- The connecting belt for electric power operation is characterized by comprising a connecting belt main body, wherein the connecting belt main body comprises a -th free end and a second free end, the -th free end is folded back to be sewn with the connecting belt main body by sewing threads to to form a -th connecting ring, the second free end is folded back to be sewn with the connecting belt main body by sewing threads to to form a second connecting ring, and at least fluorescent parts are arranged on the connecting belt main body;the connecting band main body is formed by weaving aramid fibers and mulberry silk fibers according to the following method:(1) selecting aramid fiber and mulberry silk fiber;(2) respectively taking a plurality of aramid fibers and mulberry silk fibers, passing the aramid fibers and the mulberry silk fibers through a yarn divider, and adjusting the tension of all the fibers by using the yarn divider;(3) twisting the aramid fiber subjected to tension adjustment into strands of aramid fiber wires, twisting the mulberry silk fiber subjected to tension adjustment into strands of mulberry silk threads, and further twisting the aramid fiber wires and the mulberry silk threads to form twisted yarns;(4) the aramid fiber warps and the mulberry silk fiber warps are respectively formed into warp pan heads through a warping machine for later use;(5) the warp of the warp pan head passes through the creel, and sequentially passes through the reed, the lace chain, the warp stop sheet, the palm transmission and warp stop sheet and the palm fiber hole to complete the threading process;(6) starting a ribbon loom, threading yarns according to the size and the shape of a connecting belt, and producing a braided belt by adjusting the stitches and the positions of crochet hooks and overlock stitches;(7) carrying out waterproof treatment on the braided belt in waterproof coating liquid;(8) and carrying out heat setting treatment on the braided belt subjected to the waterproof treatment to obtain the connecting belt main body.
- 2. The connecting band for power operation of claim 1, wherein the width of the connecting band is set to 20-50 mm, and the length is set to 1000-2000 mm.
- 3. The connecting band for power operation as claimed in claim 1, wherein the radius of the th connecting ring is set to 20-60 mm, and the radius of the second connecting ring is set to 20-60 mm.
- 4. The connecting band for power operation as claimed in claim 1, wherein the aramid fiber has a specification of 100 to 4000DTEX, and the mulberry silk fiber has a specification of 100 to 4000 DTEX.
- 5. The connecting band for electric power operation as claimed in claim 1, wherein the tension of the yarn splitter adjusting fiber is controlled to be 5 to 50N.
- 6. The connecting band for electric power operation of claim 1, wherein the twisting twist of the aramid fiber is set to 60 to 180 twist/m, and the twisting twist of the mulberry silk fiber is set to 60 to 180 twist/m.
- 7. The connecting band for power operation as claimed in claim 1, wherein the heat setting temperature is set to 100-150 ℃ and the heat setting time at the temperature is 50-100 min.
- 8. The connecting band for power operation of claim 1, wherein the waterproof coating liquid comprises a fluorine-containing acrylate copolymer and water, and the mass ratio of the fluorine-containing acrylate copolymer to the water is 4: 1.
- 9. the connecting band for electric power work of claim 1, wherein said fluorescent member is provided at a middle portion of said connecting band main body.
- 10. The connecting band for electric power work according to claim 9, wherein said fluorescent member is a band-shaped member provided perpendicularly to the longitudinal direction of said connecting band member.
