Claims (5)

1. The mask conveying device is characterized by comprising two vertically arranged machine frames (1), a conveying belt (2) is horizontally arranged between the machine frames (1), a plurality of partition plates (3) are arranged on the outer ring of the belt body of the conveying belt (2) along the length direction of the conveying belt in an equidistant manner, transverse plates (11) are oppositely fixed on the back of each machine frame (1), vertical plates (12) are vertically fixed at the upper ends of the transverse plates (11), guide sleeves (13) perpendicular to the length direction of the conveying belt (2) are horizontally fixed at the upper ends of the vertical plates (12), connecting rods (14) in sliding connection are sleeved in the guide sleeves (13), push plates (9) parallel to the length direction of the conveying belt (2) are fixed at opposite ends of the two connecting rods (14), the two push plates (9) are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the conveying belt (2), and driving units are further arranged on the transverse plates (11), the driving unit is used for driving the connecting rod (14) to slide along the inner part of the guide sleeve (13), a supporting plate (22) is arranged between the racks (1), the supporting plate (22) is positioned below the conveying tail end of the conveying belt (2), a transferring unit is further arranged between the racks (1), and the transferring unit is used for vertically stacking the end mask conveyed by the conveying belt (2) on the supporting plate (22).
2. Mask delivery device according to claim 1, characterized in that the transfer unit comprises a baffle (5) and a fixing plate (8) fixed between the frames (1), the baffle (5) is close to the conveying tail end of the conveying belt (2), the fixing plate (8) is positioned on one side of the baffle (5) far away from the conveying belt (2), a first air cylinder (7) is fixed on the fixing plate (8), a piston rod of the first air cylinder (7) faces the conveying belt (2) and is parallel to the length direction of the conveying belt (2), a connecting strip (6) is fixed at the front end of a piston rod of the first cylinder (7), supporting strips (4) parallel to the length direction of the conveying belt (2) are fixed at the two ends of the connecting strip (6), support bar (4) run through in baffle (5), two support bar (4) are located the both sides of the upper end area body of conveyer belt (2) respectively.

Mask delivery device according to claim 2, characterized in that a support plate (30) is fixed between the frames (1), a second cylinder (29) which is vertically upward is fixed at the upper end of the support plate (30), a C-shaped fixing frame (23) is fixed at the top of a piston rod of the second cylinder (29), a screw rod (27) which is rotatably connected is vertically arranged on the inner side of the fixed frame (23), a slide rod (24) which is parallel to the screw rod (27) is also fixed on the inner side of the fixed frame (23), a sliding block (25) in threaded connection is arranged on the screw rod (27), the sliding rod (24) penetrates through the sliding block (25), one end of the sliding block (25) is fixed with a connecting block (26), the supporting plate (22) is fixed at the top of the connecting block (26), a first motor (28) is fixed at the bottom of the fixing frame (23), and an output shaft of the first motor (28) is connected with one end of the screw rod (27).

The mask conveying device according to claim 3, wherein the driving unit comprises a second motor (21) vertically fixed on the transverse plate (11), a rotary table (16) is fixed at the upper end of an output shaft of the second motor (21), a pressing block (17) is arranged at a position, close to the circumference, of the upper end of the rotary table (16), pressing plates (15) are fixed at opposite ends of the two connecting rods (14), a spring (10) is sleeved outside the connecting rods (14), one end of the spring (10) is fixed on the pushing plate (9), and the other end of the spring is fixed on the vertical plate (12).

The mask conveying device according to claim 4, wherein a waist-shaped hole (19) is formed in the rotary table (16), the waist-shaped hole (19) is located on one radius of the rotary table (16), a screw rod (18) penetrating through the waist-shaped hole (19) to the lower end of the rotary table (16) is arranged at the bottom of the pressing block (17), a locking nut (20) connected through threads is arranged on the screw rod (18), and the locking nut (20) abuts against the lower end face of the rotary table (16).
