The receiving guide wheel assembly 44 comprises a driving motor 441 and a driving roller 442 arranged on the rotating shaft of the driving motor 441; the feeding guide wheel assembly 48 comprises a driven roller 481, a pressing roller 482 and a pressing air cylinder 483 which are hinged on the base 41; the pinch roller 482 is mounted on the telescopic end of the pinch cylinder 483, with the pinch roller 482 resting on the side of the driven roller 481.
The material-breaking detection assembly 45 comprises a material passing wheel 451, a fixed pulley 452, a heavy hammer 453 and a pressure sensor; the material passing wheel 451 is hinged on a sliding seat, the sliding seat is vertically movably connected on the base 41 through a guide post, and the sliding seat can move up and down along the guide post; the fixed pulley 452 is hinged to the upper end of the base 41, the heavy hammer 453 is connected with the material passing wheel 451 through a rope, and the rope is wound on the fixed pulley 452; the pressure sensor is arranged on the base 41 and is positioned below the weight 453; the material belt of the ACF is wound on the material passing wheel 451, and the tension of the material belt of the ACF acts on the material passing wheel 451 to balance the material passing wheel 451 with the weight 453. When the material tape of the ACF is broken, the weight 453 is pressed down on the pressure sensor, and the broken condition is detected.
The pre-pressing assembly 46 comprises a base 461, a pasting cylinder 462, a cross adjusting seat 463, a lower pressing plate 464 and a pressing rod 465; the base 461 is fixed on the base 41, the pasting cylinder 462 is installed on the base 461, the lower press plate 464 is installed on the pasting cylinder 462 through the cross adjusting seat 463, the heating wire is arranged in the lower press plate 464 for heating, the press rod 465 is installed on two sides of the cross adjusting seat 463, the press rod 465 is in a right-angled folding shape, and the lowest horizontal part of the press rod 465 is positioned below the lower press plate 464; the pressing rod 465 is used for pressing the ACF material belt to be horizontal and enabling the ACF material belt to leave the lower pressing plate 464 when not subjected to external force, so that long-time heating is prevented.
The stripping assembly 47 comprises a back plate 471, a guide wheel 472, a suction plate 473, a stripping cylinder 474 and a stripping column 475; the back plate 471 is fixed on the base 41, the guide wheels 472 are installed at two ends of the back plate 471, the air suction plate 473 is located between the two guide wheels 472, and the lower end of the air suction plate 473 is provided with an air suction opening for sucking the release paper; the peeling cylinder 474 is installed on the back surface of the backboard 471, the peeling columns 475 are connected to the moving end of the peeling cylinder 474, the number of the peeling columns 475 is two, the two peeling columns 475 are staggered in height, and the ACF material belt is located between the two peeling columns 475.
When the ACF pasting device works, an ACF material roll is arranged on the feeding guide wheel assembly 48, an ACF material belt sequentially passes through the peeling assembly 47 and the material breaking detection assembly 45 and then is wound on the receiving guide wheel assembly 44, and the ACF material belt is pulled to be fed by the driving motor 441 of the receiving guide wheel assembly 44; the upper layer of the ACF material belt is release paper, and the lower layer is ACF material; when the ACF is pasted, the pasting cylinder 462 drives the lower pressing plate 464 which is heated to descend, the lower pressing plate 464 is close to the lower heating plate 42 which is heated, the ACF material is hot-melted and pasted on the electrode of the display screen, then the peeling cylinder 474 drives the peeling column 475 to move back and forth, the ACF material is rolled away from the electrode of the display screen, the ACF material is left on the electrode of the display screen and is detected through the vision camera 49, and then the ACF material roll continues to advance.
The ACF pasting device solves the problems that ACF release paper needs to be cut and peeled off and is difficult to paste, the ACF material belt is arranged for loading, the ACF material is pasted on the electrode of the display screen in a heating and pressurizing mode of the pre-pressing assembly 46, and the release paper is used as a carrier for conveying due to different melting points of the ACF and the release paper; the release paper is peeled by the peeling component 47, so that the ACF material is kept on the electrodes of the display screen, and stable and reliable ACF conveying is ensured; the material breakage detection component 45 is arranged to detect the feeding state of the ACF material belt, so that errors in the ACF pasting process are prevented.
