The working principle of the invention is as follows:
1. suction function
Two negative pressure suction channels are formed after the negative pressure of the whole system is connected.

And the other path of suction is finished by a main suction tube 7, the main suction tube 7 is connected with a metal or plastic suction head commonly used for surgical operation, and a doctor holds the suction head by hand in the operation and intermittently extends into the oral cavity or other operation cavities for suction. The operator can adjust the negative pressure of the main suction tube 7 through the adjusting switch 6 on the outer wall of the main suction tube 7, when the negative pressure of the main suction tube 7 is adjusted, the negative pressure of the attached suction tube and the suction cavity 12 in the suction head is increased, and accordingly blood accumulated in the area near the suction head is sucked and removed more powerfully.
The surgeon can also turn off the adjustment switch 6 completely and continue suction completely through the suction head.
2. Illumination function
An illumination cavity 16, an illumination lamp 15, a button cell 19 and a power supply button 18 are arranged in the suction head main body 13, and the structures can provide illumination in operation.
The surgeon can turn on or off the power key 18 by pressing the key soft film 17 according to the condition in the operation, and further turn on or off the illumination lamp 15. Most of the suction head main body 13 is transparent substance, can carry out good penetrating and refraction to the illumination light, and then carry out good illumination to the art chamber of suction head peripheral region, mutually support with the external light that the shadowless lamp of operation provided, finally provide sufficient illumination in the art for the operation doctor.
3. Expanding observation space and tamponade hemostasis function
When the airbag 23 is inflated through the one-way inflation socket 27, the airbag 23 is inflated to push the top wall 21 above the airbag 23 to move upward. The method has special significance for the operation in the fields of throat and neck surgery, stomatology and the like which need to be operated in cavities and lacunae.
After the air bag 23 is inflated, the compression hemostasis effect can be achieved. The surface of the head end 22 of the tamponade is covered with the rough and uneven surface covering 24, the tamponade head end 22 can be pressed against the bleeding part for the deep tissue oozing blood, the air bag 23 is inflated to push the tamponade head end 22, and then the hemostasis by compression is carried out through the tamponade head end 22, meanwhile, the surface covering 24 of the tamponade head end 22 is rough and uneven, after the hemostatic part is contacted and pressed, the rough and uneven surface can induce the patient to generate a large amount of blood coagulation factors, start the internal coagulation mechanism, and further promote the hemostasis.

the main body part comprises a suction column main body, a main suction tube and an attached suction tube rear section, wherein the main suction tube and the attached suction tube rear section are communicated with the suction column main body; an adjusting switch is arranged on the main suction tube; the tail end of the main suction tube is connected with a metal or plastic suction head; the suction column main body is connected with a negative pressure suction bottle through a negative pressure suction tube;
the suction cavity is connected with the front section of the suction tube through a hard tube, the joints of the rear section of the suction tube and the front section of the suction tube are respectively provided with a connector, and the two connectors are in screw clamping connection through threads; the diameter of the rear section of the attached suction tube is smaller than that of the main suction tube;
a traction ring is arranged on the outer wall of the front section of the suction tube; the outer wall of the suction head is provided with a jaw protruding part;
the guide tractor comprises a tongue depressor, an arc-shaped guide rod, a circular traction head and a handle, wherein the circular traction head and the handle are respectively arranged at the front end and the tail end of the arc-shaped guide rod; the traction round head is connected with a traction hook corresponding to the traction ring through a traction wire.

The suction device for throat, neck and oral and maxillofacial surgery according to claim 1, wherein a battery and a push switch electrically connected to the battery are installed in said handle, and a micro lamp electrically connected to said battery through a conductive wire is installed in said traction round head; the push switch is tightly attached to the inner wall of the handle.

The suction device for throat, neck and orofacial surgery according to claim 1, wherein said pushing and expanding device comprises an elastic cavity disposed above said suction head, an air bag disposed in said elastic cavity, said air bag being connected to a one-way inflation socket through a ventilation tube; the elastic cavity comprises a telescopic film-shaped side wall and a hard top wall, wherein the telescopic film-shaped side wall is connected with the suction head in a sealing mode, and the hard top wall is arranged at the top of the telescopic film-shaped side wall.
5. The suction device for throat, neck and oromaxillofacial surgery of claim 4, wherein said hemostatic device comprises a tamponade head end disposed above said elastic chamber top wall, above which is disposed an inseparable rough uneven covering; the covering is a hemostatic gauze.
