The roasting machine as a large member has the characteristics of strict installation precision requirement, high equipment confidentiality degree, more equipment single pieces and heavy weight, and the installation process is always a serious difficulty of project construction. Preferably, in step S2, the head pulley lower framework is first hoisted into the semi-factory building structure, and after the head pulley lower framework is installed on the basis of the installation of the roasting machine and has the head pulley body in-place condition, the head pulley body is hoisted into the semi-factory building structure, so as to install the head pulley body.

It has the following advantages:
(a) after the plant is closed, the night lighting effect is enhanced, and night overtime construction is safer;
(b) the method provides better water cut-off conditions for the refractory construction, and can improve the convenience and quality control of the refractory construction.
