In order to solve the technical problem, the invention provides the disinfection cabinet which can reduce the operation times of a user on the disinfection cabinet when an object to be disinfected is disinfected. The disinfection cabinet can provide disinfection modes such as ultraviolet rays, high temperature, alcohol spraying and the like. The processor can be embedded in the storage box to provide control for the whole disinfection cabinet. The display of the storage box may be used for interaction with the user. The disinfection cabinet may also comprise a communication device to enable a wireless connection to be established with a remote device. The display or the remote equipment can synchronously display the current disinfection progress of the disinfection cabinet. After the disinfection is completed, a prompt pop-up window can pop up on the display or the remote equipment to prompt the user.
The invention can also view or modify the disinfection type and time of the current object to be disinfected through the display or the control interface on the remote equipment. When the type information of the image acquired by the image acquisition device is not contained in the instruction comparison table, the processor can transmit the image to a display or a remote device to acquire an automatic disinfection instruction input by a user; or obtain a no-process instruction input by the user. The automatic sterilization instructions may include type information, sterilization mode, and time. The order comparison table can be updated based on the automatic sterilization order input by the user so as to automatically sterilize the articles to be sterilized with the information of the type in the following. After the processor obtains the non-processing instruction, the conveyor belt can be directly controlled to convey the articles to be sterilized to the containing box, such as the non-sterilized space of the containing box. When the storage box is not provided with the articles to be disinfected, the disinfection cabinet can be in a low-power consumption standby mode, the state of each device of the disinfection cabinet in the low-power consumption standby mode is not limited, and the state can be set according to the actual situation.
The disinfection cabinet can be divided into a manual mode and an automatic mode for disinfecting articles to be disinfected, wherein the manual mode can be triggered by a manual instruction, and the automatic mode can be triggered by an automatic instruction. And in the manual mode, an automatic disinfection instruction can be acquired through the display so as to realize automatic disinfection. Default disinfection is performed in the automatic mode. When the disinfection of an object to be disinfected is finished, the object to be disinfected can be conveyed to the containing box through the conveying belt. The next item to be disinfected is then detected by means of an image acquisition device for the disinfection process. The disinfection cabinet can be connected with a television through communication equipment, and the television can call out the user interface of the disinfection cabinet through one key of a remote controller so as to monitor the disinfection progress of the disinfection cabinet. When the instruction comparison table does not include the type information corresponding to the images, the disinfection cabinet can acquire the images transmitted by the communication equipment and acquire the automatic disinfection instructions generated through the user interface.
The disinfection cabinet provided by the invention does not need to update the articles to be disinfected and the disinfection mode before the user frequently goes to the disinfection cabinet, so that the diversity of the articles to be disinfected is improved. The time of the user is saved, the experience of the user in using the disinfection cabinet is improved, the disinfection mode is enriched, the disinfection operation is simplified, and the selling points of the far-end equipment are increased.

The second embodiment of the invention provides a control method of a disinfection cabinet, which can be suitable for controlling the disinfection cabinet to automatically disinfect objects to be disinfected. The control method of the disinfection cabinet provided by the embodiment of the invention comprises the following steps: controlling the working state of one or more of the following components of the disinfection cabinet based on the acquired mode command: a controller, a transmitter, and a disinfection instrument.
The mode command may be a command indicating a sterilization mode. The sterilization mode may include an automatic mode and a manual mode. When the processor controls the disinfection cabinet to disinfect the articles to be disinfected, the processor can control the working state of one or more of the following items based on the mode instruction: a controller, a transmitter, and a disinfection instrument.
In the automatic mode, the processor may control the operating state of the controller, the conveyor and the disinfection apparatus. In the manual mode, the processor may control the operating state of the disinfection apparatus. The processor may control the operating state of the second manipulator or actuator in the automatic mode and in the manual mode.
