When the winding shaft 12 rotates, the tooth shaft 1201 fixed on the winding shaft 12 rotates along with the tooth shaft, the supporting ring 8 with the tooth surface 801 meshed with the tooth shaft 1201 on the inner layer moves horizontally due to the action of the limiting wheel 11, when the winding shaft 12 displaces the end part of the supporting ring 8, the limiting teeth 802 on the inner side of the supporting ring 8 are clamped with the tooth shaft 1201, the tooth ring and the winding shaft 12 are fixed relatively, the supporting ring 8 can rotate along with the supporting ring 8 and drive the waist-shaped winding drum 15 inserted on the supporting ring 8 to rotate under the condition that the winding shaft 12 rotates continuously, the end part of the flexible glass is adsorbed on the plane section of the waist-shaped winding drum 15, so that the flexible glass can be bent, after the waist-shaped winding drum 15 rotates 180 degrees along with the rotation, the tooth surface 801 is located below, at the moment, the piston 603 rod in the limiting cylinder 10 extends to abut against the supporting ring 8, the supporting ring 8 rotates along with the winding shaft 12 in the opposite direction, and the supporting ring 8 is limited by the piston 603 rod of the limiting cylinder 10, therefore, the support ring 8 can horizontally move under the action of the gear shaft 1201, so that the flexible glass is attached to the other side of the support ring 8, the flexible glass can be wound on the waist-shaped drum 4 in a waist shape repeatedly, the top end of the shaft seat 3 is connected with the support cylinder 9, the top surface of the waist-shaped winding drum 15 is flush with the top side of the conveying shaft of the conveying frame 2, when the glass is continuously wound to increase the thickness of the glass on the waist-shaped winding shaft 12, the waist-shaped winding drum 15 is pressed under the action of the pressing wheel 14, the shaft seat 3 moves downwards relative to the winding frame 1, the glass is kept to be wound in a horizontal state, the support cylinder 9 is fixed with the winding frame 1, the bottom of the winding frame 1 is provided with the support column to enable the winding frame 1 to be located at a certain height, and the limiting cylinder 10 stretches along with the change of the rotation position of the support ring 8.
The working principle is as follows: when the invention winds up glass, a waist-shaped winding drum 15 is inserted on a support ring 8, then the distance between two end plates 5 is set according to the width of the glass, an adsorption belt 7 is fixed on the waist-shaped drum 4 to make the inner side glass adsorbed on the waist-shaped drum 4, a conveying frame 2 conveys the flexible glass to the waist-shaped drum 4, when the end part of the glass is positioned on the waist-shaped drum 4, an external air pump pumps air in the adsorption belt 7 to form negative pressure in the adsorption belt 7, further to make the glass attached on the adsorption belt 7, then the winding shaft 12 rotates under the drive of the external motor, it should be noted that the motor adopts a servo motor, the rotation mode is controlled by a corresponding program to make the servo motor rotate reversely after rotating a certain angle at fixed time and orientation, further to make the support ring 8 move horizontally relative to the winding shaft 12, rotate 180 degrees, move horizontally and rotate 180 degrees reversely, so that the flexible glass can be wound up and taken up repeatedly, the flexible glass is rolled in sections, the glass is prevented from being damaged due to large bending degree, and the flexible glass winding device is suitable for winding glass with different widths.
