Abstract

一种抗风型太阳能路灯,包括太阳能电池板和灯杆,灯杆顶部固定有支撑体,支撑体顶部与太阳能电池板底部的固定架铰接,太阳能电池板四周包有倒角边框,固定架右侧中部铰接有电动伸缩杆,电动伸缩杆的固定端与灯杆外壁铰接,灯杆上部还固定风速测量台,风速测量台由抱箍、横杆、风速传感器和风速计,抱箍与灯杆紧固连接,两侧水平焊接有横杆,横杆左右两侧分别安装有风速传感器和风速计。本发明细化了俯仰调节条件的风速控制点,减少了无效的运动,降低了能耗,实现更加准确、有效的抗风功能;太阳能电池板能够捕捉更多太阳能,提升综合性能;倒角边框的设计减轻了垂直载荷,进一步提升抗风性能。

技术领域
本发明属于路灯照明领域,具体涉及一种抗风型太阳能路灯。
背景技术
为推广清洁、可再生能源,光伏发电技术得到了长足的发展,而太阳能路灯作为光伏发电技术应用的代表也已经相当普及,然而,由于太阳能路灯在设计时受风阻系数的影响,太阳能电池板的涉及面积受到极大限制,而单纯的增加灯杆的强度,成本极高,且难以保证太阳能电池板自身的强度,为了实现太阳能路灯的抗风性能,往往设计的路灯结构较为复杂,安装、维护费用高,得不偿失。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明提供一种结构简单、稳定的抗风型太阳能路灯。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种抗风型太阳能路灯,包括太阳能电池板和灯杆,所述灯杆顶部固定有支撑体,所述支撑体顶部与所述太阳能电池板底部的固定架铰接,所述太阳能电池板四周包有倒角边框,所述固定架右侧中部铰接有电动伸缩杆,所述电动伸缩杆的固定端与所述灯杆外壁铰接,所述灯杆上部还固定风速测量台,所述风速测量台由抱箍、横杆、风速传感器和风速计,所述抱箍与所述灯杆紧固连接,两侧水平焊接有所述横杆,所述横杆垂直于所述电动伸缩杆,左侧所述横杆上方安装有所述风速传感器,右侧所述横杆上方固定有所述风速计,所述风速计的叶片的旋转面与所述灯杆、横杆构成的竖面平行。
所述支撑体左侧固定有平面限制块,右侧固定有倾斜限制块,所述平面限制块和所述倾斜限制块顶面均铺贴有橡胶垫。
所述灯杆一侧通过灯臂连接有LED灯头。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明设计有风速测量台,根据太阳能电池板最大迎风面风速和任意方向风速,细化了俯仰调节条件的风速控制点,一方面减少了无效的运动,降低了能耗,实现更加准确、有效的抗风功能;另一方面,太阳能电池板能够捕捉更多太阳能,提升综合性能;本发明设计的支撑体和限制块能够更好的保护太阳能电池板,保证整体的使用寿命;而倒角边框的设计,能够使得水平位置的太阳能电池板在受到横风时获得一定升力,以减轻垂直载荷,使得结构更加稳定,进一步提升抗风性能。

具体实施方式
如说明书附图中图1到图4所示的一种抗风型太阳能路灯,包括太阳能电池板1和灯杆2,灯杆2顶部固定有支撑体3,支撑体3顶部与太阳能电池板1底部的固定架4铰接,太阳能电池板1四周包有倒角边框5,固定架4右侧中部铰接有电动伸缩杆6,电动伸缩杆6的固定端与灯杆2外壁铰接,灯杆2上部还固定风速测量台7,风速测量台7由抱箍8、横杆9、风速传感器10和风速计11,抱箍8与灯杆2紧固连接,两侧水平焊接有横杆9,横杆9垂直于电动伸缩杆6,左侧横杆9上方安装有风速传感器10,右侧横杆9上方固定有风速计11,风速计11的叶片的旋转面与灯杆2、横杆9构成的竖面平行,以测定太阳能电池板1的最大迎面风向的风速。
支撑体3左侧固定有平面限制块12,右侧固定有倾斜限制块13,平面限制块12和倾斜限制块13顶面均铺贴有橡胶垫14。
为配合太阳能电池板1的使用,灯杆2一侧通过灯臂15连接有直流电源驱动的LED灯头16,节约能耗。
本实施例中,电动伸缩杆6的控制电路与照明控制电路分别布置,电动伸缩杆6的控制电路中,风速传感器10与风速计11作为并联的开关,风速计11用于限制太阳能电池板1的最大迎面风向的风速,风速传感器10用于限制任意风向的风速,分别设定极限风速,最终将风速转化为电信号以控制电动伸缩杆6的伸缩运动,电动伸缩杆6设置为单冲程运动机构,即伸缩极限的两个位置,以实现太阳能电池板1的水平和倾斜状态的转换,进一步的,主电路上还应串接延时开关,以防止电动伸缩杆6频繁启动。

1.一种抗风型太阳能路灯,包括太阳能电池板(1)和灯杆(2),其特征在于:所述灯杆(2)顶部固定有支撑体(3),所述支撑体(3)顶部与所述太阳能电池板(1)底部的固定架(4)铰接,所述太阳能电池板(1)四周包有倒角边框(5),所述固定架(4)右侧中部铰接有电动伸缩杆(6),所述电动伸缩杆(6)的固定端与所述灯杆(2)外壁铰接,所述灯杆(2)上部还固定风速测量台(7),所述风速测量台(7)由抱箍(8)、横杆(9)、风速传感器(10)和风速计(11),所述抱箍(8)与所述灯杆(2)紧固连接,两侧水平焊接有所述横杆(9),所述横杆(9)垂直于所述电动伸缩杆(6),左侧所述横杆(9)上方安装有所述风速传感器(10),右侧所述横杆(9)上方固定有所述风速计(11),所述风速计(11)的叶片的旋转面与所述灯杆(2)、横杆(9)构成的竖面平行。
