In view of this, the present inventors have made extensive conceptions for various defects and inconveniences caused by the imperfect structural design of the grinding head, and have developed and designed the present disclosure by actively researching, improving and trying on the defects and inconveniences.

The working principle of the multi-grinding head device with the circumferential water supply mechanism is as follows: the grinding head motor 11 transmits power to the power spindle 111, and the power spindle 111 drives the driving gear 11 to rotate; the driving gear 11 is meshed with the first transition gear 13 to rotate, the first transition gear 13 is meshed with the forward rotation gear 15 and the second transition gear 14 to rotate, the second transition gear 14 is meshed with the reverse rotation gear 16 to rotate, so that the forward rotation grinding head can be driven to rotate by taking the forward rotation gear shaft 151 as an axis and the reverse rotation grinding head can be driven to rotate by taking the reverse rotation gear shaft 161 as an axis, and the forward rotation grinding head and the reverse rotation grinding head are controlled to rotate in opposite directions by the first transition gear 13 and the second transition gear 14; when the grinding disc grinds the stone, the two grinding heads rotating in opposite directions can offset the interaction force in the working process, so that the balance of the grinding heads is improved, and the stone grinding and polishing effect is good.
The high-speed grinding head is provided with three groups of grinding head groups, wherein six grinding heads are uniformly distributed in the circumference, and the forward rotation grinding head and the reverse rotation grinding head are arranged at intervals; set up six bistriques, the efficiency of polishing of bistrique is higher.

The revolution body 3 of the invention is divided into an upper cover 32, a middle ring 33 and a base 34, wherein the upper cover 32 and the base 34 cover the upper end face and the lower end face of the middle ring 33 respectively; the middle ring 33 of the male rotator 3 is provided with a ring gear 331 concentric with the driving gear 11, and the ring gear 331 selects a forward rotation gear 15 or a reverse rotation gear 16 to be meshed; when the forward rotation gear 15 or the reverse rotation gear 16 is meshed with the inner gear ring 331 to rotate, the whole grinding head can be driven to rotate by taking the power main shaft 111 as a shaft; in corotation bistrique and reversal bistrique rotation polishing process promptly, corotation bistrique and reversal bistrique use power main shaft 111 to grind the stone material as the axle revolution simultaneously, and the bistrique has rotation and revolution structure direction of polishing concurrently more changeable, and the scope of polishing is wider, and it is even effectual and efficient to polish.
Referring to fig. 12 and 13, a gear ring 35 having a ring gear 351 and concentric with the driving gear 11 is disposed on the top surface of the male rotor 3 according to the present invention, a third transition gear 36 is disposed on the upper end of the first transition gear shaft 131 or the second transition gear shaft 141, and the third transition gear 36 is engaged with the ring gear 351; when the third transition gear 36 is meshed with the inner gear ring 351 to rotate, the whole grinding head can be driven to rotate by taking the power main shaft 111 as a shaft; in corotation bistrique and reversal bistrique rotation polishing process promptly, corotation bistrique and reversal bistrique use power main shaft 111 to grind the stone material as the axle revolution simultaneously, and the bistrique has rotation and revolution structure direction of polishing concurrently more changeable, and the scope of polishing is wider, and it is even effectual and efficient to polish.
The top surface of the male rotating body 3 is provided with a gear ring which is provided with an inner gear ring and is concentric with the driving gear 11, the upper ends of the power main shaft 111, the forward rotating gear shaft 151 or the reverse rotating gear shaft 161 are provided with a third transition gear, and the third transition gear is meshed with the inner gear ring; when the third transition gear is meshed with the inner gear ring to rotate, the whole grinding head can be driven to rotate by taking the power main shaft 111 as a shaft; in corotation bistrique and reversal bistrique rotation polishing process promptly, corotation bistrique and reversal bistrique use power main shaft 111 to grind the stone material as the axle revolution simultaneously, and the bistrique has rotation and revolution structure direction of polishing concurrently more changeable, and the scope of polishing is wider, and it is even effectual and efficient to polish.
Referring to fig. 14 and 15, the top surface of the male rotor 3 of the present invention is provided with a gear ring 37 having an outer gear ring 371 and concentric with the driving gear 11, the upper end of the first transition gear shaft 131 or the second transition gear shaft 141 is provided with a fourth transition gear 38, and the fourth transition gear 38 is engaged with the outer gear ring 371; when the fourth transition gear 38 is meshed with the outer gear ring 371 to rotate, the whole grinding head can be driven to rotate by taking the power main shaft 111 as a shaft; in corotation bistrique and reversal bistrique rotation polishing process promptly, corotation bistrique and reversal bistrique use power main shaft 111 to grind the stone material as the axle revolution simultaneously, and the bistrique has rotation and revolution structure direction of polishing concurrently more changeable, and the scope of polishing is wider, and it is even effectual and efficient to polish.

The male rotating body 3 is internally provided with a positioning seat 39 sleeved at the upper end and the lower end of a driving gear 11, a first transition gear 13, a second transition gear 14, a forward rotating gear 15 and a reverse rotating gear 16, wherein the positioning seat 39 is provided with a positioning block 391 abutted against the upper end or the lower end of each gear, a connecting block 392 connecting the positioning blocks 391 together, and a hole 393 arranged on the positioning block 391 and through which a power main shaft 111, a first transition gear shaft 131, a second transition gear shaft 141, a forward rotating gear shaft 151 and a reverse rotating gear shaft 161 penetrate; the positioning seat 39 can limit the positions of the gears on the shafts, so as to ensure that the meshing positions of the gears are accurate and fixed, and the transmission relationship is more accurate, firm and smooth.
