Abstract

本发明公开了一种超柔医疗无纺布,该超柔医疗无纺布由以下原料制成:真丝纤维25‑40份、棉麻纤维15‑17份、甲壳素纤维8‑15份、铜氨纤维6‑8份、柔软剂1‑3份、天然抑菌剂3‑5份、胶粘剂2‑3份;本发明所述的一种超柔医疗无纺布,通过在加工工艺过程中通过将天然抑菌剂与无纺布进行浸扎,而后使得制备的无纺布在使用时能够使得伤者的创伤口起到消炎、抗菌的作用,同时在无纺布制备过程中增加的柔软剂制成的无纺布,与人体伤口皮肤直接接触时,由于无纺布的柔软性高,使得患者在包扎伤口时舒适度增加,降低了患者的疼痛感,操作方便。

技术领域
本发明属于无纺布加工技术领域,特别涉及一种超柔医疗无纺布。
背景技术
无纺布又称不织布,是由定向的或随机的纤维而构成。因具有布的外观和某些性能而称其为布;无纺布具有防潮、透气、柔韧、质轻、不助燃、容易分解、无毒无刺激性、色彩丰富、价格低廉、可循环再用等特点,如多采用聚丙烯(pp材质)粒料为原料,经高温熔融、喷丝、铺纲、热压卷取连续一步法生产而成;
而现有的无纺布在使用时存在一定的弊端,现有的无纺布在使用时都是采用原材料的原有的舒适软度,使得经过加工后柔软度一般,同时现有的无纺布在使用时不具备抑菌的效果,使得患者使用时伤口愈合速度慢,给使用带来不便,为此,我们提出一种超柔医疗无纺布。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种超柔医疗无纺布,可以有效解决背景技术中的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案为:
一种超柔医疗无纺布,其特征在于,该超柔医疗无纺布由以下原料制成:真丝纤维25-40份、棉麻纤维15-17份、、甲壳素纤维8-15份、铜氨纤维6-8份、柔软剂1-3份、天然抑菌剂3-5份、胶粘剂2-3份。
优选的,超柔医疗无纺布的加工工艺包括以下几个步骤:
步骤一、成型、梳理,将原材料真丝纤维、棉麻纤维、甲壳素纤维、铜氨纤维、按照规定的组份进行称取,而后将原材料投放到挤压机内进行进行混合挤压成型,而后输送到梳理内进行整理,得到均匀的丝线;
步骤二、牵伸成网,将得到的均匀的丝线利用风机产生的高速冷空气流实现对熔体细流的牵伸,使熔体细流成为高度取向的纤维,并受到下抽风的吸力铺在网帘上,在下抽风负压作用下气流被抽走,而纤维网则留在成网机的网帘上,得到单层的无纺布纤维网;
步骤三、粘合,将得到单层的无纺布纤维网通过喷涂工艺采用粘合剂均匀的喷到两层无纺布纤维网之间,上下振动无纺布纤维网,使粘合剂快速均匀的渗透到无纺布纤维网中;得到无纺布;
步骤四、浸泡,将得到无纺布基体加入柔软剂与水进行浸泡,浸泡时长为18-24h,添加的柔软剂与水的比例为1:50,而后取出烘干,烘箱温度40-50℃,备用,得到柔软的无纺布;
步骤五、浸扎,将得到柔软的无纺布放入天然抑菌剂中进行一次浸扎,浸扎温度为25-30℃,轧余率为60-75%;得到抑菌的无纺布;
步骤六、清洗、收卷烘干,将得到抑菌的无纺布取出放置在清水只能够浸泡3-5份中反复漂洗3-5次,每次漂洗时长为2-3min,而后收卷烘干,即可完成超柔医疗无纺布的加工,最终得到适用于医疗的超柔无纺布。
优选的,步骤三中粘合剂为由以下重量组份组成:去离子水56份,甲基丙乙烯甲酯12份,丙烯酸丁酯13.7份,矿物油2.7份和丙烯酸树脂3.2份,乳化剂1.3份,而后将乳化剂完全溶于去离子水中;再将甲基丙乙烯甲酯、丙烯酸丁酯、矿物油和丙烯酸树脂加入搅拌均匀,其次加热至80度,静置120-150min,而后冷却处理至常温,最后在常温下添加适量PH调节剂使得PH值处于7.5-9之间,静置20-30min即可得到粘合剂。
优选的,步骤四中无纺布用柔软剂按照重量数计包括如下组分:柠檬酸10-12份、去离水50-60份、石蜡8-10份、丝蛋白精华7-13份、均染剂10-14份、氯甲烷1-5份、烷基季铵盐3-10份、有机0.5-2份、十二烷基叔胺盐5-8份。
优选的,步骤五天然抑菌剂按照重量数计包括如下组分:紫草油2-5份、龙脑精1-3份、白芷液5-7份、生地液2-8份、医用酒精50-60份。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:该一种超柔医疗无纺布,通过在加工工艺过程中通过将天然抑菌剂与无纺布进行浸扎,而后使得制备的无纺布在使用时能够使得伤者的创伤口起到消炎、抗菌的作用,同时在无纺布制备过程中增加的柔软剂制成的无纺布,与人体伤口皮肤直接接触时,由于无纺布的柔软性高,使得患者在包扎伤口时舒适度增加,降低了患者的疼痛感,由于柔软剂中添加了丝蛋白精华,其有助于患者伤口皮肤的快速愈合,操作方便,具有良好的使用前景。

