typically, the shoulder straps and the back straps are interconnected at the wearer's legs by second connecting members for fitting to the wearer's legs; usually, the shoulder straps and the braces are connected through the second connecting parts, so that the shoulder straps and the braces can be quickly connected and separated, and the lengths of the shoulder straps and the braces can be adjusted, so that the shoulder straps and the braces can be well attached around the legs of a wearer, and the safety of the wearer is enhanced; the shoulder straps, chest straps, back straps and waist straps may be made of the same textile strip in general; the belt-shaped components at different parts can also be manufactured by adopting different textile belts, for example, the widths, the thicknesses or the colors of the shoulder belt, the chest belt, the back belt and the waist belt can be set to be different or partially different so as to adapt to the strength requirements of the components at different parts, and meanwhile, the identification performance of the safety belt can be improved, for example, bright colors such as fluorescence are increased, the identification degree of operators can be improved, and the safety is improved.
As an optional embodiment, the chemical fiber filament comprises polyester fiber or polyamide fiber, the specification is 50-3000D, and the content of the chemical fiber filament is not more than 15%.
As an alternative embodiment, the chemical fiber filament of the anti-falling safety belt for hot-line work comprises polyester fiber filament and/or polyamide fiber filament. For example, polyester fiber can be selected as chemical fiber filament, and textile belts can be woven by taking mulberry silk fiber as fiber raw material; polyamide fiber can be selected as chemical fiber filament, and the chemical fiber filament and mulberry silk fiber can be used as fiber raw materials to weave textile belts; or polyamide fiber and polyester fiber and mulberry silk fiber can be selected as fiber raw materials to weave the textile belt, wherein the sum of the content of the polyamide fiber and the content of the polyester fiber is not more than 15 percent, and the proportion of the polyamide fiber and the polyester fiber can be set according to the technical requirements of the textile belt;
as an alternative embodiment, the chest strap of the anti-falling safety belt for live working comprises two parts which are connected through a detachable buckle.
In an alternative embodiment, the chest strap of the anti-falling safety belt for hot-line work is provided with a hanging buckle for installing hanging accessories such as a work tool, a tool bag and the like.
As an optional embodiment, the chest strap of the anti-falling safety belt for hot-line work has the width of 14-40 mm, the thickness of 10-20 mm and the breaking strength of more than 15 KN.
As an optional embodiment, the sewing lines of the sewing parts of the anti-falling safety belt for live working are 16mm by 60mm, and the anti-falling safety belt for live working is obtained by three layers of zigzag sewing 140-180 needles of sewing threads with the specification of 840D/3 and the breaking strength of more than 200N.
Some embodiments disclose the anti-falling safety belt for live working, the water-repellent coating on the surface of the textile belt is obtained by coating waterproof finishing liquid on the surface of the textile belt and performing drying heat treatment. Usually, the water-proof finishing liquid contains an oil-repellent water-repellent agent, and the water-proof coating contains a corresponding oil-repellent water-repellent agent, such as organosilicon, fluorine-containing polymer or fluorine-containing acrylate copolymer. (1) selecting mulberry silk fibers and chemical fiber filament fibers with set specifications and quantity; the number of the mulberry silk fibers is not less than 85 percent, the number of the chemical fiber filaments is not more than 15 percent, and the sum of the two fibers is 100 percent;
(2) respectively selecting 2-100 selected fibers to pass through a yarn divider, and controlling the tension of each fiber to be consistent and to be between 3-100N; usually, the tension of the yarn divider is adjustable, and the tension is adjusted according to the number and thickness of the fibers, so that the tension of each fiber is kept the same;
(3) combining mulberry silk fibers and chemical fiber filament fibers which pass through a yarn divider into a strand of yarn, twisting, setting the twist number to be 30-400 twists/m, and twisting into twisted yarn;
(4) twisting yarn to form a warp pan head through a warping machine;
