Claims (10)
1. A poultry dung collection device is characterized by comprising:
a feeding mechanism and a conveying mechanism; wherein
The feeding mechanism is suitable for stirring poultry manure and feeding the stirred poultry manure into the conveying mechanism; and
the conveying mechanism is suitable for conveying the fed poultry manure to an outlet of the poultry manure collecting device.
2. The poultry manure collection device of claim 1,
the feeding mechanism comprises: the feeding device comprises a feeding rotating shaft, a feeding shifting wheel and a plurality of shifting teeth positioned on the feeding shifting wheel; wherein
The feeding rotating shaft is connected with a driving mechanism;
the dial tooth includes: a handle portion and a shovel portion; and
the driving mechanism is suitable for driving the feeding rotating shaft to drive the feeding shifting wheel to rotate so as to drive the shifting teeth to rotate, so that the poultry manure is shifted up through the shovel parts of the shifting teeth and fed into the conveying mechanism.
3. The poultry manure collection device of claim 2,
the free end of the shovel part is an inclined plane.
4. The poultry manure collection device of claim 2,
the conveying mechanism includes: a conveying rotating shaft and a spiral auger; wherein
The outlet is positioned at one side of the spiral auger;
the shovel part of each shifting tooth shifts up the poultry manure and feeds the poultry manure into the spiral auger; and
the driving mechanism is suitable for driving the conveying rotating shaft to drive the spiral auger to rotate so as to convey the fed poultry manure to one end, close to the outlet position, of the spiral auger, namely convey the poultry manure to the outlet position.
5. The poultry manure collection device of claim 4,
poultry excrement collection device still includes: a debris cleaning mechanism and a brush adjusting mechanism;
the scrap sweeping mechanism is suitable for sweeping the poultry manure scraps to the spiral auger; and
the brush adjusting mechanism is suitable for adjusting the height of the debris sweeping mechanism from the ground.

the debris sweeping mechanism includes: the cleaning device comprises a cleaning rotating shaft, a driving roller connected with the cleaning rotating shaft, a plurality of driven rollers and a brush belt; wherein
A plurality of brushes are arranged on the brush belt at intervals;
the brush belt is suitable for being sleeved on the driving roller and each driven roller; and
the driving mechanism is suitable for driving the cleaning rotating shaft to drive the driving roller to rotate so as to drive each driven roller and the brush belt to rotate, and each brush is made to move along with the brush belt, so that the poultry manure fragments are swept to the spiral auger.
7. The poultry manure collection device of claim 6,
the debris sweeping mechanism further comprises: a set of mounting plates arranged symmetrically;
the two ends of the driving roller and the driven rollers are respectively connected with the mounting plates through bearing assemblies; and
one end of the cleaning rotating shaft extends into the driving roller through one of the mounting plates and is connected with the inner wall of the driving roller through a roller connecting block.
8. The poultry manure collection device of claim 7,
the brush adjustment mechanism includes: a group of adjusting components symmetrically arranged at two sides of the debris cleaning mechanism;
the adjustment assembly includes: the adjusting screw, the adjusting turntable, the connecting shaft and the connecting plate; wherein
One end of the adjusting screw rod is connected with the connecting plate;
the connecting plate is connected with the corresponding mounting plate through the connecting shaft;
the adjusting turntable is sleeved on the adjusting screw rod; and
the two adjusting screws are connected through a synchronous belt.
9. The poultry manure collection device of claim 8,
the drive mechanism includes: a drive motor and a transmission assembly;
the transmission assembly includes: the conveying device comprises a chain wheel, a conveying gear and a conveying synchronous wheel which are sleeved on a conveying rotating shaft, a feeding gear which is sleeved on a feeding rotating shaft, a cleaning synchronous wheel, a large transition wheel, a small transition wheel and a transmission synchronous belt which are sleeved on a cleaning rotating shaft; wherein
An output shaft of the driving motor is connected with the chain wheel;
the conveying gear is meshed with the large transition wheel;
the large transition wheel is also meshed with the small transition wheel;
the small transition wheel is sleeved on a small wheel shaft and is also meshed with the feeding gear;
a small synchronizing wheel is sleeved on the small wheel shaft; and
the transmission synchronous belt is sleeved on the conveying synchronous wheel, the cleaning synchronous wheel and the small synchronous wheel.
10. The poultry manure collection device of claim 9,
the drive mechanism further includes: and the tensioning assembly is used for tensioning the transmission synchronous belt.
