本发明的有益效果是:相比现有技术,本发明通过将柜体设计为工作区和储备区,不仅方便了工作的连续性,也为空置的钢瓶提供一个暂存的空间,避免临时移动造成的二次环境污染,且由于从钢瓶阀门出气口流出的气体经减压阀减压后,可从柜体的出气口被送出,而一旦钢瓶泄漏达到一定量,则可通过设置在柜体上的气体泄漏报警仪报警,以及通过排废过滤装置实现将柜体内的泄漏气体按照一个流动方向从柜体的排废气口洗出,且被过滤本体吸附过滤,故而密封和防护效果更好。

具体实施方式
结合图1至图8所示的一种腐蚀气瓶的综合保护系统,在本实施例中,包括柜体1、密封盖合在柜体1上的密封门2以及与柜体1的排废气口13连通的排废过滤装置3,柜体1采用耐腐蚀的不锈钢材料制作而成;柜体1内设有工作区和储备区,工作区和储备区分别至少设有一组可容纳钢瓶4的固定位,本实施方式中的工作区和储备区的钢瓶4为四组,其中储备区是用来存放备用钢瓶或空钢瓶的,因为一般我们使用时为了考虑工作的连续性,都会将每一种气体储备一瓶存放在这里,避免一瓶气体用完之后不能及时续接,从而导致工作的脱节,另外,一瓶工业气体用完了之后,可能工业气体公司不能够及时过来取空瓶,而空瓶随便安置也是特别危险的,这样就可以将空瓶仍然留在密封柜体1里面,等待工业气体厂来人收走;钢瓶4被固定在柜体1的固定位中后,由于钢瓶4的顶端出口安装有钢瓶阀门5,钢瓶阀门5的出气口使用316材质的软管连接有减压阀6,减压阀6被设计固定到柜体1的上方位置,即,为了保证结构的连贯和美观性,柜体1顶部设有高于密封盖的凸出腔,减压阀6固定在凸出腔内,减压阀6的调节手柄7可穿过凸出腔置于柜体1外,凸出腔上还设有一可用于观察减压阀6压力表上读数的可视透明视窗8,从减压阀6的出口减压后的气体通过聚四氟气管导引到柜体1的出气口,且可在气管外部再设计一套塑料的套管,套管与柜体1硅胶垫密封连接,套管包裹气管直接进入实验室,整个过程保证对外不漏气;柜体1上还连接有可用于检测柜体1内气体泄漏的气体泄漏报警仪9,气体泄漏报警仪9检测到泄漏达到设定的浓度后,开始报警,并同时可通过控制器10触发声光报警器11和排废过滤装置3换气,工作人员听到报警后可以前去从密封的柜体1外部利用设计的特殊装置把钢瓶4的阀门锁死,很快柜体1被过滤干净,工作人员排查泄漏原因;排废过滤装置3包括可控制柜体1上进气口12开合的第一电磁阀、可控制柜体1上排废气口13开合的第二电磁阀以及可吸附过滤柜体1内泄漏气体的过滤本体;过滤本体可采用现有技术中已有的现有气体过滤设备进行泄漏气体的过滤,亦可以采用本实施方式中的过滤结构,即,本发明中采用的过滤本体包括过滤箱31、雾化器32、丝网除沫器33、活性炭层34和防腐风机35,过滤箱31由外向内依次包裹有保温层36和制冷层37,保温层36为包裹设置在过滤箱31外的保温材料,制冷层37则为外部包裹式的制冷部件,例如,包裹在过滤箱31上的冷却液管,从而可对于反应中产生的热量进行冷却,过滤箱31内置有吸收液,吸收酸性气体时,可采用碱液,雾化器32固定在吸收液上方的过滤箱31内,且可将吸收液雾化成碱雾,过滤箱31上设有废气进口,且丝网除沫器33和活性炭层34由下到上依次分布在废气进口的上方,此时丝网除沫器33可用于分离过滤箱31中气体夹带的液滴,而活性炭则可进一步的加强过滤效果,防腐风机35则安装在过滤箱31的顶端出口处,从而可实现泄漏气体能够按照一个方向流动;
且钢瓶4安置好之后,将上部的密封门2盖上,上部的密封门2使用硅胶密封条,再利用拉紧锁扣15将门与柜体1结合,密封不漏气,在每一个钢瓶阀门5的位置,我们设计了一套外接式阀门把手,将钢瓶阀门5的旋转开关引出柜体1,这样,假如柜体1里面有钢瓶4泄漏了,我们可以从外部将钢瓶阀门5锁死(其中为了区分工作区和储备区,储备区部分的外接式阀门把手未画出),之后装置启动排废过滤装置3就可以很快将内部泄漏的腐蚀气体过滤掉,不至于一瓶腐蚀气体全部任由它泄漏完;其中,外接式阀门把手的设计为:钢瓶4进入柜体1后,在柜体1的密封门2上正对每一个钢瓶阀门5的位置安装一套塑料密封轴承,使用不锈钢材料作为旋转轴,旋转轴的下部制作成可以和钢瓶阀门5连接成一体的锁扣,旋转轴自密封门2下面通过密封轴承向上伸出,在顶部安装一套手轮14,使用手轮14可以轻松地将钢瓶4的阀门打开或者锁死,而密封轴承的密封作用,不会使内部的气体溢出,较为安全方便。