The second embodiment of the present invention provides a control method for a disinfection cabinet, which controls one or more of the following working states of the disinfection cabinet based on the acquired mode command: a controller, a transmitter, and a disinfection instrument. By using the method, the times of operating the disinfection cabinet by a user can be effectively reduced, and the energy and time of the user are saved.
On the basis of the above-described embodiment, a modified embodiment of the above-described embodiment is proposed, and it is to be noted herein that, in order to make the description brief, only the differences from the above-described embodiment are described in the modified embodiment.
In one embodiment, the mode instructions are obtained from a communication device or display, and the mode instructions include automatic instructions and manual instructions.
The automatic instruction may be an instruction to trigger the disinfection cabinet to automatically perform disinfection. The manual command may be a command to trigger manual sterilization of the sterilizer. The mode instructions may be obtained from the display or from the communication device, which may be obtained from a remote device. Such as automatic instructions may be obtained from a display or a communication device; the manual instructions may be retrieved from a display.

acquiring an image acquired by an image acquisition device, and determining attribute information of an article to be disinfected contained in the storage box based on the image, wherein the attribute information comprises type information, position information and size information;
determining corresponding control information based on the attribute information;
sending the control information to a first manipulator to control the first manipulator to place a corresponding item to be disinfected on the conveyor;
triggering the conveyor to work so as to convey the articles to be sterilized to the sterilizing box and the containing box in sequence;
based on the type information, an automatic sterilization instruction is sent to the sterilization appliance.
The control information may be information for controlling the first robot. The processor may trigger operation of the conveyor after the first robot has placed the corresponding item to be sterilised on the conveyor.
The automatic disinfection command can be a command for triggering the disinfector to disinfect in an automatic mode, and different disinfection commands can trigger different devices included in the disinfector to work. The automatic sterilization instruction may include identification information and a working mode indicating what kind of device in the sterilizer operates, and different devices may correspond to different working modes without limitation, for example, the working mode corresponding to the warming device includes temperature, warming duration, and the like. The working modes corresponding to the ultraviolet lamp comprise power, lamp-on time and the like.
In one embodiment, said sending an automatic disinfection instruction to said disinfection instrument based on said type information comprises:
if the type information is included in the prestored instruction comparison table, determining the instruction corresponding to the type information as an automatic disinfection instruction, and transmitting the automatic disinfection instruction to a disinfection instrument; otherwise, the image is transmitted to a remote device through a communication device, an automatic disinfection instruction sent by the remote device is obtained, and the automatic disinfection instruction is transmitted to a disinfector.
The instruction look-up table may be pre-set by the user, i.e. the person using the disinfection cabinet. The instruction comparison table can represent the corresponding relation between different articles to be disinfected and corresponding instructions. The instructions may control the sterilization mode corresponding to the item to be sterilized.
The instruction comparison table does not include the type information, and the processor can not automatically determine the sterilization mode of the article to be sterilized corresponding to the type information, so that the processor can transmit the image acquired by the image acquisition device to the remote equipment to acquire the automatic sterilization instruction sent by the remote equipment. The remote device may receive a user-triggered automatic disinfection instruction after acquiring the image. Wherein the image transmitted to the remote device may be an image of an item to be sterilised on the conveyor acquired by the image acquisition means.
In one embodiment, upon detection of a manual command sent by the display, the operating state of the cabinet is controlled, including one or more of: a controller, a transmitter and a disinfection apparatus comprising: and controlling the work of the disinfection tool based on the manual disinfection command transmitted by the display.
After detecting the manual command, the processor can control the opening state of the movable surface of the disinfection box and control the disinfection instrument based on the manual disinfection command transmitted by the display.
The manual command may trigger a manual mode. The manual instruction may be a user-operated display trigger. The display may be a touch screen. After detecting the manual instruction, the processor can control the movable surface of the disinfection box to be opened, and the manual disinfection instruction sent by the display is acquired after detecting that the movable surface of the disinfection box is closed. Wherein the activity face can be the case face that can open on the disinfect box, and the user can place the article of waiting to disinfect in the disinfect box after opening this case face.