As shown in fig. 4, the winding displacement pre-pressing device 5 includes an installation seat 51, a material receiving assembly 52, a lateral material conveying assembly 53, a lifting plate 54, a screw module 55 and a pre-pressing assembly 56; the mounting seat 51 is fixed on the rack, the material receiving assemblies 52 are arranged in the middle of the mounting seat 51, two groups of lateral material conveying assemblies 53 are arranged, and the two groups of lateral material conveying assemblies 53 are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the material receiving assemblies 52; the lifting plate 54 is movably connected to the mounting base 51 through a sliding rail, and the lead screw module 55 drives the lifting plate 54 to move on the mounting base 51; the lead screw module 55 comprises a motor, a lead screw shaft and a lead screw sliding block, the motor is fixed on the mounting base 51, the lead screw sliding block is spirally matched on the lead screw shaft, and the lead screw sliding block is fixed on the lifting plate 54; two groups of prepressing assemblies 56 are arranged, and the prepressing assemblies 56 are arranged on the lifting plate 54; the material receiving assembly 52 is used for collecting empty loading discs, the lateral material conveying assembly 53 is used for receiving the loading discs loaded with the flat cables and sequentially selecting the flat cables for prepressing, and the prepressing assembly 56 is used for conveying the flat cables and prepressing the flat cables on electrodes of the display screen.
As shown in fig. 5, the pre-pressing assembly 56 includes a side plate 561, a pre-pressing cylinder 562, a folded plate 563, a cross adjusting module 564, a heating block 565, a pre-pressing plate 566, a sheet metal connector 567, a suction cup 568 and a pressing block 569; the side plate 561 is fixedly arranged on the mounting seat 51, the pre-pressing cylinder 562 is arranged on the side plate 561, the folded plate 563 is connected with the telescopic end of the pre-pressing cylinder 562, and the folded plate 563 is movably connected to the side plate 561 through a sliding rail; the cross adjusting module 564 is installed at the lower end of the folded plate 563, the cross adjusting module 564 can adjust the distance between two vertical directions, the heating block 565 is installed below the cross adjusting module 564, a heat insulation pad is arranged between the heating block 565 and the cross adjusting module 564, the pressing block 569 is fixed on the heating block 565, the lower end of the pressing block 569 is provided with a convex edge, and the convex edge is used for pressing the flat cable on an electrode of the display screen; the sheet metal connecting piece 567 is arranged on the side of the heating block 565, and the sucking disc 568 and the pressing block 569 are both arranged on the sheet metal connecting piece 567.
The material receiving assembly 52 comprises a first movable module 521 and a material receiving plate 522, the material receiving plate 522 is installed at the telescopic end of the first movable module 521, and an empty carrying disc is placed at the upper end of the material receiving plate 522.
The lateral material conveying assembly 53 comprises a second moving module 531, a third moving module 532, a carrying disc 533 and a pre-pressing camera 534; the second moving module 531 and the third moving module 532 are vertically installed, the tray 533 is fixed to the moving end of the third moving module 532, the pre-pressing camera 534 is installed at the lower end of the tray 533, and the pre-pressing camera 534 is horizontally installed to perform alignment from the side.
When the flat cable prepressing device 5 works, the height of the prepressing component 56 is adjusted by the screw module 55, the carrying disc with the flat cables is received in the lateral conveying component 53, then the lateral conveying component 53 and the third moving module 532 act together through the second moving module 531 to convey the flat cables to a specified place, the flat cables are firstly pressed and leveled through the pressing block 569, then the flat cables are sucked through the sucking disc 568 and conveyed to the upper end of the display screen electrode, then the prepressing plate 566 descends after being heated to press the end of the flat cables, and the ACF is melted to connect the electrode of the display screen and the end of the flat cables.
The flat cable pre-pressing device 5 solves the problems of low automatic pressing efficiency and low pressing quality between the flat cables and the display screen electrodes, the side material conveying assembly 53 is arranged to arrange a carrying disc provided with a plurality of flat cables, and the fixed position of flat cable feeding is adjusted each time through the second moving module 531 and the third moving module 532, so that the carrying speed of the flat cables is improved; the flat cable is pressed by the pressing block 569, so that the flat cable is convenient to absorb by the sucking disc, and the bonding flatness between the flat cable and the display screen electrode is improved; and a pre-pressing camera 534 is arranged for alignment, so that the qualification rate of finished products is improved, and the defective rate is reduced.
