Background
Currently, angle sensors are widely used in industrial automatic control systems such as servo control systems, industrial robots, numerical control machines, vehicles, textiles, engineering machinery, petrochemical industry, coal mine machinery, water conservancy electric power, and water transportation ships. For many applications, it is often desirable to use the device in open air or outdoor conditions, in situations where the device is subjected to wind, rain, or even muddy immersion or is subjected to a certain depth of water pressure. This places a need for the use of waterproof functionality for angle sensors with dynamic rotation measurement.
Angle sensors are mainly classified into several types from the physical effect or principle, respectively, conductive plastics, photoelectric type, capacitive grating type, and magnetoelectric type. The conductive plastic type angle sensor, the electrical signal extraction belongs to the contact type. The annular conductive film is made of conductive plastic materials, and the fixed electrodes at two ends and the wear-resistant conductive contact connected with the rotating shaft form a voltage division output structure to realize the rotation of the rotating shaft and the output of an electric signal of output voltage. In addition to the contact wear, water, oil, dust, etc. may cause a change in contact resistance of the contact, affecting the accuracy of the output electrical signal. If the waterproof function is realized, only the sealing of the shell structure is relied on. The photoelectric angle sensor is characterized in that a central rotating shaft drives a photoelectric coded disc, and light and dark scribed line stripes on the photoelectric coded disc are identified through a photoelectric transmitting and receiving tube and a moire fringe technology, so that the measurement of the rotating angle or the displacement is realized. The higher the measurement precision is, the smaller the light and shade stripe interval of the photoelectric coded disc is, and if water, oil, dust, salt mist and the like are immersed, the recognition rate of the photoelectric device can be reduced, and the accuracy of angle measurement is influenced. The capacitive grating type angle sensor depends on two polar plates etched with metal periodic conductive interval stripes to keep a certain gap to form a capacitive grating, and when the two polar plates rotate relatively, the capacitance between the two polar plates changes periodically, so that the inherent excitation frequency changes to realize angle measurement. If media such as water, oil, dust and the like exist between the polar plates, the capacitance between the electrodes can be changed, and the measurement accuracy is influenced. The angle sensors with different principles can only be generally solved by sealing the sensor shell and the electric signal processing circuit and performing waterproof gluing treatment to realize better environmental use characteristics, particularly a waterproof function. The general magnetic-sensing angle sensor adopts a triggering permanent magnet fixed on a rotating shaft in a specific direction, and changes of a rotating magnetic field are converted into electric signals in various output forms through a magnetic-sensing element induced by a non-contact signal. The shock resistance, corrosion resistance, pollution resistance and waterproofness of the magnetic-sensing angle sensor are obviously improved compared with the angle sensor based on the principle after waterproof treatment such as shell sealing. However, when the angle sensor measures, the relative rotation between the rotating shaft and the fixed shell is certain, so that strong water pressure exists in the presence of water, particularly in deep water, and certain technical difficulty still exists in water penetration resistance. If corrosive liquid, salt fog and the water-proof sealing agent are used under the long-term high-humidity working condition, the use requirement of complete water resistance can not be met only by external waterproof sealing treatment.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to utilize the basic principle of magnetic sensitive physical effect, adopt high-sensitivity magnetic sensitive components and parts, and realize physical isolation of a rotating part and an electric signal sensing part of an angle sensor through a mechanical structure, thereby realizing the purpose of fundamentally solving the waterproof problem of working under pressure in a deep water use state in the dynamic detection process of the angle sensor, improving the comprehensive environment applicability of the angle sensor, further expanding the application scene and the use working condition of the angle sensor and greatly improving the quality of the angle sensor.
