 422, a plurality of water diversion blades 423 and a plurality of water diversion holes 424; the lower water convex ring 413 is sleeved in the water guide ring 421, and the lower end of the water guide ring 421 is communicated with the water diversion chamber 422; the plurality of water distribution vanes 423 are disposed on the bottom wall of the water distribution chamber 422 and divide the water distribution chamber 422 into a plurality of partial chambers 4221; the water distribution holes 424 are uniformly arranged on the bottom wall of the water distribution chamber 422 along the circumference, one water distribution hole 424 is correspondingly arranged in each sub-chamber 4221, and the upper end of the first through hole 51 is communicated with the water distribution holes 424; in the rotation process of the grinding head, the water supply mechanism 4 keeps the water discharge disc 41 in an immobile state, external water enters the water bearing chamber 411 from the water inlet 412, and the water is guided to the water diversion chamber 422 through the water discharge hole 414 and the water guide ring 421; the water distribution disc 42 rotates at a high speed along with the grinding head, water flows into the water distribution chamber 422 and rotates at a high speed along with the water distribution disc 42, the water flow in each sub-chamber 4221 cannot rotate at a high speed circumferentially due to the blockage of water distribution blades in the high-speed rotation process, and the water flow can flow downwards from the water distribution hole 424 into the first through hole 51 and flow downwards onto the grinding head, so that the aim of supplying water to the grinding heads circumferentially distributed in the high-speed rotation process is fulfilled; rivers provide the cooling water for each bistrique process of polishing to each bistrique department, and the cooling effect is strong and the water supply volume is less, avoids watering on a large scale to cause the waste and avoids more water can permeate inside the ceramic tile and increased the degree of difficulty of follow-up dehydration process.
The water diversion hole 424 of the present invention is inserted with a water conduit 425 extending into the first through hole 51; the water guide pipe 425 can accurately guide the water in the water distribution disc 42 to the first through hole 51 and further flow to the grinding head; the water flow can be prevented from permeating into the gear transmission set to influence the normal transmission structure of each gear, and the water resource can be prevented from being wasted.
An assembly shaft 52 is sleeved in the first through hole 51, a second through hole 521 which penetrates up and down is arranged at the center of the assembly shaft 52, and the water guide pipe 425 is sleeved in the second through hole 521; the assembly shaft 52 separates the forward rotation gear shaft 151 or the reverse rotation gear shaft 161 from the water conduit 425, so that water can be prevented from permeating into the gear transmission group to influence the normal transmission of the gears; the lower end of the assembly shaft 52 is provided with a ring table 522 which extends out of the first through hole 51 and is used for assembling the grinding head; the forward rotation gear 15 or the reverse rotation gear 16 is arranged on the forward rotation gear shaft 151 or the reverse rotation gear shaft 161, and the grinding head is arranged on the assembling shaft 52, so that the assembling is simpler and firmer and the maintenance and the repair are convenient due to the separated arrangement.
The upper end of the assembly shaft 52 is provided with a locking seat 53, and the locking seat 53 is provided with a ring seat 531 sleeved on the outer ring of the upper end of the assembly shaft 52 and an elastic sheet 532 inserted in the first through hole 51; the locking seat 53 can firmly assemble the assembly shaft 52 into the first through hole 51.
A sealing member 54 is provided in a gap between the water guide pipe 425 and the second through hole 521; the seal 54 further prevents water from penetrating the gear train and affecting the normal drive configuration of the gears.
The water dividing chamber 422 of the present invention is an annular chamber, and the water dividing blade 423 extends from the inner ring of the water dividing chamber 422 to the outer ring in a spiral outward expansion manner; the water diversion chamber 422 is divided into arc-shaped sub-chambers 4221 which gradually expand outwards by the water diversion blades 423, when the water diversion disc 42 rotates at a high speed, water flows from the inner ring of the water diversion chamber 422 to the outer ring of the water diversion chamber 422 in a swinging mode, the water flows along the arc-shaped sub-chambers 4221 which gradually expand outwards and collides with the water diversion blades 423, the water flows are blocked by the water diversion blades 423 to flow towards the inner ring of the water diversion chamber 422, the water flows are prevented from rotating at a high speed and rotating circumferentially by the water diversion disc 42, the water flows can be guaranteed to flow downwards to provide cooling water for the grinding head, and the water supply effect is better.
The inner diameter of the water guide ring 421 is the same as the inner diameter of the water diversion chamber 422, the outer diameter of the water guide ring 421 is smaller than the outer diameter of the water diversion chamber 422, when water flows from the water guide ring 421 to the water diversion chamber 422, the water flow is an inner ring close to the water diversion chamber 422, when the water diversion disc 42 rotates at a high speed along with the grinding head, the water flow in the inner ring of the water diversion chamber 422 is thrown to the outer ring of the water diversion chamber 422 and impacts the water diversion blades 423, the water flow is blocked by the water diversion blades 423 to flow in the annular direction of the water diversion chamber 422, so that the water flow does not rotate circumferentially due to the high-speed rotation of the water diversion disc, the water flow can be ensured to flow downwards to provide cooling water for the.
The water discharging disc 41 and the water distributing disc 42 are sleeved on the power main shaft 111; the position of water dish 41 and water diversion disc 42 under can restricting makes water dish 41, water diversion disc 42 and power main shaft 111 be concentric setting down, just it is accurate that lower water bulge loop 413 and water guide ring 421 cooperate, drives water guide ring 421 and rotates the cover and locate on lower water bulge loop 413 at water diversion disc 42 rotation in-process, not only does not influence lower water bulge loop 413 drainage structure, does not influence water diversion disc 42 yet and rotates the branch water.
The water diversion holes 424 are arranged on the bottom wall of the outer side of the water diversion chamber 422, water flows swing from inside to outside and impact the water diversion blades 423, so that the direction of the water flows is changed at the side close to the outer ring side wall of the water diversion chamber 422, the position of the water diversion holes 424 close to the change of the direction of the water flows conveniently, the water flows downwards through the water diversion holes 424, and water diversion is smoother.

