403, the power transmission operator uses a computer key to obtain the operation authority of the anti-misoperation lockset from the background control system, and switches the isolating switch to a closed state;
404, the rail vehicle is delivered out of the warehouse;
405, acquiring power failure operation authority through the operation safety management device when a power failure operator performs power failure operation;
406, the power failure operator uses the computer key to obtain the operation permission of the anti-misoperation lockset from the background control system, and switches the isolating switch to the position-separating state.
In the embodiment of the invention, the crew member can firstly patrol the rail vehicle, carry out card swiping confirmation and send the vehicle patrol information, and can execute power transmission operation after the patrol is correct. The power transmission operating personnel can obtain the power transmission permission by swiping a card, after the power transmission permission is obtained through identity verification, the power transmission operating personnel can obtain the operation permission of the anti-misoperation lockset from the background control system by using a computer key, and the isolating switch is switched to a closing state, at the moment, the rail voltage warning device described by 407 in the figure can be executed to warn that the station track has electricity, after the power transmission operation is executed, the rail vehicle is taken out of a warehouse, the sound and light alarm given out and described by 408 in the figure can be executed to prompt that the current station track has no electricity, and after the rail vehicle is taken out of the warehouse, the power failure operation can be executed. The power failure operation personnel can swipe the card to obtain the power failure permission and execute the power failure operation, specifically can use the computer key to obtain the operation permission of the anti-misoperation lockset from the background control system, and switch the isolating switch to the position separating state. After the power outage operation is performed, the warning of the absence of power to the track on the track voltage warning device depicted in 409 may be performed. The track voltage warning device may be an LED display screen, or may be other display screens, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention. Furthermore, the control system of the rail vehicle can also record card swiping data of workers, and generate a departure operation report for displacement data of the disconnecting link, vehicle ex-warehouse data and the like. The card swiping data of the staff may include, but is not limited to, inspection card swiping data, power failure card swiping data, power transmission card swiping data, and the like, and the embodiment of the present invention is not limited.

Referring to fig. 6, fig. 6 is a schematic view illustrating a process control of a vehicle pickup operation according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 6, the vehicle pickup operation process may include the following steps:
601, when a power transmission operator performs power transmission work, acquiring power transmission operation authority through a work safety management device;
602, a power transmission operator uses a computer key to obtain the operation authority of the anti-misoperation lockset from the background control system and switches the isolating switch to a closed state;
603, warehousing the rail vehicle;
604, the crew member inspects the rail vehicle and sends vehicle inspection information through the operation safety management device;
605, when the power outage operator performs the power outage operation, acquiring power outage operation authority through the operation safety management device;
606, the power outage operator uses the computer key to obtain the operation authority of the anti-misoperation lockset from the background control system, and switches the isolating switch to the position-separating state.
In the embodiment of the invention, when the vehicle collection operation flow is executed, the power transmission logic is executed firstly. That is, the staff punches the card to carry out the identity verification, and under the condition that the identity verification passes, acquires the power transmission authority, specifically, the power transmission operation personnel can use the computer key to obtain the operation authority of preventing mistake tool to lock from backstage control system to switch over isolator to the state of closing the position, realize the power transmission of strand way, can carry out step 607 this moment, and track voltage warning device warns that the strand way has the electricity. In an embodiment of the present invention, the difference between the control method for vehicle section receiving operation and the control method for vehicle section departure operation is: the execution sequence of the vehicle section vehicle receiving operation control flow is power transmission operation control, inspection operation control and power failure operation control, and the execution sequence of the vehicle section vehicle sending operation control flow is inspection operation control, power transmission operation control and power failure operation control. The details of the execution of the respective steps may refer to the description of the above-described vehicle section departure work management and control method.
It should be noted that, for simplicity of description, the above-mentioned method embodiments are described as a series of acts or combination of acts, but those skilled in the art will recognize that the present invention is not limited by the order of acts, as some steps may occur in other orders or concurrently in accordance with the invention. As shown in fig. 7, the system may be applied to the management and control of departure and collection operations of a rail vehicle in a three-rail vehicle section, and includes: the system comprises a background control system 101, an operation safety management device 104, an operation identity identification unit 701, an anti-misoperation lock 702 and a computer key 102;
the background control system 101 is in communication connection with the operation safety management device 104, and is used for transmitting corresponding operation information to the operation safety management device 104 of the operation station track and transmitting the operation authority of the anti-misoperation lock 702 to the computer key 102;
the operation safety management device 104 is arranged on each operation track of the three-rail vehicle section, is used for receiving operation information from the background control system 101, is used for acquiring and verifying identity verification information of an operator, is used for acquiring state information of an isolating switch of the operation track, and is used for applying power transmission or power failure operation authority to the background control system 101 under the condition that the identity verification information passes verification and the state information of the isolating switch is in a preset state;
the operation identity identification unit 701 comprises an inspection identity identification unit and a power-on and power-off identity identification unit; the inspection identity identification unit stores inspection identity identification information of crew members, and the power failure or power transmission identity verification information is stored in the power transmission stop identity identification unit;
the anti-misoperation lockset 702 is arranged on the isolating switch of the operation station track and is used for preventing the isolating switch from misoperation;
a computer key 102 configured to allow communication with the background control system 101; when the power transmission or power failure identity verification information passes the verification and the state information of the isolating switch is in a preset state, the computer key 102 is set to allow the background control system 101 to acquire the operation authority of the anti-misoperation lockset 702 and control the switching-on operation and the switching-off operation of the isolating switch.
As an optional implementation manner, the operation safety management device includes a control unit, a reading unit, a collecting unit and an operation unit;
the control unit is in communication connection with the background control system and is respectively and electrically connected with the reading unit, the acquisition unit and the operation unit;
the reading unit is used for acquiring identity verification information of an operator;
the acquisition unit is used for acquiring the state information of the isolating switch under the condition that the identity verification information passes the verification;
the operation unit comprises a power transmission application module and a power failure application module; the power transmission application module is used for applying power transmission operation authority to the background control system through the control unit under the condition that the state information is in a position division state and the identity verification information passes the power transmission operation authority verification; and the power failure application module is used for applying power failure operation authority to the background control system through the control unit under the condition that the state information is in a closed position and the identity verification information passes the power failure operation authority verification.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the reading unit corresponds to the card swiping module 201 in fig. 2, the power transmission application module corresponds to the first button 203 in fig. 2, the power failure application module corresponds to the second button 204 in fig. 2, the operation confirmation module in the system corresponds to the third button 205 in fig. 2, the maintenance start module in the system corresponds to the fourth button 206 in fig. 2, and the maintenance end module in the system corresponds to the fifth button 207 in fig. 2. The reading unit can read card information containing an identity, that is, identity verification information in an operation card used by an operator, and can send the identity verification information to the background control system 101, so that the background control system 101 determines whether the identity verification information passes verification. Further, the power transmission application module is configured to obtain a power transmission operation permission, and apply the power transmission operation permission to the background control system 101 when the background control system 101 determines that the identity verification information passes the power transmission operation permission verification and the state information is in the quantile state. Further, the power failure application module is configured to acquire a power failure operation permission, and apply the power failure operation permission to the background control system 101 when the background control system determines that the identity verification information passes the power failure operation permission verification and the state information is in a closed state. Furthermore, the system can further comprise an overhaul starting module and an overhaul finishing module, wherein the overhaul starting module is used for indicating the permission of applying for overhaul, and the overhaul finishing module can be used for indicating the permission of finishing overhaul, so that overhaul operation is realized.
As an optional implementation manner, the anti-error lock is an electric coded lock, the isolating switch is an electric isolating switch, and the electric coded lock is connected in series with an operation control loop of the electric isolating switch;
the computer key is set to be inserted into the electric coding lock, and after the lock code is identified to be correct, the operation control loop is switched on, and the electric isolation switch is allowed to be switched on or switched off.
As an optional implementation manner, the anti-misoperation lock is arranged on an operating mechanism of the isolating switch, and the anti-misoperation lock is a padlock, a fixed lock or a locking box.
As an optional implementation manner, the operation safety management device is in communication connection with the state detection device of the disconnecting switch, and is used for collecting state information of the disconnecting switch.
As an optional implementation manner, a warehouse entry and exit indicating device is arranged above the operation station track, and the warehouse entry and exit indicating device is in communication connection with the state detection device of the isolating switch and is used for displaying station track power indicating information or station track power-free indicating information and prompting crew members to carry out departure or collection operation under the condition that the station track power indicating information exists.
As an optional implementation manner, the operation station track is provided with a live detection device and a track voltage warning device, wherein the live detection device is electrically connected with the isolating switch and is in communication connection with the track voltage warning device; the live detection device is used for collecting the voltage value of the isolating switch, and the track voltage warning device is used for warning the voltage value of an operation station of an operator.
As an optional implementation mode, the number of the rail voltage warning devices is 2, and the rail voltage warning devices are respectively arranged at the head end and the tail end of a parking space of the rail vehicle.

