Referring to fig. 14, which is a schematic diagram of an explosion-proof state, when gas is ventilated outwards through the second vent 611 opened by the first moisture-blocking sheet 62, the ventilation channel, and the waterproof breathable film 5, and the ventilation rate is insufficient, and the internal-external pressure difference of the sealed box 100 is greater than the explosion-proof pressure of the present invention, the gas directly pushes the piston 4 to move outwards from the vent hole 12 of the body 1, so that the piston is separated from the second sealing ring on the body, and a venting gap is formed, thereby achieving rapid pressure relief and venting, and achieving an explosion-proof function.
In conclusion, the invention integrates the functions of explosion prevention, pressure relief, ventilation, balance of internal and external pressure difference of the sealed box body, moisture barrier and the like, has simple structure and lower cost, and is easy to realize batch production, popularization and application.

the guide rod (2) is provided with a through hole (20), the through hole (20) is communicated with a first air hole (41) of the piston (4) to form an air permeable channel, the piston (4) is also provided with a waterproof air permeable membrane (5) for covering the first air hole (41), the other end of the guide rod (2) is provided with a constant-pressure air permeable assembly (6), and the constant-pressure air permeable assembly (6) is plugged in the through hole (20); the body (1) is arranged on the sealed box body (100) and forms sealing contact, and the guide rod (2) and the constant-pressure ventilation assembly (6) are arranged in the sealed box body (100); in a normal working state, when the internal and external pressures in the sealed box body are balanced and the pressure difference is less than the opening pressure of the constant-pressure ventilation assembly (6), the through hole (20) on the guide rod (2) is completely sealed; when the internal and external pressure difference is larger than the opening pressure of the constant pressure ventilation assembly (6), the through hole (20) on the guide rod (2) is communicated for ventilation, and the internal and external pressure of the sealing box body is balanced.

The novel explosion-proof balanced valve of claim 1, characterized in that: the constant-pressure ventilation assembly (6) comprises a mounting plate (61) fixed at the other end of the guide rod (2) and a first moisture-resistant sheet (62) and a second moisture-resistant sheet (63) which are arranged on two side faces of the mounting plate (61) in a fitting manner, wherein the mounting plate (61) is provided with a second ventilation hole (611) and a third ventilation hole (612) which penetrate through the mounting plate, the first moisture-resistant sheet (62) covers the second ventilation hole (611), and the second moisture-resistant sheet (63) covers the third ventilation hole (612).
3. The novel explosion-proof balanced valve of claim 2, characterized in that: the first moisture-proof sheet (62) and the second moisture-proof sheet (63) are fixed on the mounting plate (61) through fixing pieces (64).

A novel explosion proof balanced valve as claimed in claim 3 wherein: the first moisture-resisting sheet (62) is also provided with a first pressing sheet (65), and the first pressing sheet (65) is fixedly connected with the fixing piece (64); the second moisture-resisting sheet (63) is also provided with a second pressing sheet (66), and the second pressing sheet (66) is fixedly connected with the fixing piece (64).
