The names of messages or information exchanged between devices in the embodiments of the present disclosure are for illustrative purposes only, and are not intended to limit the scope of the messages or information.
An application scenario of the present disclosure is first introduced. In an application scenario of the present disclosure, different countries may have media files with the same name, for example, country a and country B both have a media file named "XX", and when a user searches for the media file named "XX", the present disclosure may determine a presentation order of the media file named "XX" in country a and the media file named "XX" in country B according to usage preferences of the users in different countries for the media files.
Of course, the application scenario of the present disclosure is not limited to the above scenario based on user search and the same-name media files. For example, when pushing a user with a media file that may be of interest to the user, such as a newly released plurality of media files, different media files may be from different countries, the presentation order of the plurality of media files pushed to the user may be determined in the present disclosure according to the usage preferences of the user in the different countries for the media files.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart illustrating a presentation method of a media file according to an exemplary embodiment, which may be applied to an electronic device with processing capability, such as a terminal, a server, and the like. As shown in FIG. 1, the method may include S101-S104.
In S101, a plurality of target media files to be presented to a target user and a country corresponding to each target media file are determined.
In one embodiment, the target media file may be a media file associated with the search information determined based on the search information input by the target user. Illustratively, the retrieval information input by the target user may be a name of a media file, such as a song title of a song, and the plurality of target media files may be a plurality of media files that are the same as or similar to the name. In another embodiment, the target media file may be a media file pushed to the user that may be of interest to the user, such as a newly released media file, or a trending media file, etc.
The countries corresponding to different target media files may be different, wherein the country corresponding to the target media file may be the country from which the target media file originates, i.e., the country from which the target media file is first published. For example, if the target media file a is first published in country a, the country corresponding to the target media file a may be country a.
In S102, the country in which the target user is located is determined.
The country of the target user can be determined according to the current position information of the target user.
In S103, similarity characteristic information corresponding to each target media file is acquired.
For example, users in different countries may have different preferences for the genre of music, e.g., users in some countries may prefer to select a soothing type of music, users in some countries may prefer to select a rock type of music, i.e., users in different countries may have different preferences for use of media files. If users in both countries prefer a soothing type of music, it may be characterized that users in both countries prefer a similar usage preference for media files. If a user in one country prefers a soothing type of music and a user in another country prefers a rock type of music, it may be characterized that the users in the two countries have greater preference for use of the media file. It should be noted that the above description of the usage preference of the media file according to the preference of the user for the music type is only an exemplary illustration and does not limit the embodiments of the present disclosure.
The similarity characteristic information corresponding to the target media file can be used for representing the use preference similarity of the media file between the user of the country where the target user is located and the user of the country corresponding to the target media file. Illustratively, the country corresponding to the target media file a is country a, the country corresponding to the target media file B is country B, and the country where the target user is located is country C. If the usage preferences of the user in country C and the user in country a for the media file are similar, the similarity characteristic information corresponding to the target media file a is relatively high. If the usage preferences of the user in country C and the user in country B for the media file are different greatly, the similarity characteristic information corresponding to the target media file B is relatively low.
In S104, the display order of the plurality of target media files is determined according to the similarity characteristic information.
The target user may prefer to select a target media file with high corresponding similarity characteristic information, and therefore, when determining the presentation order of a plurality of target media files, the target media file with high corresponding similarity characteristic information may be ranked before the target media file with low corresponding similarity characteristic information.
Following the above example, the user of country C in which the target user is located may have a preference for media files that is more similar to the user of country a, and thus the target user may have a preference for selecting target media file a, which may be arranged in front of target media file b when determining the presentation order of the plurality of target media files.
According to the technical scheme, the target media file is a media file to be displayed to a target user, and the similarity characteristic information corresponding to the target media file can be used for representing the use preference similarity of the user of the country where the target user is located and the user of the country corresponding to the target media file to the media file. The target user may prefer to select a target media file with high corresponding similarity characteristic information, and therefore, when determining the presentation order of a plurality of target media files, the target media file with high corresponding similarity characteristic information may be ranked before the target media file with low corresponding similarity characteristic information. Therefore, when a plurality of target media files are displayed for a user, the using preferences of the users in different countries to the media files are considered, the user can browse the target media files which are preferred to be selected by the user at first, the target media files are not sequenced according to a random sequence, the display sequence of the target media files is more consistent with the expectation of the target user, the experience of the target user is improved, and the reasonability of the display sequence of the target media files is improved.
In this disclosure, the obtaining of the similarity characteristic information corresponding to each target media file in the step S103 may include:
and for each target media file, determining similarity characteristic information corresponding to the target media file according to a first distance between target use preference information of the user of the country where the target user is located and the target use preference information of the user of the country corresponding to the target media file.
The target usage preference information may be used to characterize usage preferences of users of a country for media files. In one embodiment, the target usage preference information may be represented in the form of a vector, wherein the dimension of the vector may be set in advance, for example, may be set to any dimension between 32-128 dimensions. The first distance between the target usage preference information may be a euclidean distance between vectors.
