Detailed Description
The present disclosure is described in detail below. In the following paragraphs, different aspects of the embodiments are defined in more detail. Aspects so defined may be combined with any other aspect or aspects unless clearly indicated to the contrary. In particular, any feature considered to be preferred or advantageous may be combined with one or more other features considered to be preferred or advantageous.
The terms "first", "second", and the like in the present disclosure are merely for convenience of description to distinguish different constituent elements having the same name, and do not denote a sequential or primary-secondary relationship.
In the description of the present disclosure, the directions or positional relationships indicated by "upper", "lower", "top", "bottom", "front", "rear", "inner" and "outer" and the like are used based on the directions or positional relationships shown in the drawings, and are only for convenience of describing the present disclosure, and do not indicate or imply that the device referred to must have a specific direction, be constructed in a specific direction and be manipulated, and thus, should not be construed as limiting the scope of the present disclosure.
The inventor notices that the current manual chain block installation mainly comprises the following steps: 1. installing a special fixed inclined rail at the tail of the filament cutter; 2. a group of row chains, such as about 10 pieces of row chains, are sequentially connected in a pin mode, and meanwhile the traction rope is pulled manually to enable the connected copper bar chain group to run to a wear-resisting plate of the row chain of the tobacco cutter along a fixed inclined rail; 3. and (4) bypassing the chain roller at the knife gate, continuing to run for a circle, and penetrating the last pin into the chain to finish the chain installation. 4. And (5) disassembling the fixed inclined rail.
However, in the mode of manually installing the whole chain row, at least the following disadvantages exist: 1. because the chain is too heavy, at least two maintenance personnel need to pull the traction rope vigorously in the whole process to prevent the chain from rapidly sliding off due to self weight. 2. When the pin is used for connecting the chain in groups in a penetrating way, at least three maintenance personnel are needed: a moving and aligning group is arranged at the fixed inclined rail, a through pin and a screw for screwing the two ends of the pin. 3. A maintenance person is still required to operate the touch screen to operate the chain driving roller, so that the chain can rotate around the driving roller conveniently.
Therefore, in the prior art, at least six maintenance personnel are needed for manual chain arrangement installation, time is wasted, efficiency is low, and safety risk is caused.
In view of this, the present disclosure provides a filament cutter gang chain mounting device, hereinafter simply referred to as "mounting device", which in some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, includes: the device comprises a walking component 1, a chain preassembling platform 2 and a traction component 3.