(5) threading and weaving, namely threading and serging according to the size and shape of the textile belt, adjusting the positions of a crochet hook and a serging needle of the ribbon loom, and weaving by adjusting the stitches and the positions of the crochet hook and the serging needle to obtain the textile belt; in a common yarn threading process, yarns need to pass through a creel, and then pass through a reed, a lace chain, a dropper, a palm threading, a dropper and a palm hole in sequence to complete the yarn threading process;
(6) carrying out waterproof treatment on the textile belt in waterproof finishing liquid; generally, the waterproofing treatment is carried out in a container with a waterproofing finishing liquid, so that the waterproofing finishing agent is uniformly coated on the surface of the textile belt to form a uniformly distributed waterproofing coating;
(7) draining and heat-setting the textile belt treated by the waterproof coating, wherein the heat-setting temperature is set to be 60-130 ℃, and the heat-setting time is set to be 30-160 min; the heating mode of the heat setting can be selected from heating rod heating, infrared heating, high-frequency electromagnetic heating, steam heating and the like;
(8) cutting the textile belt subjected to heat setting treatment into a set length to obtain shoulder straps, chest straps, waist straps and back straps, sewing according to the structure of the anti-falling safety belt to obtain the anti-falling safety belt, wherein the sewing lines of the sewing part on the safety belt are 16mm by 60mm, and the anti-falling safety belt is obtained by three-layer zigzag sewing of 140-180 needles of sewing threads with the specification of 840D/3 and the breaking strength of more than 200N. For example, AE Dongmei sewing thread can be selected, high oil and UV are contained, the specification is 840D/3, the breaking strength is larger than 200N, the requirement of the technical scheme of the application is met, the sewing line is 16mm x 60mm, the strength utilization rate of the sewing thread can be ensured to be larger than 80%, and the strength of the sewing part can be ensured to be equivalent to that of the anti-falling safety belt textile belt by the three-layer zigzag seam 140 and 180 needles.
Some embodiments disclose a safety belt that falls is prevented to live working, and waterproof finishing liquid that uses in its preparation method includes oleophobic water repellent agent and water, and the volume ratio of oleophobic water repellent agent to water is 1 ~ 6:4 ~ 9.
Some embodiments disclose a safety belt for preventing falling in live working, wherein the waterproof finishing liquid used in the preparation method comprises dyes, the dyes comprise polar dyes of prasuvin GN and prasuvin B, the bath ratio is 1: 10-40, the pH value is 4-5, and the color is orange, red or blue. Usually the water repellent finishing liquid contains dyes, which can be used to obtain textile tapes of different colours, which are tailored to produce different strap-like parts, such as shoulder straps, chest straps, waist straps or back straps.
Some embodiments disclose a fall-preventing safety belt for live working, wherein the oleophobic and water repellent agent used in the preparation method comprises organosilicon, fluorine-containing polymer or fluorine-containing acrylate copolymer.
The technical details are further illustrated in the following examples.
Example 1
Fig. 1 is a schematic view of a fall-prevention safety belt for hot-line work disclosed in embodiment 1.

the chest strap 2 is a length-adjustable part and is transversely arranged at the chest position, and two ends of the chest strap are movably connected with the two shoulder straps 1 through first connecting parts 21 respectively; the chest belt 2 consists of two parts which are detachably connected through a quick release buckle 22;
two braces 3, one end of which is connected with the fixing part 5 and the other end extends downwards from two sides of the back of the wearer respectively;
the waistband 4 is transversely arranged at the waist position, and two ends of the waistband are respectively connected with the two braces 3;
the shoulder strap 1 and the shoulder strap 3 are connected to each other at the wearer's leg by a second connecting member 31 for fitting to the wearer's leg; the shoulder belt, the chest belt, the back belt and the waist belt are made of textile belts; textile belt is weaved by mulberry silk fibre and chemical fibre filament fibre mixture, and wherein the content of mulberry silk is not less than 85%, and the specification of mulberry silk is 50 ~ 3000D, and textile belt's width is between 10 ~ 60mm, and textile belt surface cladding has water repellent coating.

