Abstract

本发明公开了一种交叉韧带修复用带袢钢板袢环及其制备方法。该袢环由单根编织绳形成一个连续的绳环,该编织绳经由编织工艺一步成型获得双重结构:双轨空心管和编织线,所述双轨空心管由两个独立并行的空心圆轨道经固结段固结而成,正视面为扁平带状,所述的编织线有两段,分别连于双轨空心管两端,且通过在双轨空心管内有序的穿套而形成袢环。本发明提供的交叉韧带修复用带袢钢板袢环,制备方法简单,易于术中牵拉操作,且与韧带直接穿套接触的双轨空心管因其扁平带状,可减少对韧带的切割力,延长其体内服役性能。

Description

一种交叉韧带修复用带袢钢板袢环及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种交叉韧带修复用带袢钢板袢环及其制备方法,属于纺织基医疗器械技术领域。
背景技术
随着目前,通过关节镜手术,带袢钢板被广泛用于固定交叉韧带重建术中。其主要作用是通过牵拉调节袢环长度将韧带移植物移动到骨隧道段内。由于袢环长度的调节为不可逆,因此在钢板固定后,袢环有效的固定了韧带的位置,避免韧带在植入初期发生移位。
但是,近年来临床应用报道,由于袢环主要是采用医用缝合线通过相互穿套的方式形成闭环,当膝关节发生长期剧烈运动时,与缝合线绑定的韧带移植物易受到圆形截面缝合线的切割,造成韧带受损,强力降低,大大缩短了韧带移植物在体内的远期服役性能;其次,目前带袢钢板中袢环的主要穿套方式为“嵌套”,即缝合线的一端通过缝合针的穿引,进入该缝合线长度方向上特定段的内部,再从中穿出,类似于“包芯”结构。由于单一缝合线直径相同,以“嵌套”的方式使得芯层缝合线外表面与外层缝合线内表面之间空间狭小,相互挤压。当医生在进行长度调节时,缝合线牵拉摩擦阻力过大,操作困难,延长了手术时间。
因此,迫切需要研发一种新型带袢钢板袢环,使其在减少对韧带的切割力、降低牵拉摩擦阻力、提高手术可操作性、降低手术时间的同时,有效延长韧带移植物在患者体内服役性能。
与本发明内容相关却有实质差别的专利有:①公开号为CN109350149A的专利,一种交叉韧带修复结构及修复方法:该带袢钛板袢环是由两根缝合线及一个线套相互组装形成闭环,为二次加工而成,非一体加工,另其使用的缝合线结构与本专利编织绳结构(含双轨空心管和编织线)有实质性区别。②公开号为CN108392235A的发明专利,一种用于带袢钛板中的袢环及袢环的编织工艺:该带袢钛板袢环是将单根带芯编织绳的两个端部相互穿入彼此的内部,以嵌套的形式形成闭环,其带芯编织绳内部已有芯纱,内部并非中空管道,另编织绳穿套方式与本专利有实质性区别。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种交叉韧带重建手术中使用的交叉韧带修复用带袢钢板袢环及其制备方法。
为达到上述目的,本发明的技术方案是提供了一种交叉韧带修复用带袢钢板袢环,其特征在于,该袢环由单根编织绳形成一个连续的绳环,该编织绳经由编织工艺一步成型获得双重结构:双轨空心管和编织线。
优选地,所述的交叉韧带修复用带袢钢板袢环的双轨空心管由独立并行的上端空心圆轨道和下端空心圆轨道经固结段固结而成,正视面为扁平带状。
优选地,所述的交叉韧带修复用带袢钢板袢环的编织线有两段,分别连于双轨空心管左端的左侧编织线和右端的右侧编织线,且通过在双轨空心管内有序的穿套而形成袢环。
优选地,所述的编织绳材料为聚酯纱线、聚丙烯纱线、尼龙纱线、超高分子量聚乙烯纱线或聚酰亚胺纱线。
优选地,所述双轨空心管长度1-8cm,上端空心圆轨道和下端空心圆轨道的直径为0.5-2mm。
优选地,所述左侧编织线和右侧编织线长度均为15-30cm,直径为0.2-1.5mm。
本发明的另一个技术方案是提供了一种上述的交叉韧带修复用带袢钢板袢环的制备方法,其特征在于,具体包括以下步骤为:
S1选择纱线材料进行绕纱后,在8-24锭的编织机上完成纱管安装;
S2设定三段编织程序,依次为:第一段程序采用常规携纱器轨道制备左端的左侧编织线,第二段程序自动切换携纱器轨道制备双轨空心管,第三段程序再次自
动切换成常规携纱器轨道制备右侧编织线,最终获得具有双重结构的单根编织绳;
S3将左侧编织线的自由端穿入钢板线孔a后从线孔b穿出,再经由双轨空心管的下端空心圆轨道右侧开口e穿入,左侧开口f穿出,最后经由穿入钢板线孔c穿出;
S4将右侧编织线的自由端穿入钢板线孔b后从线孔a穿出,再经由双轨空心管的上端空心圆轨道左侧开口g穿入,右侧开口h穿出,最后经由钢板线孔d穿出;
S5将左侧编织线和右侧编织线的自由端连接形成绑线,获得由单根编织绳形成的一个连续绳环,即制备得到一种交叉韧带修复用带袢钢板袢环。
优选地,所述的步骤S3和S4还可以采用如下步骤制备:
S3将左侧编织线的自由端穿入钢板线孔a后从线孔b穿出,再经由双轨空心管的上端空心圆轨道右侧开口h穿入,左侧开口g穿出,最后经由钢板线孔c穿出;
S4将右侧编织线的自由端穿入钢板线孔b后从线孔a穿出,再经由双轨空心管的下端空心圆轨道左侧开口f穿入,右侧开口e穿出,最后由钢板线孔d穿出。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点如下:
本发明所制备的一种交叉韧带修复用带袢钢板袢环采用单根编织绳,工序简单,加工方便,无需采用二次加工,可直接有序穿套形成袢环
(1)由于采用编织工艺一步成型技术,实现单根编织绳的双重结构,即双轨空心管和编织线。避免了采用嵌套等方法对编织绳内部穿套时造成的纤维断裂、编织结构不稳、局部编织密度不匀等问题。
(2)本发明所制备的袢环,其单根编织绳的双轨空心管中预留中空圆轨道空间,便于编织线穿套,减少牵拉时编织线与双轨空心管管壁间的摩擦,易于操作,缩短手术时间。
(3)本发明所制备的袢环,其单根编织绳的双轨空心管,正视面为扁平带状,与韧带想连接时,可降低现有其他技术中医用缝合线对韧带的力学刺激,增强其体内服役性能。

