When the gas fused with the water mist blows to the partition plates from left to right, the gap between every two adjacent partition plates is reduced, and the partition plates have a certain inclination angle; therefore, the dust-containing gas fused with the water mist can adhere to the surface of the partition board; and will change from small-volume liquid drop to large-volume liquid drop along the surface of the baffle under the influence of wind power.
When the volume of the liquid drop is increased, the liquid drop gradually slides from left to right along the partition plate until the liquid drop is completely separated from the right side of the partition plate; at this time, the right side of the partition board is provided with a rotating shaft 304, and the outer edge surface of the rotating shaft 304 is wrapped with a sponge layer 305; therefore, the liquid drops blown out from the right side of the partition board can be absorbed by the sponge layer 305; after most of the liquid droplets in the air are adsorbed, clean air is blown out from both sides of the sponge layer 305 toward the right side of the passage 2. Thereby achieving the filtration of the gas.
Because the sponge layer 305 is in a continuous rotating state under the action of the motor 310, when the sponge layer 305 rotates, the compression roller 306 and the sponge layer 305 are in a squeezing state; therefore, the rotation of the sponge layer 305 drives the compression roller 306 to rotate together; so that the pressing roller 306 presses the dust-containing liquid drops on the sponge layer 305 to slide down and fall into the water outlet 8 along the inclined plate 307, and then the dust-containing liquid drops flow out of the box body 1 from the gap of the water outlet 8. This achieves on the one hand the discharge of droplets from the sponge layer 305; on the other hand, after the dried sponge layer 305 continues to rotate to correspond to the right side of the partition board, liquid drops can be adsorbed again, and the circulating adsorption capacity of the sponge layer 305 is enhanced.
In the above process, the baffle plates 17 on the support rods 16 are all in a horizontal state, so that the water outlet 8 is in a closed state, and most of the air blown to the sponge layer 305 is not discharged from the water outlet 8 after escaping; only dust-laden droplets can flow downwards from the gap between the baffle 17 and the baffle 17.
After filtering for a while, the dust content on the partition board increases, and the sponge layer 305 is gradually polluted; the partition and sponge layer 305 need to be cleaned at the same time. When cleaning, only the electric telescopic rod 19 needs to be started, and at the moment, the electric telescopic rod 19 drives the frame 18 to move upwards; when the frame 18 moves upwards, the rack on the frame 18 and the gear action of the supporting shaft 302 and the end of the supporting rod 16 act; the whole filter element 3 rotates clockwise by 90 degrees; the filter member 3 is caused to assume the state shown in fig. 3, in which the flaps 17 of the plurality of support rods 16 are also in the upright state, i.e., the drain port 8 is opened.
In the process of rotating the filter element 3 from the horizontal position to the vertical position, the wedge 309 on the upper cover plate 308 of the filter element 3 presses the extrusion rod 15, and then the arc surface at the left end of the filter element 3 presses the extrusion rod 15, so that the extrusion rod 15 drives the baffle plate to move upwards through the vertical rod 14. When the baffle 12 moves upwards, the opening 10 at the bottom of the water tank 7 is opened, and water in the water tank 7 can be poured; the water flows downwards along the partition plate under the impact force of the water; the partition and sponge layer 305 is flushed. The dirty water after being washed is discharged from the water outlet 8, and a waste water bucket can be arranged below the water outlet 8 to collect water.
During the cleaning process, the atomized dust-containing gas enters the inside of the filter element 3, but the dust-containing gas is not directly discharged from the right side of the channel 2 because the upper cover plate 308 of the filter element 3 rotates to the right side; but is discharged from the water discharge port 8 while being washed by the water flow to prevent the escape of dust.
After the cleaning is finished, the whole frame 18 is moved downwards by starting the electric telescopic rod 19 again; at the moment, the filter piece rotates anticlockwise by 90 degrees and returns to the initial state; meanwhile, the plurality of baffle plates 17 are also rotated to be in a horizontal state to close the water outlet 8; the baffle 12 is also reset downwards under the action of the pressure spring 13 and closes the opening 10 of the water tank 7; the entire device can be filtered again quickly.
The device is provided with inclined partition plates which are arranged in a fan shape; the atomized gas can flow along the partition plate, so that the dust is adhered to the partition plate; the left side of the space formed by the partition plate is large and the right side of the space is small, so that the sucked gas is collected and then is discharged from the right end of the partition plate; the gas can be blown exactly over the sponge layer 305, and sufficient absorption of the dust-containing droplets can be achieved by the impact of the high-speed gas flow and the drying of the sponge layer 305.
According to the device, the filtering piece 3 is arranged to be capable of rotating, the filtering piece 3 is used for filtering in a horizontal position, and the filtering piece 3 is used for cleaning in a vertical position; the device is fast in cleaning speed, convenient and fast in cleaning and does not need to be disassembled and assembled.