sending the control information to a first manipulator to control the first manipulator to place a corresponding item to be disinfected on the conveyor;
triggering the conveyor to work so as to convey the articles to be sterilized to the sterilizing box and the containing box in sequence;
based on the type information, an automatic sterilization instruction is sent to the sterilization appliance.
Further, the control module sends an automatic sterilization instruction to the sterilization appliance based on the type information, including:
if the type information is included in the prestored instruction comparison table, determining the instruction corresponding to the type information as an automatic disinfection instruction, and transmitting the automatic disinfection instruction to a disinfection instrument; otherwise, the image is transmitted to a remote device through a communication device, an automatic disinfection instruction sent by the remote device is obtained, and the automatic disinfection instruction is transmitted to a disinfector.
Further, after detecting a manual command sent by the display, the control module controls the operating state of the disinfection cabinet including one or more of the following: a controller, a transmitter and a disinfection apparatus comprising: and controlling the work of the disinfection tool based on the manual disinfection command transmitted by the display.
The control device of the disinfection cabinet can execute the control method of the disinfection cabinet provided by any embodiment of the invention, and has corresponding functional modules and beneficial effects of the execution method.
Example four
A fourth embodiment of the present invention provides a computer-readable storage medium having stored thereon a computer program for executing a method of controlling a disinfection cabinet when the program is executed by a processor, the method comprising: controlling the working state of one or more of the following components of the disinfection cabinet based on the acquired mode command: a controller, a transmitter, and a disinfection instrument.
Optionally, the program, when executed by the processor, is further adapted to perform a method of controlling a disinfection cabinet according to any of the embodiments of the present invention.
Computer storage media for embodiments of the invention may employ any combination of one or more computer-readable media. The computer readable medium may be a computer readable signal medium or a computer readable storage medium. A computer readable storage medium may be, for example, but not limited to, an electronic, magnetic, optical, electromagnetic, infrared, or semiconductor system, apparatus, or device, or any combination of the foregoing. More specific examples (a non-exhaustive list) of the computer readable storage medium would include the following: an electrical connection having one or more wires, a portable computer diskette, a hard disk, a Random Access Memory (RAM), a Read Only Memory (ROM), an Erasable Programmable Read Only Memory (EPROM), a flash Memory, an optical fiber, a portable CD-ROM, an optical storage device, a magnetic storage device, or any suitable combination of the foregoing. Claims (16)

1. A disinfection cabinet, comprising: a storage box, a sterilization box, a storage box, a processor, a controller and a transmitter;
the sterilizing box is respectively connected with the storage box and the containing box, the controller is positioned in the storage box, the conveyer is positioned in the sterilizing box, and the processor is respectively connected with the controller and the conveyer;
the storage box is used for storing articles to be disinfected; the controller is used for acquiring images of the articles to be sterilized and placing the articles to be sterilized on the conveyor; the conveyor is used for conveying the articles to be sterilized to a sterilization area of the sterilization box for sterilization and conveying the sterilized articles to the containing box; the disinfection box is used for disinfecting the to-be-disinfected objects through a disinfection device included in the disinfection box; the storage box is used for storing the sterilized articles; the processor is used for controlling the working states of the controller and the transmitter.
2. The sterilizer of claim 1, wherein the controller comprises an image capture device and a first manipulator; the image acquisition device is used for acquiring images in the storage box and transmitting the images to the processor, and the processor is used for identifying the articles to be disinfected in the storage box based on the images and sending control information to the first manipulator; the first manipulator is used for placing a corresponding article to be disinfected on the conveyor based on the control information; wherein the control information comprises location information.
3. A disinfection cabinet as claimed in claim 1, wherein said disinfection apparatus comprises one or more of: heating equipment, an ultraviolet lamp and an alcohol atomizing nozzle; the sterilizing box also comprises an aromatherapy device;
the heating device, the ultraviolet lamp, the alcohol atomization nozzle and the aromatherapy device are respectively arranged at different positions of the inner wall of the disinfection box; the conveyer is the conveyer belt of fretwork, the equipment of heating, ultraviolet lamp, alcohol atomizer and champignon ware sets up respectively the different positions department of every inner wall of disinfect box.