S1选择聚酯纱线材料进行绕纱后,在8锭的编织机上完成纱管安装;
S2设定第一段程序采用常规携纱器轨道制备编织线2A,长度为15cm,直径为0.2mm;第二段程序自动切换携纱器轨道制备双轨空心管,长度为2cm,上端/下端空心圆轨道直径均为0.5mm;第三段程序再次自动切换成常规携纱器轨道制备编织线2B,长度与直径同编织线2A,最终获得具有双重结构的单根编织绳;
S3将编织线2A的自由端穿入钢板4线孔a后从线孔b穿出,再经由双轨空心管的下端空心圆轨道1B右侧开口e穿入,左侧开口f穿出,最后经由穿入钢板4线孔c穿出;
S4将编织线2B的自由端穿入钢板4线孔b后从线孔a穿出,再经由双轨空心管的上端空心圆轨道1A左侧开口g穿入,右侧开口h穿出,最后经由钢板4线孔d穿出;
S5将编织线2A和编织线2B的自由端连接形成绑线,获得由单根编织绳形成的一个连续绳环,即制备得到一种交叉韧带修复用带袢钢板袢环。
实施例2
S1选择聚丙烯纱线材料进行绕纱后,在12锭的编织机上完成纱管安装;
S2设定第一段程序采用常规携纱器轨道制备编织线2A,长度为20cm,直径为0.8mm;第二段程序自动切换携纱器轨道制备双轨空心管,长度为4cm,上端/下端空心圆轨道直径均为1.2mm;第三段程序再次自动切换成常规携纱器轨道制备编织线2B,长度与直径同编织线2A,最终获得具有双重结构的单根编织绳;
S3将编织线2A的自由端穿入钢板4线孔a后从线孔b穿出,再经由双轨空心管的下端空心圆轨道1B右侧开口e穿入,左侧开口f穿出,最后经由穿入钢板4线孔c穿出;
S4将编织线2B的自由端穿入钢板4线孔b后从线孔a穿出,再经由双轨空心管的上端空心圆轨道1A左侧开口g穿入,右侧开口h穿出,最后经由钢板4线孔d穿出;
S5将编织线2A和编织线2B的自由端连接形成绑线,获得由单根编织绳形成的一个连续绳环,即制备得到一种交叉韧带修复用带袢钢板袢环。
实施例3
S1选择超高分子量聚乙烯纱线材料进行绕纱后,在24锭的编织机上完成纱管安装;
S2设定第一段程序采用常规携纱器轨道制备编织线2A,长度为30cm,直径为1.5mm;第二段程序自动切换携纱器轨道制备双轨空心管,长度为8cm,上端/下端空心圆轨道直径均为2mm;第三段程序再次自动切换成常规携纱器轨道制备编织线2B,长度与直径同编织线2A,最终获得具有双重结构的单根编织绳;
S3将编织线2A的自由端穿入钢板4线孔a后从线孔b穿出,再经由双轨空心管的上端空心圆轨道1A右侧开口h穿入,左侧开口g穿出,最后经由钢板4线孔c穿出;
S4将编织线2B的自由端穿入钢板4线孔b后从线孔a穿出,再经由双轨空心管的下端空心圆轨道1B左侧开口f穿入,右侧开口e穿出,最后由钢板4线孔d穿出;
S5将编织线2A和编织线2B的自由端连接形成绑线,获得由单根编织绳形成的一个连续绳环,即制备得到一种交叉韧带修复用带袢钢板袢环。