The outer ring diameter of the lower water convex ring 413 is the same as that of the water bearing cavity 411, and the inner ring diameter of the lower water convex ring 413 is larger than that of the water bearing cavity 411.
The water inlet 412 is arranged on the top wall of the water bearing chamber 411, and the water inlet 412 is provided with a water receiving pipe 4121 communicated with the water bearing chamber 411; and the distance from the water inlet 412 to the outer side wall of the water bearing chamber 411 is greater than the distance from the water outlet 414 to the outer side wall of the water bearing chamber 411; the water receiving pipe 4121 is convenient for injecting water into the water receiving chamber 411 and shunting the water to the water diversion chamber 422 through the lower water through hole 414; one water receiving pipe 4121 is used for water inlet, and the water discharging plate is used for circumferential water discharging, so that a plurality of water receiving pipes are not required to be connected, and the structure is simpler.
The bottom wall of the water-receiving chamber 411 of the invention is convexly provided with a plurality of arc-shaped guide vanes 4111 which are distributed on the same circular ring, and the guide vanes 4111 and the water-receiving chamber 411 are arranged concentrically; and the distance from the lower water through hole 414 to the outer side wall of the water receiving chamber 411 is smaller than the distance from the guide tab 4111 to the outer side wall of the water receiving chamber 411; when water goes down from the water inlet 412, the guide 4111 disperses the water flow, and each of the drainage holes 414 uniformly drains water.
The upper end of the power main shaft 111 is sleeved with a sleeve seat 112, and the upper end and the lower end of the sleeve seat 112 are respectively connected with the power main shaft 111 through bearings; the lower water tray 41 and the water distribution tray 42 are respectively sleeved on the sleeve seats 112, the sleeve seats 112 are respectively arranged between the lower water tray 41 and the water distribution tray 42 and the power spindle 111 at intervals, and the problem that the lower water tray 41 and the water distribution tray 42 rotate under the influence of the power spindle 111 to influence the water supply effect of the water supply mechanism 4 can be avoided.

