Abstract
The invention discloses a method and a system for controlling ultrafiltration membrane water treatment, wherein the method selects a parallel or queuing mechanism to start an internal pressure ultrafiltration membrane set system and an external pressure ultrafiltration membrane set system according to user requirements; and controlling the inner pressure ultrafiltration membrane set system and the outer pressure ultrafiltration membrane set system to independently operate to realize source water treatment. The water treatment sensor is arranged to feed back the on-site water treatment condition to remote workers in real time, so that the workers can remotely monitor the water treatment condition; if the equipment sends alarm information, a prompt message is popped up to warn the person on duty to carry out instant processing; and if the assembly has a fault, the current membrane group automatically enters a pause mode, and continues to operate after the assembly is subjected to maintenance, elimination and alarm. Compared with the traditional water treatment control mode, the invention improves the efficiency and the quality of water treatment, realizes the full-automatic control of water treatment, has high intelligent degree and is suitable for popularization and application.
