It should be noted that, in the present embodiment, on the basis of the first embodiment, another way of acquiring the parking duration is added to avoid the problem that the parking fee cannot be settled due to the failure of the yard equipment or the broken communication link between the yard equipment and the parking equipment. Only the differences will be described below, and other differences may refer to the first embodiment, which is not described herein again.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the fee obtaining module 20 starts a timer to start timing while sending an information obtaining request carrying license plate number information to the yard equipment, and if the parking duration returned by the yard equipment based on the information obtaining request is not received within a preset time period, it is determined that the yard equipment is faulty, and the parking duration of the vehicle to be settled cannot be provided normally. For example, the operation state information collected by the disaster recovery backup module may include the number of connected user terminals, the display resolution, saturation, and the like of the display module, the operating voltage and temperature of the banknote receiving module/change module, and the like; the collected fee calculation information includes the total amount of cash collected, the total amount of electronic payment, and the discount coupon.
After the operation state information and the expense settlement information are collected, the disaster recovery backup module sends the collected operation state information and the expense settlement information to the cloud platform, and the cloud platform performs backup. It is understood that the parking fee settlement apparatus can acquire the backed-up data from the cloud platform at any time when needed (e.g., when the locally stored data is damaged).
Further, based on any one of the foregoing embodiments, a fourth embodiment of the parking fee settlement apparatus of the present invention is provided, in this embodiment, the interface function module 10 is further configured to, when receiving a monitoring request sent by a second user terminal, send a second function data packet for providing a monitoring interface to the second user terminal, send running state information and/or fee settlement information pointed by the monitoring request to the second user terminal in real time, and display, by the second user terminal, the monitoring interface including the received running state information and/or fee settlement information based on the second function data packet.
It should be noted that, in order to facilitate the relevant management and control personnel to know the working state of the parking fee settlement device in real time, on the basis of the foregoing embodiment, the parking fee settlement device in this embodiment further provides an additional real-time monitoring function. Only the differences will be described below, and other embodiments can be referred to, and are not described herein again. The following description is made by the second user terminal being operated by the relevant administrator.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the parking fee settlement apparatus transmits the first function packet for providing the payment interface to the second user terminal by the interface function module 10 upon receiving the login request transmitted from the second user terminal in response to the user operation. When the monitoring control is clicked, the second user terminal displays an input box for the management and control personnel to input the user identification and the associated password in the payment interface in an overlapping mode.
And after receiving the user identification and the password input by the management and control personnel based on the input box, the second user terminal sends the received user identification and the received password to the parking fee settlement device and receives a monitoring setting interface returned by the parking fee settlement device after the user identification and the password are verified successfully. The monitoring setting interface can be used for the management and control personnel to select the data to be monitored. And when the second user terminal receives click operation triggered by a completion control based on the monitoring setting interface after the management and control personnel completes the selection, generating a monitoring request carrying the selection information of the management and control personnel and sending the monitoring request to the parking fee settlement device.
When the parking fee settlement device receives a monitoring request sent by a second user terminal, an interface function module 10 sends a second function data packet for providing a monitoring interface to the second user terminal, collects and sends running state information and/or fee settlement information to the second user terminal in real time according to selection information carried in the received monitoring request, and the second user terminal displays the monitoring interface including the received running state information and/or fee settlement information based on the second function data packet for a manager to check so as to know the working state of the parking fee settlement device in real time.