As shown in fig. 6, the flat cable feeding device 6 comprises a frame 61, a feeding assembly 62, a traversing assembly 63, a longitudinally moving assembly 64, a carrying assembly 65 and a returning assembly 66; the feeding component 62 is positioned below the returning component 66, the transverse moving component 63 corresponds to the lateral side of the feeding component 62, the longitudinal moving component 64 is vertical to the transverse moving component 63, the carrying component 65 is arranged at the upper end of the longitudinal moving component 64, and the returning component 66 is positioned on the lateral side of the carrying component 65. The feeding assembly 62 is used for storing stacked flat cable carriers, flat cable carrying plates are prevented in the carriers, the transverse moving assembly 63 and the longitudinal moving assembly 64 are used for driving the carriers to move, the carrying assembly 65 is used for carrying the carrying plates to realize feeding, and the returning assembly 66 is used for recovering stacked empty carriers.
As shown in fig. 7, the pressing device 7 includes a support 71, a visual alignment assembly 72, a lifting adjustment assembly 73, a mounting plate 74, a jig assembly 75, and a pressing assembly 76; the support 71 is fixed on the frame, the visual alignment assembly 72 is arranged above the support 71, the mounting plate 74 is movably connected to the support 71 through a vertical sliding rail, the lifting adjusting assembly 73 is mounted on the support 71, and the moving end of the lifting adjusting assembly 73 is connected with the mounting plate 74; the lifting adjusting assembly 73 comprises a motor, a lead screw and a lead screw nut, the lead screw nut is spirally matched on the lead screw, the motor drives the lead screw to rotate, the lead screw drives the lead screw nut to move, and the lead screw nut is fixed with the mounting plate 74; the jig assembly 75 is installed on the support 71, the pressing assembly 76 is vertically arranged on the installation plate 74, the pressing assembly 76 is located right above the jig assembly 75, and the jig assembly 75 and the pressing assembly 76 are provided with two groups which are arranged side by side. The vision alignment assembly 72 comprises a movable sliding table 721, two folded plates 722 and two local pressing cameras 723, wherein the folded plates 722 are arranged on the movable part of the movable sliding table 721, the two local pressing cameras 723 are arranged on the folded plates 722, and the two local pressing cameras 723 are vertically arranged on the folded plates 722. When the jig assembly 75 works, the transverse moving frame 752 is pulled open, the pressed jig is placed in the jig carrier plate 753, the transverse moving frame 752 is pushed in, the jig is in contact with a disc of the disc shaft 754, and the driving gear 756 is driven by the motor to rotate so as to drive the disc shaft 754 to rotate, so that the jig is moved and adjusted.
When the local pressing device 7 works, firstly, a jig for local pressing is placed in the jig component 75, and then the height of the local pressing component 76 is adjusted through the lifting adjusting component 73; this press camera 723 removes, to realizing the counterpoint of bonding position, then this air cylinder 762 drives this briquetting 764 and descends, and this briquetting 764 descends, presses on this pressure tool in tool subassembly 75, continues to descend, keeps a period of time under certain pressure and temperature, realizes this pressure.

(III) flat cable prepressing: the height of the pre-pressing component 56 is adjusted by the screw module 55, the carrying disc with the flat cable is received in the lateral conveying component 53, then the lateral conveying component 53 carries the flat cable to a specified place through the combined action of the second moving module 531 and the third moving module 532, the flat cable is firstly pressed and flattened through the pressing block 569, then the flat cable is sucked through the sucking disc 568 and carried to the upper end of the electrode of the display screen, then the pre-pressing plate 566 descends after being heated, the end part of the flat cable is pressed, and the electrode of the display screen and the end part of the flat cable are connected by melting the ACF;
(IV) flat cable basic pressing: firstly, a jig for home pressing is placed in the jig component 75, and then the height of the home pressing component 76 is adjusted through the lifting adjusting component 73; the pressing camera 723 moves to realize the alignment of the bonding part, then the pressing cylinder 762 drives the pressing block 764 to descend, the pressing block 764 descends to press on the pressing jig in the jig assembly 75, continues to descend, and is kept for a period of time under certain pressure and temperature to realize the pressing; sequentially carrying out primary pressing in two groups of primary pressing devices 7, wherein the temperature, the pressure and the time of the primary pressing are different;