4. A disinfection cabinet as claimed in claim 1, wherein said receiving box comprises at least two storage spaces, different storage spaces being used for storing different types of articles; or different storage spaces are used for storing the articles treated by different disinfection modes.
5. A disinfection cabinet as claimed in claim 4, further comprising: and each storage space is provided with at least one second manipulator for grabbing the sterilized articles from the conveyor.
6. A disinfection cabinet as claimed in claim 4, further comprising: and the driver is used for controlling the position relation of each storage space and the conveyor so as to store the sterilized articles on the conveyor into the corresponding storage space.
7. A disinfection cabinet as claimed in claim 1, further comprising: the display is connected with the processor and used for displaying the current disinfection progress and sending a first control instruction, and the processor controls one or more of the following steps based on the first control instruction: the controller, the disinfection instrument, the conveyor, a second manipulator and a driver.

A disinfection cabinet as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a communication device connected to said processor and a remote device for obtaining second control instructions transmitted by the remote device and transmitting said second control instructions to said processor, said processor controlling one or more of the following based on said second control instructions: the controller, the disinfection instrument, the conveyor, a second manipulator and a driver.
9. A disinfection cabinet as claimed in claim 1, further comprising two movable plates and a slide,
one side of one movable plate is movably connected with the top edge of the connecting surface of the storage box and the disinfection box, one side of the other movable plate is movably connected with the top edge of the connecting surface of the disinfection box and the storage box, and each movable plate is used for forming a closed disinfection space for the disinfection box;
one side of the sliding plate is flush with the top surface of the conveyor belt included by the conveyor, the other side of the sliding plate is fixed on the target edge of the containing box, the target edge is the opposite bottom edge of the communicating surface of the containing box and the sterilizing box, the top of the sliding plate is used for sliding the articles to be sterilized into the corresponding storage space in the containing box, the storage space is formed by the top of the sliding plate and the containing box, and the bottom of the sliding plate is provided with a driver.
10. A method of controlling a disinfection cabinet, for use in a disinfection cabinet according to any of claims 1-9, the method comprising:
controlling the working state of one or more of the following components of the disinfection cabinet based on the acquired mode command: a controller, a transmitter, and a disinfection instrument.
11. The method of claim 10, wherein the mode command is obtained from a communication device or a display, and wherein the mode command comprises an automatic command and a manual command.
12. The method of claim 11, wherein when the mode command is an automatic command, controlling the operating state of the disinfection cabinet comprises one or more of: a controller, a transmitter and a disinfection apparatus comprising:
acquiring an image acquired by an image acquisition device, and determining attribute information of an article to be disinfected contained in the storage box based on the image, wherein the attribute information comprises type information, position information and size information;
determining corresponding control information based on the attribute information;
sending the control information to a first manipulator to control the first manipulator to place a corresponding item to be disinfected on the conveyor;
triggering the conveyor to work so as to convey the articles to be sterilized to the sterilizing box and the containing box in sequence;
based on the type information, an automatic sterilization instruction is sent to the sterilization appliance.
13. The method of claim 12, wherein said sending an automatic disinfection command to the disinfection instrument based on the type information comprises:
if the type information is included in the prestored instruction comparison table, determining the instruction corresponding to the type information as an automatic disinfection instruction, and transmitting the automatic disinfection instruction to a disinfection instrument; otherwise, the image is transmitted to a remote device through a communication device, an automatic disinfection instruction sent by the remote device is obtained, and the automatic disinfection instruction is transmitted to a disinfector.
14. Method according to claim 11, characterized in that, after detecting a manual command sent by a display, the operating state of the cabinet is controlled, including one or more of: a controller, a transmitter and a disinfection apparatus comprising: and controlling the work of the disinfection tool based on the manual disinfection command transmitted by the display.
