随着人口的增长和工业的发展,水资源匮乏、特别是水质型缺水现象日益严重,污水处理技术在生产和生活中的作用也越来越大。水体中的污染物大致可以分为三类:包括重金属的固体污染物、有机物、细菌和病毒。其中含重金属离子固体污染物废水的污染尤为严重。重金属废水主要来源于采矿、选矿、冶炼、电镀、化工、制革和造纸工业,这些行业产生的含铅、汞、镉、铬、镍、铜、锌等重金属的废水排入天然水体后,不仅对水生生物构成威胁,而且可能通过沉淀、吸附及食物链而不断富集,破坏生态环境,并最终危害到人类的健康。并且重金属污染会造成地下水和地表水的污染加剧,水现有水处理设备的改造速度赶不上水的污染速度。水中的有机物和含氯消毒剂结合后产生的卤代物,有许多已被确认为癌症的诱发物。因此,必须严格控制排入环境的工业废水,且注重对饮用水的净化处理。现阶段对于水的净化处理处理已经成为全球性问题,因此需要开发一种高吸附容量、低成本、无二次污染的水处理材料。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种水处理材料及其净水方法,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种水处理材料,其中,由以下成分组成:活性氧化铝、聚合氯化铝、碳酸镁、聚合硫酸铁、明矾、石英砂、海绵铁、沸石、多孔淀粉、柠檬酸钠、氟锆酸钾。
优选的,该水处理材料,包括以下重量份的原料:活性氧化铝6-10份、聚合氯化铝10-25份、碳酸镁6-8份、聚合硫酸铁2-7份、明矾1-3份、石英砂20-30份、海绵铁5-7份、沸石9-15份、多孔淀粉15-20份、柠檬酸钠1-3份、氟锆酸钾6-8份。
优选的,该水处理材料,具体包括以下重量份的原料:活性氧化铝8份、聚合氯化铝17份、碳酸镁7份、聚合硫酸铁5份、明矾2份、石英砂25份、海绵铁6份、沸石12份、多孔淀粉18份、柠檬酸钠2份、氟锆酸钾7份。
优选的,所述碳酸镁可更换成硫酸镁和氯化镁其中的一种或为三种的混合物。
优选的,所述明矾、聚合氯化铝、聚合硫酸铁可任意更换成硫酸铝、聚合硫酸铝、铝酸钠、三氯化铁、硫酸亚铁、碳酸镁、聚合氯化铁、骨胶、聚丙烯酰胺、活化硅酸和海藻酸钠其中的一种或多种。
本发明提供的一种水处理材料的净水方法如下步骤进行:(1)备料:活性氧化铝、聚合氯化铝、碳酸镁、聚合硫酸铁、明矾、石英砂、海绵铁、沸石、多孔淀粉、柠檬酸钠、氟锆酸钾;(2)混合:将步骤(1)中备好的料原料进行混合;(3)将步骤(2)中的混合好的原料投入到水处理器内进行净水处理;(4)水从水处理器的进水口进入,进过净水处理后从出口处流出,从而完成水的净化。
有益效果:本发明的有益效果是:本发明的水处理材料可以快速沉降,性能稳定性好,可有效去除水中的有害元素和杂质,能够有效抑制细菌滋生,无毒无味,无异物脱落,不会产生二次污染,体积密度小,易于与水混合,能够充分发挥材料的快速吸附作用,操作性强,成本低,具有广阔市场应用前景。

下面结合具体实施方式对本专利的技术方案作进一步详细地说明。
实施例1
本实施例的一种水处理材料,其中,由以下成分组成:活性氧化铝、聚合氯化铝、碳酸镁、聚合硫酸铁、明矾、石英砂、海绵铁、沸石、多孔淀粉、柠檬酸钠、氟锆酸钾。
进一步的说,该水处理材料,具体包括以下重量份的原料:活性氧化铝6份、聚合氯化铝10份、碳酸镁6份、聚合硫酸铁2份、明矾1份、石英砂20份、海绵铁5份、沸石9份、多孔淀粉15份、柠檬酸钠1份、氟锆酸钾6份。
进一步的说,所述碳酸镁可更换成硫酸镁和氯化镁其中的一种或为三种的混合物。
进一步的说,所述明矾、聚合氯化铝、聚合硫酸铁可任意更换成硫酸铝、聚合硫酸铝、铝酸钠、三氯化铁、硫酸亚铁、碳酸镁、聚合氯化铁、骨胶、聚丙烯酰胺、活化硅酸和海藻酸钠其中的一种或多种。

进一步的说,所述碳酸镁可更换成硫酸镁和氯化镁其中的一种或为三种的混合物。
进一步的说,所述明矾、聚合氯化铝、聚合硫酸铁可任意更换成硫酸铝、聚合硫酸铝、铝酸钠、三氯化铁、硫酸亚铁、碳酸镁、聚合氯化铁、骨胶、聚丙烯酰胺、活化硅酸和海藻酸钠其中的一种或多种。

本发明的水处理材料可以快速沉降,性能稳定性好,可有效去除水中的有害元素和杂质,能够有效抑制细菌滋生,无毒无味,无异物脱落,不会产生二次污染,体积密度小,易于与水混合,能够充分发挥材料的快速吸附作用,操作性强,成本低,具有广阔市场应用前景。

1.一种水处理材料,其特征在于,包括:活性氧化铝、聚合氯化铝、碳酸镁、聚合硫酸铁、明矾、石英砂、海绵铁、沸石、多孔淀粉、柠檬酸钠、氟锆酸钾。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种水处理材料,其特征在于:包括以下重量份的原料:活性氧化铝6-10份、聚合氯化铝10-25份、碳酸镁6-8份、聚合硫酸铁2-7份、明矾1-3份、石英砂20-30份、海绵铁5-7份、沸石9-15份、多孔淀粉15-20份、柠檬酸钠1-3份、氟锆酸钾6-8份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种水处理材料,其特征在于:包括以下重量份的原料:活性氧化铝8份、聚合氯化铝17份、碳酸镁7份、聚合硫酸铁5份、明矾2份、石英砂25份、海绵铁6份、沸石12份、多孔淀粉18份、柠檬酸钠2份、氟锆酸钾7份。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种水处理材料,其特征在于:所述碳酸镁可更换成硫酸镁和氯化镁其中的一种或为三种的混合物。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种水处理材料,其特征在于:所述明矾、聚合氯化铝、聚合硫酸铁可任意更换成硫酸铝、聚合硫酸铝、铝酸钠、三氯化铁、硫酸亚铁、碳酸镁、聚合氯化铁、骨胶、聚丙烯酰胺、活化硅酸和海藻酸钠其中的一种或多种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种水处理材料的净水方法,其特征在于:该净水方法按如下步骤进行:(1)备料:活性氧化铝、聚合氯化铝、碳酸镁、聚合硫酸铁、明矾、石英砂、海绵铁、沸石、多孔淀粉、柠檬酸钠、氟锆酸钾;(2)混合:将步骤(1)中备好的料原料进行混合;(3)将步骤(2)中的混合好的原料投入到水处理器内进行净水处理;(4)水从水处理器的进水口进入,进过净水处理后从出口处流出,从而完成水的净化。