a step S30 in which, when power transmission work is performed, the work safety management device acquires a power transmission operation authority and performs a power transmission operation on an isolator switch of a third rail of the departure station; wherein the step S30 includes the steps of: step S31, acquiring first power transmission identity verification information, where the first power transmission identity verification information is used to verify the power transmission operation authority before departure; step S32, when the first power transmission identity verification information passes the verification, acquiring state information of the disconnecting switch, where the state information includes an on-state or an off-state; step S33 of acquiring the power transmission operation authority and executing the power transmission operation when the state information is the index state and the first power transmission identification verification information passes the power transmission operation authority verification;
step S40, when the power outage operation is performed after the rail vehicle is delivered from the garage, the operation safety management device acquires a power outage operation authority and executes the power outage operation on the disconnecting switch; wherein the step S40 includes the steps of: step S41, acquiring first power failure identity verification information, wherein the first power failure identity verification information is used for verifying the power failure operation authority after departure; step S42, acquiring the state information of the isolating switch under the condition that the first power failure identity verification information passes the verification; and step S43, when the state information is the closed state and the first power failure identity verification information passes the power failure operation authority verification, acquiring the power failure operation authority and executing the power failure operation.

6. The vehicle section departure operation control method according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein said disconnecting switch is provided with an error-proof lock for preventing an erroneous operation of said disconnecting switch;
the step S33 further includes: acquiring the operation authority of the anti-misoperation lockset from the background control system through a computer key, and switching the isolating switch to the on-position state;
the step S43 further includes: and acquiring the operation authority of the anti-misoperation lockset from the background control system through a computer key, and switching the isolating switch to the position division state.

The vehicle section departure work management and control method according to any one of claims 1 to 5, further comprising, after said power transmission operation is performed at step S33: and displaying the electric indication information of the station track on the electronic equipment of the departure station track.

The vehicle section departure work management and control method according to any one of claims 1 to 5, further comprising, after said power transmission operation is performed at step S33, or after said power outage operation is performed at step S43: and displaying track voltage warning information and/or the voltage value of the isolating switch on the electronic equipment of the departure station track.