If the usage preferences of users in two countries for media files are more similar, the target usage preference information corresponding to the two countries is more similar, and the first distance between the target usage preference information is smaller. Illustratively, for example, the reciprocal of the first distance may be used as the similarity characteristic information corresponding to the target media file. The smaller the first distance is, the greater the corresponding similarity characteristic information is, and the higher the similarity of the use preference of the user of the country where the target user is located and the user of the country corresponding to the target media file is.
In the present disclosure, the target usage preference information corresponding to each country may be pre-trained, for example, pre-trained according to the historical usage of the media file by the user in each country. In an alternative embodiment, the similarity characteristic information corresponding to the target media file may be predetermined, for example, predetermined according to target usage preference information corresponding to a trained country, and stored in a terminal or a server, and the terminal or the server may directly obtain the similarity characteristic information. In another alternative embodiment, the similarity characteristic information corresponding to the target media file may also be determined according to the target usage preference information corresponding to the country trained in advance after S102.
Fig. 2 is a flow chart illustrating a method of obtaining target usage preference information according to an example embodiment. As shown in FIG. 2, the method may include S201-S204.
In S201, for each media file, historical usage information of the media file in a plurality of target countries is acquired.
The media files may be selected songs, music clips, etc., and may also include the target media files to be presented to the user. Which countries are used as target countries can be preset, and the target countries can include the country where the target user is located and the country corresponding to the target media file.
The historical usage information of the media file in the target country may be usage information of the media file by the user in the target country within a preset historical period (e.g., the past week, month). Illustratively, the historical usage information may include, for example, a media file usage amount, a media file play completion amount, a number of times the media file was used as a background media file. The usage amount of the media file may include the number of times the media file is played, the number of times the media file is searched, and the like. The media file play completion amount may refer to the number of times the media file is completed to be played. The number of times a media file is used as a background media file may refer to the number of times the media file is set by a user as a mobile phone ring tone, short video background music, etc.
In S202, the positive example country and the negative example country of the media file are respectively determined according to the historical usage information of the media file in each target country.
The positive case country may be a target country that satisfies the preset usage condition of the media file, and the negative case country may be a target country that does not satisfy the preset usage condition of the media file. Wherein the preset use condition may include at least one of the following: the usage amount of the media file is larger than a preset usage amount threshold value; the playing completion amount of the media file is larger than a preset playing amount threshold value; the number of times the media file is used as a background media file is greater than a preset number threshold. The preset usage threshold, the preset playing amount threshold and the preset number threshold can be preset, and values of the thresholds are not specifically limited in the disclosure. Moreover, the preset use conditions may be the same or different for different media files, and the disclosure is not limited in particular.
The preset usage condition may include one or more of the above conditions, and when a plurality of the above conditions are included, when the regular country is determined, the target country may be the regular country as the media file if the target country simultaneously satisfies the plurality of conditions, or may be the regular country as the media file if the target country satisfies one of the plurality of conditions. In determining the negative example country, the target country may be taken as the negative example country of the media file if none of the target countries satisfies the plurality of conditions.
In addition, when determining the negative example country of the media file, in addition to considering whether the target country meets the preset use condition of the media file, the overall use condition of the target country for the media file, that is, the total amount of use of the media file by the users in the country, can be considered. If the target country does not satisfy the preset use condition of the media file and the total amount of the media file used by the users of the target country is relatively large, the target country can be taken as a negative example country. The reason is mainly that if the total amount of use of the media file by the user of the target country is large, the probability of the target country being a positive example country is large, and the probability of the target country being a negative example country is small, and in order to balance the probabilities of the target country being the positive example country and the negative example country, the target country may be the negative example country.
For example, for the media file C, country a and country C both satisfy the preset usage condition of the media file C, and country B does not satisfy the preset usage condition of the media file C, then country a and country C may be taken as the positive example country of the media file C, and country B may be taken as the negative example country of the media file C.
In S203, at least one tuple corresponding to the media file is established. Wherein each tuple can include a plurality of positive example countries of the media file and at least one negative example country of the media file.
The present disclosure is not particularly limited with respect to the number of positive and negative example countries in the tuple.
In S204, the usage preference information of each target country is iteratively updated according to the tuple and the objective function to obtain the target usage preference information.
After at least one tuple corresponding to each media file is established for each media file, the use preference information of each target country can be iteratively updated according to the established tuples and the target function, so as to obtain the target use preference information corresponding to each target country. In the present disclosure, each tuple may be used to iteratively update the usage preference information of the country involved in the tuple, and the iterative update process is a process of continuously optimizing the usage preference information. With the increase of the number of times of iterative updating, the use preference information is continuously optimized, so that the finally obtained target use preference information is more accurate, and the use preference condition of the user in the target country to the media file can be reflected better.
Each target country may have its own initial usage preference information, which may be preset, for example, expressed in a vector form. The initial usage preference information of each target country may be the same or different, and the present disclosure is not particularly limited.