1.一种交叉韧带修复用带袢钢板袢环,其特征在于,该袢环由单根编织绳形成一个连续的绳环,该编织绳经由编织工艺一步成型获得双重结构:双轨空心管和编织线。
2.根据权利要求1所述的交叉韧带修复用带袢钢板袢环,其特征在于,所述双轨空心管由两个独立并行的上端空心圆轨道和下端空心圆轨道经固结段固结而成,正视面为扁平带状。
3.根据权利要求1所述的交叉韧带修复用带袢钢板袢环,其特征在于,所述的编织线有两段,分别连于双轨空心管两端,且通过在双轨空心管内有序的穿套而形成袢环。
4.根据权利要求1所述的交叉韧带修复用带袢钢板袢环,其特征在于,所述的双轨空心管长度1-8cm,上端/下端空心圆轨道直径均为0.5-2mm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的交叉韧带修复用带袢钢板袢环,其特征在于,所述的编织线两端长度均为15-30cm,直径为0.2-1.5mm。
6.一种交叉韧带修复用带袢钢板袢环制备方法,其特征在于,具体包括以下步骤为:
S1选择纱线材料进行绕纱后,在8-24锭的编织机上完成纱管安装;
S2设定三段编织程序,依次为:第一段程序采用常规携纱器轨道制备编织线2A,第二段程序自动切换携纱器轨道制备双轨空心管,第三段程序再次自动切换成常规携纱器轨道制备编织线2B,最终获得具有双重结构的单根编织绳;
S3选择从左至右依次设有线孔a、b、c、d的钢板,将编织线2A的自由端穿入钢板线孔a后从线孔b穿出,再经由双轨空心管的下端空心圆轨道右侧开口穿入,左侧开口穿出,最后经由穿入钢板线孔c穿出;
S4将编织线2B的自由端穿入钢板线孔b后从线孔a穿出,再经由双轨空心管的上端空心圆轨道左侧开口穿入,右侧开口穿出,最后经由钢板线孔d穿出;
S5将编织线2A和编织线2B的自由端连接形成绑线,获得由单根编织绳形成的一个连续绳环,即制备得到一种交叉韧带修复用带袢钢板袢环。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种交叉韧带修复用带袢钢板袢环制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S3和S4还可以采用如下步骤制备:
S3将编织线2A的自由端穿入钢板线孔a后从线孔b穿出,再经由双轨空心管的上端空心圆轨道右侧开口穿入,左侧开口穿出,最后经由钢板线孔c穿出;
S4将编织线2B的自由端穿入钢板线孔b后从线孔a穿出,再经由双轨空心管的下端空心圆轨道左侧开口穿入,右侧开口穿出,最后由钢板线孔d穿出。
