Abstract

一种加固型免打孔膨胀螺丝,包括:六角螺丝、转动杆;转动杆放置在六角螺丝内部;在使用时,首先将螺丝尖钉入墙体,通过内六角扳手拧动螺丝头,使螺柱旋转进入墙体,同时在墙体内造成了螺纹,使墙体更加方便V形外撑簧片压入,更加省力,通过螺丝刀顺时针拧动转动头带动杆体,从而使外撑块转动,进而将V形外撑簧片向外顶出压入墙体,完成了膨胀螺丝的固定,节省了安装膨胀螺丝的打孔的时间,避免了打孔大小与膨胀螺丝不符合的情况,解决了安装膨胀螺丝需要提前打孔的问题。

一种加固型免打孔膨胀螺丝
技术领域
本发明涉及螺丝和紧固件技术领域,特别涉及一种加固型免打孔膨胀螺丝。
背景技术
膨胀螺丝一般说的是金属膨胀螺丝,膨胀螺丝的固定是利用楔形斜度来促使膨胀产生摩擦握裹力,达到固定效果。市面上的螺钉在使用时,需要塞进墙上打好的洞里,然后锁螺母,螺母把螺钉往外拉,将锥度拉入铁皮圆筒,铁皮圆筒被涨开,于是紧紧固定在墙上,一般用于防护栏、雨篷、空调等在水泥、砖等材料上的紧固;
现有的膨胀螺栓固定物体时均是事先打好孔,然后进行安装,非常的麻烦而且打孔的大小不一定与螺丝的大小相匹配,存在着误差,但对于一些载重大、振动大、高空等重要的安装场合,不匹配的孔与螺栓极易发生脱落;
因此,我们急需发明一种可以不需要打孔,直接进行安装的加固型免打孔膨胀螺丝。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明提供一种加固型免打孔膨胀螺丝,在使用时,首先将螺丝尖钉入墙体,通过内六角扳手拧动螺丝头,使螺柱旋转进入墙体,同时在墙体内造成了螺纹,使墙体更加方便V形外撑簧片压入,更加省力,通过螺丝刀顺时针拧动转动头带动杆体,从而使外撑块转动,进而将V形外撑簧片向外顶出压入墙体,完成了膨胀螺丝的固定,节省了安装膨胀螺丝的打孔的时间,避免了打孔大小与膨胀螺丝不符合的情况,解决了安装膨胀螺丝需要提前打孔的问题。
本发明所使用的技术方案是:一种加固型免打孔膨胀螺丝,包括:六角螺丝、转动杆;
所述的转动杆放置在六角螺丝内部;
所述的六角螺丝包括:螺柱、螺丝头、螺纹、V形外撑簧片、螺丝尖、杆孔、限位圆孔;
所述的转动杆包括:杆体、转动头、外撑块;
所述的螺柱上端与螺丝头固定连接,螺柱的外侧设有螺纹,螺柱的内部设有杆孔;V形外撑簧片的外侧是V字形,V形外撑簧片的内侧是弧面,V形外撑簧片的上端面与螺柱的下端面固定连接,V形外撑簧片的下端面与螺丝尖的上端面固定连接,螺丝尖的外侧设有螺纹,螺丝尖的内部设有限位圆孔;
所述的杆体放置在杆孔中,杆体的上端与转动头固定连接,杆体的下端设有外撑块,外撑块的外侧弧面与V形外撑簧片的内侧弧面相互贴合;
将转动杆放到六角螺丝的内部,首先将螺丝尖钉入墙体,通过内六角扳手拧动螺丝头,使螺柱旋转进入墙体,同时在墙体内造成了螺纹,方便了V形外撑簧片压入墙体,然后通过螺丝刀顺时针拧动转动头带动杆体,从而使外撑块转动,进而将V形外撑簧片向外顶出压入墙体,完成了膨胀螺丝的固定。
进一步地,所述的转动杆还包括:顶杆;
所述的顶杆设置于杆体的下端面,安装时,将顶杆插入限位圆孔内,在钉入螺丝尖时,通过顶杆分散力,防止螺丝尖发生弯折。
进一步地,所述的V形外撑簧片由65Mn弹簧钢经过淬火处理加工制成而成。
进一步地,所述的杆体由38CrMoAl加工制做而成。
进一步地,还包括平垫片,所述的平垫片设于杆体上。
由于本发明采用了上述技术方案,本发明具有以下优点:
(1)在使用时,杆体放置在杆孔中,起到了加固螺柱的作用,将顶杆插入限位圆孔内,在钉入螺丝尖时,通过顶杆分散力,防止了螺丝尖发生弯折;
(2)将螺丝尖钉入墙体,通过内六角扳手拧动螺丝头,使螺柱旋转进入墙体,同时在墙体内造成了螺纹,使墙体更加方便V形外撑簧片压入,更加省力
(3)通过螺丝刀顺时针拧动转动头带动杆体,从而使外撑块转动,进而将V形外撑簧片向外顶出压入墙体,完成了膨胀螺丝的固定,节省了安装膨胀螺丝的打孔的时间,避免了打孔大小与膨胀螺丝不符合的情况,解决了安装膨胀螺丝需要提前打孔的问题。

