本发明公开了一种可重复使用的防护服用材料及防护服,所述可重复使用的防护服用材料包括:至少两层无纺布材料层;多孔离子膜,所述多孔离子膜由PET薄膜制成,具体是由PET薄膜经过重离子加速器辐照后扩孔形成;所述多孔离子膜设置在任一两层所述的无纺布材料层之间,用于物理阻隔细菌、病毒和颗粒。所述可重复使用的防护服采用上述的可重复使用的防护服用材料制成,款式有分体式和连体式,可重复使用。本发明的有益效果是:采用多孔离子膜的物理阻隔功能,可重复使用,节约了材料成本,减少对环境的污染。

技术领域
本发明涉及防护服领域,具体是一种可重复使用的防护服用材料及防护服。
背景技术
防护服的结构,具有抗渗透功能,透气性好,强力高,高耐静水压的特点,主要应有于工业、电子、医疗、防化、防细菌感染等环境下的使用。
现在的防护服材料由两层无纺布、中间夹一层熔喷棉复合而成,外层无纺布做了喷胶处理,因此,不透气,又因防护服穿时间长了或消毒后其中间层熔喷棉,静电损失,使其阻隔效率只剩8%,从而造成了防护作用失去,所以防护服,只能一次使用,不能消毒后重复使用,造成极大的材料浪费,并且废弃物难以处理。面对以上存在的问题,需要一种透气并可重复使用的防护服材料。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种可重复使用的防护服用材料及防护服,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种可重复使用的防护服用材料,包括:至少两层无纺布材料层;多孔离子膜,所述多孔离子膜由PET薄膜制成,所述多孔离子膜设置在任一两层所述的无纺布材料层之间,用于物理阻隔细菌、病毒和颗粒。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述无纺布材料层的数量为两个,分别为水刺无纺布层和针刺无纺布层。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述针刺无纺布层远离所述水刺无纺布层的表面设有疏水透气层。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述多孔离子膜的孔径为0.22μm至30μm。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述无纺布材料层胶接或焊接所述多孔离子膜。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述多孔离子膜由PET薄膜经过重离子加速器辐照后扩孔形成。
本发明提供的另一个技术方案:一种可重复使用的防护服,采用如上任一所述的可重复使用的防护服用材料制成,款式为分体式和连体式;所述可重复使用的防护服用材料包括:至少两层无纺布材料层;多孔离子膜,所述多孔离子膜由PET薄膜制成,所述多孔离子膜设置在任一两层所述的无纺布材料层之间,用于物理阻隔细菌、病毒和颗粒。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述无纺布材料层与多孔离子膜的边缘接缝处通过粘条进行密封。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:采用多孔离子膜的物理阻隔功能,可重复使用,节约了材料成本,减少对环境的污染。

具体的,两层所述无纺布材料层重叠设置,将所述多孔离子膜2设置在所述的两层无纺布材料层之间,并用热熔胶复合机点胶方式进行粘合,再碾压复合;制成了可重复使用的防护服用材料,即透气又能阻隔病毒、细菌和颗粒,经消毒后可重复使用。
所述多孔离子膜由PET薄膜经过重离子加速器辐照后扩孔形成。孔密度大,每平方厘米的面积上小孔达106-109个,制成的多孔离子膜具有:孔密度大,每平方厘米的面积上小孔达十的六次方至十的九次方个,透气量大;孔径尺寸标准,每一种规格的多孔离子膜其小孔的孔径一样大,所以过滤标准;孔径小,可以阻隔病毒气溶胶,可以阻隔空气中固体颗粒,因为该阻隔是物理阻隔,不是静电吸附,所以可以在使用后消毒重复使用。减少浪费,减轻后处理负担。
可选的,所述无纺布材料层有三层及三层以上,依次重叠设置,将多层所述多孔离子膜2分别设置在相邻的两层无纺布材料层之间,并用热熔胶复合机点胶方式进行粘合,再碾压复合;制成了可重复使用的防护服用材料,可以增强防护性能;即透气又能阻隔病毒、细菌和颗粒,经消毒后可重复使用。较多层数的所述无纺布材料层,但是在防护性能增强的情况下,透气性降低,质量更重,制成的防护服上身会带来更重的负担,影响穿戴舒适性。需要根据不同的防护要求设置不同的无纺布材料层层数,满足不同场景。
请参阅图1,本发明的一个实施例中,所述无纺布材料层的数量为两个,分别为水刺无纺布层1和针刺无纺布层3。
具体的,所述针刺无纺布层3作外层,水刺无纺布层1作亲肤层,与皮肤直接接触,所述多孔离子膜2设置在所述水刺无纺布层1和针刺无纺布层3之间。所述针刺无纺布层3所用的针刺无纺布属于无纺布的一种,以涤纶、丙纶原料制造,经过多次针刺加以适当热轧处理而成;所述水刺无纺布层1所用的水刺无纺布,是将高压微细水流喷射到一层或多层纤维网上,使纤维相互缠结在一起,从而使纤网得以加固而具备一定强力,得到水刺无纺布。
本发明的一个实施例中,所述针刺无纺布层3远离所述水刺无纺布层1的表面设有疏水透气层4。
所述疏水透气层4采用疏水透气膜制成,具有透气、疏水的功能,使水不能吸附在所述针刺无纺布层3的表面,有效减少病毒、细菌的生长环境,消除存在的传染风险。
优选的,所述多孔离子膜2与所述水刺无纺布层1之间设有透气排汗层,利于透气排汗,提升使用体验感。
请参阅图1,本发明实施例中,所述多孔离子膜2的孔径为0.22μm至30μm。
具体的,所述多孔离子膜2的孔径为30μm时,可以阻隔病毒气溶胶,可以阻隔空气中固体颗粒;所述多孔离子膜2的孔径为1μm时,可以阻隔病毒气溶胶,可以阻隔空气中固体颗粒;所述多孔离子膜2的孔径为0.22μm时,可以阻隔病毒气溶胶,可以阻隔空气中固体颗粒。随着所述多孔离子膜2的孔径越小,其隔离效率也越好。用较小孔径的多孔离子膜2做中间层时,对病菌的隔离效率可以达99%以上。

本发明提供的另一个实施例中,一种可重复使用的防护服,采用如上所述的可重复使用的防护服用材料制成,款式为分体式和连体式。所述可重复使用的防护服用材料包括:至少两层无纺布材料层;多孔离子膜,所述多孔离子膜由PET薄膜制成,所述多孔离子膜设置在任一两层所述的无纺布材料层之间,用于物理阻隔细菌、病毒和颗粒。
具体的,分体式的可重复使用的防护服采用粘条进行连接,由所述可重复使用的防护服用材料制成的可重复使用的防护服,即透气又能阻隔病毒、细菌和颗粒,经消毒后可重复使用。
优选的,所述无纺布材料层与多孔离子膜的边缘接缝处通过粘条进行密封。简单快捷,可批量生产,效率更高。
本发明的工作原理是:两层所述无纺布材料层重叠设置,将所述多孔离子膜2设置在所述的两层无纺布材料层之间,并用热熔胶复合机点胶方式进行粘合,再碾压复合;制成了可重复使用的防护服用材料。所述多孔离子膜2由PET薄膜经过重离子加速器辐照后扩孔形成,其孔径小,可以物理阻隔病毒气溶胶,可以阻隔空气中固体颗粒。并且经消毒后重复使用,其阻隔效果良好。
