In addition, it is worth mentioning that the controller in the invention has a unique identification code, and the controller can be accessed through a mobile phone or other terminal equipment, or controlled through a remote server, so as to control the portable brick lifting machine to work normally or stop working. The control device may further include a remote controller, and the control device may control the first winch and the second winch to ascend, descend, and stop by the remote controller.
In summary, compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages that:
(1) equipment weight is light, and it is high to promote: the invention uses the scaffold as a support, greatly reduces the weight of the equipment and increases the lifting height, and simultaneously, the equipment is designed into a three-piece combined structure of a first winch, a second winch and a folding brick carrying plate, thereby further reducing the weight of single piece of equipment and facilitating manual installation and transportation of the equipment.
(2) Degree of automation is high, convenient to use: the device can automatically stop lifting when being lifted to the position near a scaffold of a masonry operation surface, and automatically stop descending when being descended to the ground, thereby avoiding manual operation errors and being convenient to use.
(3) The synchronous lifting of four ropes meeting the engineering requirements is realized, and the lifting stability is increased.
(4) The safety coefficient is high: the elastic support legs are additionally arranged to avoid shaking caused by sudden increase of load during lifting.
(5) The controller can support other terminal equipment to access or control the controller through a remote server, so that the portable brick lifting machine is controlled to work and stop, and the portable brick lifting machine is convenient to rent, use and manage.

1. A portable brick lifting machine is characterized in that: including first capstan winch, second capstan winch and set up the brick tray that carries between first capstan winch and second capstan winch, first capstan winch includes power device, two reels, two hoisting cable, two rope guide mechanisms, chassis, hoist mechanism and controlling means, wherein: the two winding drums are arranged on the underframe in a bilateral symmetry manner; the power device is arranged between the two winding drums and is respectively connected with the two winding drums; the two hoisting steel wire ropes are respectively and symmetrically wound on the two winding drums, each hoisting steel wire rope corresponds to one rope guide mechanism, and the rope guide mechanisms are used for controlling the hoisting steel wire ropes to be uniformly wound on the winding drums; the lifting mechanism comprises a lifting shaft, lifting wheels and an anti-drop cover, the lifting wheels and the anti-drop cover are arranged at two ends of the lifting shaft, the lifting wheels are installed in the anti-drop cover, two end parts of the lifting shaft penetrate through the anti-drop cover and the lifting wheels, and two hoisting steel wire ropes are arranged around the lifting wheels at two ends of the lifting shaft respectively; the control device comprises a controller and a limiting device electrically connected with the controller, the controller is arranged on the power device and used for controlling the power device to act, and the limiting device is arranged on the bottom frame; the second winch is arranged the same as the first winch; two ends of the brick carrying disc are respectively arranged on lifting shafts of the first winch and the second winch, and the first winch and the second winch lift the brick carrying disc to move up and down through four hoisting steel wire ropes.

The portable brick lifting machine of claim 1, wherein: each rope guiding mechanism comprises a rope guiding wheel and a lead screw, the lead screw is arranged in parallel with the axis of the winding drum, the lead screw is sleeved on the lead screw in a threaded fit mode, and two ends of the lead screw are fixed on the bottom frame respectively.

The portable brick lifting machine of claim 2, wherein: the chassis is including installing flat board, first landing leg, second landing leg, two reel supports and two lead screw supports, and wherein, narrow hollow bench formula structure down is constituteed to installation flat board, first landing leg and second landing leg, and two reel supports are fixed in the both ends of installing flat board, and two lead screw supports set up between two reel supports, and the first end of lead screw is installed on the reel support, and the second end of lead screw is installed on the lead screw support.

A portable brick lifting machine according to claim 3, characterized in that: two ends of each screw rod are respectively provided with a rope guide wheel limit switch, the rope guide wheel limit switch at one end is arranged on the screw rod support, and the rope guide wheel limit switches at two ends are arranged on the winding drum support.

The portable brick lifting machine of claim 1, wherein: the limiting device comprises an upper limiting switch, a lower limiting action rod and a lower limiting action rod reset spring, wherein the upper limiting switch and the lower limiting switch are both arranged on the underframe, two ends of the lower limiting action rod are arranged on the underframe in a vertically sliding mode, and the lower limiting action rod reset spring is arranged between the lower limiting action rod and the underframe.

The portable brick lifting machine of claim 7, wherein: the first brick carrying piece and the second brick carrying piece are provided with hooks at the ends far away from the hinge parts, and the brick carrying discs are connected with the lifting shafts of the first winch and the second winch through the hooks respectively.