实施例,如图1-8所示,一种加固型免打孔膨胀螺丝,包括:六角螺丝1、转动杆2;
转动杆2放置在六角螺丝1内部;
六角螺丝1包括:螺柱101、螺丝头102、螺纹103、V形外撑簧片104、螺丝尖105、杆孔106、限位圆孔107;
转动杆2包括:杆体201、转动头202、外撑块203;
螺柱101上端与螺丝头102固定连接,螺丝头102为正六边形,螺柱101的外侧设有螺纹103,螺柱101的内部设有杆孔106;V形外撑簧片104的外侧是V字形,V形外撑簧片104的内侧是弧面,V形外撑簧片104的上端面与螺柱101的下端面固定连接,V形外撑簧片104的下端面与螺丝尖105的上端面固定连接,螺丝尖105的外侧设有螺纹103,螺丝尖105的内部设有限位圆孔107;
杆体201放置在杆孔106中,起到了加固螺柱101的作用,杆体201的上端与转动头202固定连接,杆体201的下端设有外撑块203,外撑块203的外侧弧面与V形外撑簧片104的内侧弧面相互贴合,通过转动转动头202带动杆体201,从而使外撑块203转动,进而将V形外撑簧片104向外顶出压入墙体;
在使用时,将转动杆2放到六角螺丝1的内部,首先将螺丝尖105钉入墙体,通过内六角扳手拧动螺丝头102,使螺柱101旋转进入墙体,同时在墙体内造成了螺纹,方便了V形外撑簧片104压入墙体,然后通过螺丝刀顺时针拧动转动头202带动杆体201,从而使外撑块203转动,进而将V形外撑簧片104向外顶出压入墙体,完成了膨胀螺丝的固定。
本发明实施例的一个可选实施方式中,如图7、图8所示,转动杆2还包括:顶杆204;
顶杆204设置于杆体201的下端面,安装时,将顶杆204插入限位圆孔107内,在钉入螺丝尖105时,通过顶杆204分散力,防止螺丝尖105发生弯折。
本发明实施例的一个可选实施方式中,除与上一个实施例相同的零件外,V形外撑簧片104由65Mn弹簧钢经过淬火处理加工制成而成,具有韧性和刚性,杆体201由38CrMoAl加工制作而成,硬度较高,还包括平垫片,所述的平垫片设于杆体201上,通过对材料的把控,整个膨胀螺丝能够更好的适应了大载重、高强度的要求。

1.一种加固型免打孔膨胀螺丝,其特征在于,包括:六角螺丝(1)、转动杆(2);
所述的转动杆(2)放置在六角螺丝(1)内部;
所述的六角螺丝(1)包括:螺柱(101)、螺丝头(102)、螺纹(103)、V形外撑簧片(104)、螺丝尖(105)、杆孔(106)、限位圆孔(107);
所述的转动杆(2)包括:杆体(201)、转动头(202)、外撑块(203);
所述的螺柱(101)上端与螺丝头(102)固定连接,螺柱(101)的外侧设有螺纹(103),螺柱(101)的内部设有杆孔(106);V形外撑簧片(104)的外侧是V字形,V形外撑簧片(104)的内侧是弧面,V形外撑簧片(104)的上端面与螺柱(101)的下端面固定连接,V形外撑簧片(104)的下端面与螺丝尖(105)的上端面固定连接,螺丝尖(105)的外侧设有螺纹(103),螺丝尖(105)的内部设有限位圆孔(107);
所述的杆体(201)放置在杆孔(106)中,杆体(201)的上端与转动头(202)固定连接,杆体(201)的下端设有外撑块(203),外撑块(203)的外侧弧面与V形外撑簧片(104)的内侧弧面相互贴合;
将转动杆(2)放到六角螺丝(1)的内部,首先将螺丝尖(105)钉入墙体,通过内六角扳手拧动螺丝头(102),使螺柱(101)旋转进入墙体,同时在墙体内造成了螺纹,方便了V形外撑簧片(104)压入墙体,然后通过螺丝刀顺时针拧动转动头(202)带动杆体(201),从而使外撑块(203)转动,进而将V形外撑簧片(104)向外顶出压入墙体,完成了膨胀螺丝的固定;
所述的转动杆(2)还包括:顶杆(204);
所述的顶杆(204)设置于杆体(201)的下端面,顶杆(204)插入限位圆孔(107)内;
所述的V形外撑簧片(104)由65Mn弹簧钢经过淬火处理加工制成而成;
所述的杆体(201)由38CrMoAl加工制作而成;
还包括平垫片,所述的平垫片设于杆体(201)上;
在钉入螺丝尖(105)时,通过顶杆(204)分散力,防止螺丝尖(105)发生弯折。
