本发明公开了一种太阳能路灯,包括立柱,立柱上端的两侧分别固定设有第一支撑架和第二支撑架,第一支撑架和第二支撑架之间设有光伏板,第一支撑架和第二支撑架内设有支撑筒,光伏板上下部的两侧的端面上分别焊接有支撑轴,支撑轴穿过开设在第一支撑架和第二支撑架架杆上的U型条形通槽,且插入支撑筒内,支撑轴和支撑筒之间填充设有弹性球,立柱的顶部通过支撑臂安装有磁铁甲,光伏板的底部设有磁铁乙,磁铁甲与磁铁乙相互吸引。本发明结构新颖,可实现缓冲抗风,使得太阳能板具有更好的抗风能力。

本发明属于太阳能路灯领域,具体涉及一种太阳能路灯。
背景技术
太阳能路灯是采用晶体硅太阳能电池供电,超高亮LED灯具作为光源,并由智能化充放电控制器控制,用于代替传统公用电力照明的路灯。
传统的太阳能路灯中的太阳能板通过螺丝或者支架固定安装于灯杆上,由于太阳能板的体积大,导致太阳能板的抗风面积大,故在大风天气时,会导致太阳能板遇到较大气流的冲击而发生振动,产生的振动容易导致晶体硅太阳能电池板的断裂,整体抗风能力均较差。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明提供一种太阳能路灯,结构新颖,可实现缓冲抗风,使得太阳能板具有更好的抗风能力。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种太阳能路灯,包括立柱,所述立柱上端的两侧分别固定设有第一支撑架和第二支撑架,所述第一支撑架和第二支撑架之间设有光伏板,所述第一支撑架和第二支撑架内设有支撑筒,所述光伏板上下部的两侧的端面上分别焊接有支撑轴,所述支撑轴穿过开设在所述第一支撑架和第二支撑架架杆上的U型条形通槽,且插入所述支撑筒内,所述支撑轴和支撑筒之间填充设有弹性球,所述立柱的顶部通过支撑臂安装有磁铁甲,所述光伏板的底部设有磁铁乙,所述磁铁甲与磁铁乙相互吸引。
所述第一支撑架和第二支撑架为中空结构,所述第一支撑架和第二支撑架内两侧壁上分别固设有滑道,所述支撑筒的两侧端的端部为与所述滑道相匹配的结构,且置于所述滑道内,所述第一支撑架和第二支撑架的架杆顶部分别设有盖帽,所述盖帽下部延伸端设有外螺纹,所述第一支撑架和第二支撑架的架杆上部设有内螺纹,所述盖帽旋拧进所述第一支撑架和第二支撑架的架杆内。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1.本发明光伏板架设在第一支撑架和第二支撑架上,稳定稳固,光伏板通过支撑轴插入支撑筒内,且支撑轴和支撑筒之间填充设有弹性球,使得光伏板能够在多方位的气流下利用弹性球的弹力来实现缓冲抗风,增加整体抗风能力。
2.本发明光伏板底部通过磁铁甲和磁铁乙相互吸引,一方面,能够稳定光伏板,另一方面,光伏板在较大气流冲击下发生小角度位移时,能够通过磁力的吸引使得光伏板复位。
3.本发明的支撑筒可以从第一支撑架和第二支撑架的架杆内拆卸出,方便对支撑筒内的弹性球进行更换,实现维修和维护的方便。

具体实施方式
如说明书附图中图1至图5所示的一种太阳能路灯,包括立柱1,立柱1上端的两侧分别固定设有第一支撑架2和第二支撑架3,第一支撑架2和第二支撑架3之间设有光伏板4,第一支撑架2和第二支撑架3内设有支撑筒5,光伏板4上下部的两侧的端面上分别焊接有支撑轴6,支撑轴6穿过开设在第一支撑架2和第二支撑架3架杆上的U型条形通槽12,且插入支撑筒5内,支撑轴6和支撑筒5之间填充设有弹性球7,立柱1的顶部通过支撑臂安装有磁铁甲8,光伏板4的底部设有磁铁乙9,磁铁甲8与磁铁乙9相互吸引。
当不同角度的气流对光伏板4进行冲击时,由于支撑轴6和支撑筒5之间填充设有弹性球7,弹性球7可将气流冲击产生的振动缓冲掉,光伏板4在较大气流冲击下发生小角度位移时,磁铁甲8与磁铁乙9能够通过磁力的吸引使得光伏板复位。
第一支撑架2和第二支撑架3为中空结构,第一支撑架2和第二支撑架3内两侧壁上分别固设有滑道10,支撑筒5的两侧端的端部为与滑道10相匹配的结构,且置于滑道10内,第一支撑架2和第二支撑架3的架杆顶部分别设有盖帽11,盖帽11下部延伸端设有外螺纹,第一支撑架2和第二支撑架3的架杆上部设有内螺纹,盖帽11旋拧进第一支撑架2和第二支撑架3的架杆内。
在需要更换弹性球7或支撑筒5时,亦或需要拆卸下光伏板4时,可将盖帽11从第一支撑架2和第二支撑架3的架杆顶部旋拧出,而后将光伏板4向上拔,此时,支撑筒5两侧端的端部沿滑道10上移,支撑轴6沿U型条形通槽12上移,直至支撑筒5从第一支撑架2和第二支撑架3的架杆内拆卸出。

1.一种太阳能路灯,包括立柱(1),其特征在于:所述立柱(1)上端的两侧分别固定设有第一支撑架(2)和第二支撑架(3),所述第一支撑架(2)和第二支撑架(3)之间设有光伏板(4),所述第一支撑架(2)和第二支撑架(3)内设有支撑筒(5),所述光伏板(4)上下部的两侧的端面上分别焊接有支撑轴(6),所述支撑轴(6)穿过开设在所述第一支撑架(2)和第二支撑架(3)架杆上的U型条形通槽(12),且插入所述支撑筒(5)内,所述支撑轴(6)和支撑筒(5)之间填充设有弹性球(7),所述立柱(1)的顶部通过支撑臂安装有磁铁甲(8),所述光伏板(4)的底部设有磁铁乙(9),所述磁铁甲(8)与磁铁乙(9)相互吸引。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种太阳能路灯,其特征在于:所述第一支撑架(2)和第二支撑架(3)为中空结构,所述第一支撑架(2)和第二支撑架(3)内两侧壁上分别固设有滑道(10),所述支撑筒(5)的两侧端的端部为与所述滑道(10)相匹配的结构,且置于所述滑道(10)内,所述第一支撑架(2)和第二支撑架(3)的架杆顶部分别设有盖帽(11),所述盖帽(11)下部延伸端设有外螺纹,所述第一支撑架(2)和第二支撑架(3)的架杆上部设有内螺纹,所述盖帽(11)旋拧进所述第一支撑架(2)和第二支撑架(3)的架杆内。