The high-speed grinding head with high balance is characterized in that: comprises at least one group of grinding head groups and a grinding head transmission mechanism; the grinding head transmission mechanism is provided with a driving gear, a grinding head motor for driving the driving gear to rotate and a gear transmission group for correspondingly driving each group of grinding head groups to operate, and the driving gear is provided with a power main shaft connected with the grinding head motor; the gear transmission group is provided with a first transition gear, a first transition gear shaft, a second transition gear shaft, a forward rotation gear shaft, a reverse rotation gear and a reverse rotation gear shaft; the first transition gear is arranged on a first transition gear shaft, the second transition gear is arranged on a second transition gear shaft, the forward rotation gear is arranged on a forward rotation gear shaft, and the reverse rotation gear is arranged on a reverse rotation gear shaft; the driving gear is meshed with a first transition gear, the first transition gear is meshed with a second transition gear and a forward rotation gear, and the second transition gear is meshed with a reverse rotation gear; the grinding head group is provided with a forward rotation grinding head arranged at the lower end of the forward rotation gear shaft and a reverse rotation grinding head arranged at the lower end of the reverse rotation gear shaft; the grinding machine also comprises a water supply mechanism for respectively supplying water to the forward rotation grinding head and the reverse rotation grinding head, wherein the forward rotation gear shaft and the reverse rotation gear shaft are respectively provided with a first through hole; the water supply mechanism is provided with a water discharge disc and a water distribution disc rotating along with the grinding head, the water discharge disc is provided with an annular water bearing cavity, a water inlet communicated with the water bearing cavity, a water discharge convex ring extending downwards from the bottom wall of the water bearing cavity and a plurality of water discharge through holes which are circumferentially and uniformly distributed on the water discharge convex ring and are communicated with the water bearing cavity; the water distribution disc is provided with a water guide ring, a water distribution cavity, a plurality of water distribution blades and a plurality of water distribution holes; the lower water convex ring is sleeved in the water guide ring, and the lower end of the water guide ring is communicated with the water distribution chamber; the plurality of water distribution blades are arranged on the bottom wall of the water distribution chamber and divide the water distribution chamber into a plurality of sub-chambers; the circumferences of the water distribution holes are uniformly arranged on the bottom wall of the water distribution chamber, each water distribution chamber is correspondingly provided with one water distribution hole, and the upper end of the first through hole is communicated and connected with the water distribution holes.

A high-speed grinding head with high balance as set forth in claim 1, wherein: the high-speed grinding head is provided with three groups of grinding head groups and three groups of gear transmission groups which correspondingly drive the grinding head groups to operate, six grinding heads which are uniformly distributed on the circumference are arranged, and the forward rotation grinding head and the reverse rotation grinding head are arranged at intervals.

A high-speed grinding head with high balance as set forth in claim 1, wherein: the grinding head further comprises a revolution body which wraps the driving gear, the first transition gear, the second transition gear, the forward rotation gear and the reverse rotation gear, and two ends of the power main shaft, the first transition gear shaft, the second transition gear shaft, the forward rotation gear shaft and the reverse rotation gear shaft are pivoted with the revolution body through bearings.

A high-speed grinding head with high balance as set forth in claim 3, wherein: the revolution body is internally provided with positioning seats sleeved on the upper end and the lower end of the driving gear, the first transition gear, the second transition gear, the forward rotation gear and the reverse rotation gear, and the positioning seats are provided with positioning blocks abutted against the upper end or the lower end of each gear, connecting blocks connecting the positioning blocks together and holes arranged on the positioning blocks and allowing the power main shaft, the first transition gear shaft, the second transition gear shaft, the forward rotation gear shaft and the reverse rotation gear shaft to penetrate through.

A high-speed grinding head with high balance as set forth in claim 8, wherein: the diameter of the outer ring of the lower water convex ring is the same as that of the outer ring of the water bearing cavity, and the diameter of the inner ring of the lower water convex ring is larger than that of the inner ring of the water bearing cavity.

A high-speed grinding head with high balance as set forth in claim 8, wherein: the water inlet is arranged on the top wall of the water bearing chamber and is provided with a water receiving pipe communicated with the water bearing chamber; and the distance from the water inlet to the outer side wall of the water bearing chamber is greater than the distance from the water drainage through hole to the outer side wall of the water bearing chamber.

A high-speed grinding head with high balance as set forth in claim 8, wherein: the bottom wall of the water bearing cavity is convexly provided with a plurality of arc-shaped guide vanes which are distributed on the same circular ring upwards, and the guide vanes and the water bearing cavity are arranged concentrically; and the distance from the water outlet through hole to the outer side wall of the water bearing cavity is smaller than the distance from the guide vane to the outer side wall of the water bearing cavity.

A high-speed grinding head with high balance as set forth in claim 8, wherein: the upper end of the power main shaft is sleeved with a sleeve seat, and the upper end and the lower end of the sleeve seat are respectively connected with the power main shaft through bearings; the water discharging disc and the water distributing disc are respectively sleeved on the sleeve seat.