1. Live working is with preventing safety belt that falls, its characterized in that should prevent that the safety belt that falls sets up to dress on the person of wearing with the adaptation, prevent falling the safety belt and form by baldric, pectoral girdle, braces and waistband sewing, wherein:
the two shoulder belts are arranged, one ends of the two shoulder belts respectively extend downwards from the front parts of the left and right shoulders of the wearer, the other ends of the two shoulder belts respectively extend downwards from the rear parts of the left and right shoulders of the wearer, and the back parts of the wearer are fixedly connected together by a fixing part;
the chest strap is a length-adjustable part and transversely arranged at the chest, and two ends of the chest strap are movably connected with the two shoulder straps through first connecting parts respectively;
two straps, one end of which is connected with the fixing part and the other end of which extends downwards from two sides of the back of the wearer;
the waistband is transversely arranged at the waist position, and two ends of the waistband are respectively connected with the two braces;
the shoulder straps and the shoulder straps are mutually connected at the legs of the wearer through second connecting parts and are used for being worn on the legs of the wearer in a fitting mode; the shoulder straps, the chest straps, the back straps and the waist belt are made of textile belts; textile belt is weaved by mulberry silk fibre and chemical fibre filament fibre mixture and forms, and wherein the content of mulberry silk is not less than 85%, and the specification of mulberry silk is 50 ~ 3000D, and textile belt's width is between 10 ~ 60mm, and textile belt surface cladding has water repellent coating.
2. The anti-fall safety belt for hot-line work as claimed in claim 1, wherein the chest strap comprises two parts connected by a detachable buckle.
3. The anti-falling safety belt for hot-line work as claimed in claim 1, wherein the waist belt is provided with a hanging buckle.
4. The anti-falling safety belt for hot-line work as claimed in claim 1, wherein the chest belt is provided with a hanging buckle.
5. The anti-falling safety belt for hot-line work according to claim 1, wherein the chest strap has a width of 14 to 40mm and a thickness of 10 to 20 mm.
6. The anti-fall safety belt for hot-line work according to claim 1, wherein the chemical fiber filaments comprise polyester fiber filaments and/or polyamide fiber filaments.
7. The anti-falling safety belt for hot-line work of claim 1, which is manufactured by the method comprising:
(1) selecting mulberry silk fibers and chemical fiber filament fibers with set specifications and quantity;
(2) respectively selecting 2-100 selected fibers to pass through a yarn divider, and controlling the tension of each fiber to be consistent and to be between 3-100N;
(3) combining the fibers passing through the yarn divider into a strand of yarn, twisting, setting the twist number to be 30-400 twists/m, and twisting into twisted yarn;
(4) twisting yarn to form a warp pan head through a warping machine;
(5) threading and weaving, namely threading and serging according to the size and shape of the textile belt, adjusting the positions of a crochet hook and a serging needle of the ribbon loom, and weaving by adjusting the stitches and the positions of the crochet hook and the serging needle to obtain the textile belt;
(6) carrying out waterproof treatment on the textile belt in waterproof finishing liquid;
(7) draining and heat-setting the textile belt treated by the waterproof coating, wherein the heat-setting temperature is set to be 60-130 ℃, and the heat-setting time is set to be 30-160 min;
(8) cutting the textile belt subjected to heat setting treatment into a set length to obtain shoulder straps, chest straps, waist straps and back straps, sewing according to the structure of the anti-falling safety belt to obtain the anti-falling safety belt for live working, wherein the sewing lines of the sewing part on the safety belt are 16mm to 60mm, and the anti-falling safety belt is obtained by sewing 140-180 needles in a three-layer zigzag manner through sewing threads with the specification of 840D/3 and the breaking strength of more than 200N.
8. The anti-falling safety belt for live working according to claim 7, characterized in that the waterproof finishing liquid comprises an oleophobic and water repellent agent and water, and the volume ratio of the oleophobic and water repellent agent to the water is 1-6: 4-9.
9. The anti-falling safety belt for hot-line work as claimed in claim 7, wherein the waterproof finishing liquid comprises dyes, the dyes comprise polar dyes of prasuvin GN and prasuvin B, the bath ratio is 1: 10-40, the pH value is 4-5, and the colors are orange, red or blue.
10. The anti-fall safety belt for hot-line work according to claim 8, wherein the oil-repellent and water-repellent agent comprises silicone, a fluoropolymer, or a fluoroacrylate copolymer.
