Abstract
The invention provides a negative pressure drainage sponge dressing which comprises a main body sponge and a sponge dressing strip, wherein the sponge dressing strip is a right-angle triangular prism, and the sponge dressing strip completely surrounds the main body sponge.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of dressings, in particular to a negative pressure drainage sponge dressing.
Background
Negative Pressure Drainage Wound Therapy (NPWT) is also called Vacuum Assisted Closure Therapy (VAC), and Negative Pressure Sealing Drainage (VSD). The application method comprises covering a layer of dressing on the wound surface, embedding drainage catheter in the dressing, sealing the dressing and the wound surface with adhesive film, sucking out gas in the dressing by mechanical means to form certain negative pressure on the wound surface, and sucking wound exudate from the drainage catheter into a drainage bottle outside the body. The negative pressure drainage can timely discharge the seepage, the necrotic cells, the tissues and the hemorrhage out of the body, destroy harmful biomembranes generated by bacteria, and the surface negative pressure can stimulate the growth of granulation tissues and promote the healing of wound surfaces. Negative pressure drainage wound treatment techniques are currently widely used on a variety of acute and chronic wounds, for example: fracture, burn, skin grafting, chronic ulcer, pressure ulcer (pressure sore, bedsore), diabetic foot, surgery, etc. The negative pressure drainage wound surface treatment technology can promote wound surface healing, especially many difficult-to-heal wound surfaces, shorten hospitalization time, relieve the pain of patients, improve the life quality of the patients, generally reduce treatment cost, and has obvious social and economic values.
The dressing used for the negative pressure wound treatment at present is mainly made of polyvinyl alcohol PVA and polyurethane PU materials, and the dressing is more commonly used at home. The dressing has a certain thickness and rigidity, and is rectangular in cross section and vertical in edge. Therefore, when the dressing is sealed by the adhesive film, the edge of the sponge is provided with a triangular gap because the adhesive film cannot be attached to the vertical edge, and the skin is exposed in the gap. The skin of the part is in a negative pressure environment outside the corium, the pressure is reduced, the pressure difference exists between the inside and the outside of the corium, and the exposed part forms a skin bulge containing water liquid after a long time. The swollen skin containing water can break, causing infection or leaving scars.
Disclosure of Invention
The technical problem to be solved by the invention is to provide a sponge dressing for negative pressure drainage wound treatment, which can enable a pad pasting to completely cover the dressing.
The invention provides a negative pressure drainage sponge dressing which comprises a main body sponge and a sponge dressing strip, wherein the sponge dressing strip is a right-angle triangular prism.
Preferably, the angle of the right triangle in the right triangular prism is 30 to 60 °.
Preferably, the material of the sponge dressing is polyvinyl alcohol or polyurethane.
Preferably, the side face of the main sponge is perpendicular to the bottom face, and the rectangular side face of the sponge dressing strip is completely attached to the side face of the main sponge.
Preferably, the length of the strip of sponge dressing is equal to the circumference of the main body sponge.
Preferably, the sponge dressing strips are connected end to end.
Preferably, the sponge dressing strip is connected end to end by sewing through a surgical thread.
Preferably, the main sponge is selected from a cuboid, a cylinder and an elliptic cylinder.
Preferably, the material of the sponge dressing strip is the same as that of the main body sponge.
The invention also provides a negative pressure drainage wound surface device, which comprises the negative pressure drainage sponge dressing, a sealing unit, a drainage tube, a flushing tube and a drainage channel, wherein the negative pressure drainage sponge dressing is arranged on a wound surface, one end of the drainage tube and one end of the flushing tube are inserted into the same drainage channel, and the other end of the drainage tube and one end of the flushing tube are provided with a negative pressure joint.
Preferably, the device also comprises a sucker which is arranged above the sponge, and the sucker is internally inserted with or without a flushing pipe.
The invention also provides application of the sponge dressing, and the sponge dressing is applied to negative pressure wound surface drainage, negative pressure closed drainage, negative pressure wound surface closure, negative pressure auxiliary closure and wound surface closure treatment.
Has the advantages that:
the invention improves the structure of the existing dressing, and the edge of the dressing is of an inclined structure, so that the adhesive film can completely cover the dressing, no gap is left on the skin, and the skin bulge containing water liquid is avoided.
The sponge dressing strip is adopted, the sponge dressing strip can be used in cooperation with the existing dressing, the length of the dressing strip can be selected according to the perimeter of the existing dressing, the sponge dressing strip is convenient to use, simple and easy to operate, and the cost can be saved.