The above exemplary embodiment of iteratively updating the usage preference information of each target country according to the tuple and the objective function in S204 may be as shown in fig. 3, including S301 to S306.
In S301, one of the multi-tuples that has not been traversed is obtained as a target multi-tuple, and a target parameter corresponding to the target multi-tuple is determined according to the current usage preference information and the target function of the country to which the target multi-tuple relates.
The target tuple may be any one of the non-traversed tuples. Illustratively, in an alternative embodiment of the present disclosure, the tuple includes two positive example countries and one negative example country. The step S301 may include:
determining a second distance between the current use preference information of two regular countries in the target multi-tuple and a third distance between the current use preference information of one regular country in the target multi-tuple and the current use preference information of a negative regular country in the target multi-tuple; and calculating the target parameter according to the second distance, the third distance and the target function. Wherein the usage preference information may be represented in the form of vectors, and the second distance and the third distance may be euclidean distances between the vectors.
By way of example, the objective function may be:
Y=D1-min(β,D2)
where Y represents the target parameter, D1 represents the second distance, D2 represents the third distance, and β represents the preset distance threshold.
Following the above example, country A and country C may be the positive example countries of media file C, and country B may be the negative example countries of media file C. One of the multi-element groups corresponding to the media file C may be (country a, country C, country B). For example, using the tuple as the target tuple, a second distance between the current usage preference information of country a and the current usage preference information of country C and a third distance between the current usage preference information of country a and the current usage preference information of country B can be calculated. And then, inputting the second distance and the third distance into an objective function to obtain corresponding objective parameters.
In S302, it is determined whether the target parameter satisfies a preset update condition. If yes, executing S303; in the case of non-satisfaction, S304 is executed.
For the regular countries of a media file, which all satisfy the preset usage condition of the media file, the usage preference for the media file is similar, so the second distance should be small enough. And the usage preference for the media file is different between the positive and negative example countries, the third distance described above should be sufficiently large. In this way, the objective of iterative optimization can be translated into minimizing the target parameters.
The preset updating condition may be that the target parameter is greater than a preset value, and if the target parameter is greater than the preset value, it may be characterized that the target parameter satisfies the preset updating condition. If the target parameter is less than or equal to the preset value, the target parameter can be represented not to meet the preset updating condition.
In S303, the current usage preference information of the country to which the target tuple relates is adjusted.
Under the condition that the target parameter meets the preset updating condition, the current use preference information of the country related to the target tuple can be adjusted according to the difference value between the target parameter and the preset value, for example, a gradient descent method can be adopted for adjustment, so that the current use preference information of the country can better reflect the use preference of users of the country on the media files.
In S304, the current usage preference information of the country to which the target tuple relates is kept unchanged.
When the target parameter does not satisfy the preset update condition, the current usage preference information of the country related to the target multi-component group may not be updated.
In S305, it is determined whether there is a tuple that has not been traversed. If so, returning to S301; in the absence, S306 is executed.
In S306, the current usage preference information of the target country is taken as the target usage preference information of the target country.
In the case where there are tuples that have not been traversed, S301 may be re-executed. In the present disclosure, each tuple may be used to iteratively update the usage preference information of the country to which the tuple relates, and the larger the number of tuples is, the more times the usage preference information is iteratively updated is, the more accurate the finally obtained target usage preference information is. When all the tuples have been traversed, i.e. the iterative update of the usage preference information of the country is completed, the current usage preference information may be used as the target usage preference information of the target country.
Through the technical scheme, the multi-tuple corresponding to each media file can be established for each media file, and each multi-tuple can comprise a plurality of positive example countries and at least one negative example country. According to the multiple groups and the objective function, the objective use preference information corresponding to each country can be trained by iteratively updating the use preference information of the country. As the use preference information is updated iteratively more times, the finally obtained target use preference information is more accurate and can reflect the use preference condition of the user in the target country to the media file more.
When the method for displaying the media file provided by the present disclosure is applied to a terminal, the method may further include:
and displaying the plurality of target media files according to the display sequence.
The terminal may be a terminal device used by a target user, and may be a device such as a smart phone, a tablet computer, a personal computer, and the like. After the terminal determines the display sequence of the plurality of media files, the terminal can display the plurality of target media files according to the display sequence, so that a user can browse the target media files which are preferably selected by the user.
When the method for displaying a media file provided by the present disclosure is applied to a server, the method may further include:
and sending the determined result of the display sequence to the terminal so that the terminal displays the plurality of target media files according to the display sequence.
After determining the display sequence of the plurality of target media files, the server can send the determination result of the display sequence to the terminal used by the target user. And after receiving the determination result of the display sequence, the terminal can display a plurality of target media files according to the display sequence.
Based on the same inventive concept, the present disclosure also provides a presentation apparatus of a media file, and fig. 4 is a block diagram illustrating a presentation apparatus of a media file according to an exemplary embodiment. As shown in fig. 4, the apparatus 400 may include:
a first determining module 401, configured to determine a plurality of target media files to be presented to a target user and a country corresponding to each of the target media files;
