The water tank is arranged on the base, the water tank is conveyed upwards to the nozzle through the pipeline to be sprayed out, the reflecting mirror surface is cleaned through the windshield wiper, the mirror surface can be cleaned when the mirror surface is shielded, the reflectivity of sunlight is not reduced, and the optimal utilization rate of the sunlight is always kept.
According to the invention, the heating plate on the back of the reflecting mirror surface is used for quickly drying the reflecting mirror surface after cleaning is finished, so that the mirror surface is prevented from being frozen due to residual water stain of the mirror surface when the temperature is low; the solar energy is used for supplying energy, and the solar energy collecting plate and the storage battery are arranged on the back surface of the reflecting system, so that electric power support is provided for the whole system, the solar energy is more effectively utilized, and tunnel illumination and system energy supply are guaranteed.
