本发明涉及一种防螺杆松动的膨胀螺栓，属于工具用品领域。
背景技术
膨胀螺栓主要包括沉头螺栓本体、外套管、平垫圈、弹簧垫和六角螺母等构件。在实际安装时，往往先需要先用冲击电钻在固定体上钻出相应尺寸的孔，再把螺栓、胀管装入孔中，将所需固定的物体穿于螺杆上，旋紧螺母即可使其与螺栓、胀管与固定体之间胀紧成为一体。
现有技术的螺栓本体尾部有一个大头，螺栓外面套一个比螺栓直径稍大的外套管，尾部那部分有几道开口，当螺栓拧紧以后，大头的尾部就被带到开口的外套管里面，把外套管冲大，达到把螺栓固定在地面或墙壁上。但现有结构的膨胀螺栓，往往在拧动六角螺母时，造成螺栓本体与外套管不能卡死，会发生转动使得螺母并不能被完全拧紧。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术的不足，提供一种拧动螺母可有效防止螺栓本体和外套管相互转动的防螺杆松动的膨胀螺栓。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：防螺杆松动的膨胀螺栓，包括螺栓本体和外套管，所述螺栓本体左端为圆台状结构，且上侧竖直设置有卡块，外套管侧壁对应位置设置有适配的轴向滑槽，使得卡块可卡入滑槽内并与滑槽滑动连接。
其中，上述装置中所述滑槽的长度为外套管长度的0.4~0.7倍。
本发明的有益效果是：本装置结构简单，制作成本低廉，实际使用方便。本装置通过在螺栓本体端部上侧竖直设置有卡块，在外套管上设置滑槽，并将卡块卡入滑槽内，使得在拧动螺栓本体上的螺母时，由于卡块卡入滑槽内，并在滑槽内滑动，可有效防止螺栓本体与外套管相互转动，便于将螺栓本体的螺母拧紧，便于使用。

如图1和图2所示，本发明的防螺杆松动的膨胀螺栓，包括螺栓本体1和外套管2，所述螺栓本体1左端为圆台状结构，且上侧竖直设置有卡块11，外套管2侧壁对应位置设置有适配的轴向滑槽21，使得卡块11可卡入滑槽21内并与滑槽21滑动连接。本领域技术人员应该理解的是，本装置通过在螺栓本体1端部上侧竖直设置有卡块11，在外套管2上设置滑槽21，并将卡块11卡入滑槽21内，使得在拧动螺栓本体1上的螺母时，由于卡块11卡入滑槽21内，并在滑槽21内滑动，可有效防止螺栓本体1与外套管2相互转动，便于将螺栓本体1的螺母拧紧，便于使用。
其中，上述装置中所述滑槽21的长度为外套管2长度的0.4~0.7倍。本领域技术人员应该理解的是，本装置只是优选滑槽21的长度为外套管2长度的0.4~0.7倍，在不影响外套管2的结构强度下，保证整个装置的正常使用。