本发明的工作原理是:本发明通过将柜体1设计为工作区和储备区,不仅方便了工作的连续性,也为空置的钢瓶4提供一个暂存的空间,避免临时移动造成的二次环境污染,且由于从钢瓶阀门5出气口流出的气体经减压阀6减压后,可从柜体1的出气口被送出,而一旦钢瓶4泄漏达到一定量,则可通过设置在柜体1上的气体泄漏报警仪9报警,以及通过排废过滤装置3实现将柜体1内的泄漏气体按照一个流动方向从柜体1的排废气口13洗出,且被过滤本体吸附过滤,故而密封和防护效果更好。

Claims (7)
1.一种腐蚀气瓶的综合保护系统,其特征在于,包括柜体、密封盖合在所述柜体上的密封门以及与所述柜体的排废气口连通的排废过滤装置;所述柜体内设有工作区和储备区,所述工作区和储备区分别至少设有一组可容纳钢瓶的固定位;钢瓶的顶部端口安装有钢瓶阀门,所述钢瓶阀门的出气口连接有减压阀,所述减压阀的出口通过气管导引到所述柜体的出气口;所述柜体上还连接有可用于检测柜体内气体泄漏的气体泄漏报警仪;所述排废过滤装置包括可控制所述柜体上进气口开合的第一电磁阀、可控制所述柜体上排废气口开合的第二电磁阀以及可吸附过滤柜体内泄漏气体的过滤本体。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种腐蚀气瓶的综合保护系统,其特征在于,所述柜体顶部设有高于所述密封盖的凸出腔,所述减压阀固定在所述凸出腔内,所述减压阀的调节手柄可穿过所述凸出腔置于所述柜体外,所述凸出腔上还设有一可用于观察所述减压阀压力表上读数的可视透明视窗。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种腐蚀气瓶的综合保护系统,其特征在于,还包括控制器和声光报警器,所述控制器可与所述气体泄漏报警仪、声光报警器和排废过滤装置电连接,所述气体泄漏报警仪检测到泄漏达到设定的浓度后,可通过所述控制器触发所述声光报警器和所述排废过滤装置换气。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种腐蚀气瓶的综合保护系统,其特征在于,还包括有一可将所述钢瓶阀门的旋转开关引出所述柜体的外接式阀门把手。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种腐蚀气瓶的综合保护系统,其特征在于,所述外接式阀门把手包括密封轴承、旋转轴和手轮,所述密封轴承设置在所述密封门上,且所述旋转轴的一端与所述钢瓶阀门的旋转开关固定相连,且另一端可穿出所述密封门与所述手轮相连,且可通过旋转手轮驱动所述钢瓶阀门的旋转开关开启或闭合钢瓶阀门。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种腐蚀气瓶的综合保护系统,其特征在于,所述密封门上设有可与所述柜体密封的硅胶密封条,且所述密封门与所述柜体侧壁之间通过锁扣锁死固定。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种腐蚀气瓶的综合保护系统,其特征在于,所述过滤本体包括过滤箱、雾化器、丝网除沫器、活性炭层和防腐风机,所述过滤箱由外向内依次包裹有保温层和制冷层,所述过滤箱内置有吸收液,所述雾化器固定在所述吸收液上方的过滤箱内,所述过滤箱上设有废气进口,且所述丝网除沫器和活性炭层由下到上依次分布在所述废气进口的上方,所述防腐风机安装在所述过滤箱的顶端出口处。