实施例
该超柔医疗无纺布由以下原料制成:真丝纤维28份、棉麻纤维15份、甲壳素纤维10份、铜氨纤维6-8份、柔软剂1.5份、天然抑菌剂3份、胶粘剂2份;超柔医疗无纺布的加工工艺包括以下几个步骤:首先成型、梳理,将原材料真丝纤维、棉麻纤维、甲壳素纤维、铜氨纤维、按照规定的组份进行称取,而后将原材料投放到挤压机内进行进行混合挤压成型,而后输送到梳理内进行整理,得到均匀的丝线;其次牵伸成网,将得到的均匀的丝线利用风机产生的高速冷空气流实现对熔体细流的牵伸,使熔体细流成为高度取向的纤维,并受到下抽风的吸力铺在网帘上,在下抽风负压作用下气流被抽走,而纤维网则留在成网机的网帘上,得到单层的无纺布纤维网;而后粘合,将得到单层的无纺布纤维网通过喷涂工艺采用粘合剂均匀的喷到两层无纺布纤维网之间,上下振动无纺布纤维网,使粘合剂快速均匀的渗透到无纺布纤维网中,粘合剂为由以下重量组份组成:去离子水56份,甲基丙乙烯甲酯12份,丙烯酸丁酯13.7份,矿物油2.7份和丙烯酸树脂3.2份,乳化剂1.3份,而后将乳化剂完全溶于去离子水中;再将甲基丙乙烯甲酯、丙烯酸丁酯、矿物油和丙烯酸树脂加入搅拌均匀,其次加热至80度,静置120min,而后冷却处理至常温,最后在常温下添加适量PH调节剂使得PH值处于7.5之间,静置25min即可,得到无纺布;再浸泡,将得到无纺布基体加入柔软剂与水进行浸泡,柔软剂按照重量数计包括如下组分:柠檬酸10份、去离水50份、石蜡8份、丝蛋白精华7份、均染剂10份、氯甲烷1份、烷基季铵盐3份、有机0.5份、十二烷基叔胺盐5份,浸泡时长为20h,添加的柔软剂与水的比例为1:50,而后取出烘干,烘箱温度40℃,备用,得到柔软的无纺布;而后浸扎,将得到柔软的无纺布放入天然抑菌剂中进行一次浸扎,浸扎温度为25-30℃,轧余率为60-75%;天然抑菌剂按照重量数计包括如下组分:紫草油2份、龙脑精1份、白芷液5份、生地液2份、医用酒精50份,得到抑菌的无纺布;最后清洗、收卷烘干,将得到抑菌的无纺布取出放置在清水只能够浸泡3-5份中反复漂洗3-5次,每次漂洗时长为2-3min,而后收卷烘干,即可完成超柔医疗无纺布的加工,最终得到适用于医疗的超柔无纺布。

Claims (5)

1.一种超柔医疗无纺布,其特征在于,该超柔医疗无纺布由以下原料制成:真丝纤维25-40份、棉麻纤维15-17份、、甲壳素纤维8-15份、铜氨纤维6-8份、柔软剂1-3份、天然抑菌剂3-5份、胶粘剂2-3份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种超柔医疗无纺布,其特征在于:超柔医疗无纺布的加工工艺包括以下几个步骤:
步骤一、成型、梳理,将原材料真丝纤维、棉麻纤维、甲壳素纤维、铜氨纤维、按照规定的组份进行称取,而后将原材料投放到挤压机内进行进行混合挤压成型,而后输送到梳理内进行整理,得到均匀的丝线;
步骤二、牵伸成网,将得到的均匀的丝线利用风机产生的高速冷空气流实现对熔体细流的牵伸,使熔体细流成为高度取向的纤维,并受到下抽风的吸力铺在网帘上,在下抽风负压作用下气流被抽走,而纤维网则留在成网机的网帘上,得到单层的无纺布纤维网;
步骤三、粘合,将得到单层的无纺布纤维网通过喷涂工艺采用粘合剂均匀的喷到两层无纺布纤维网之间,上下振动无纺布纤维网,使粘合剂快速均匀的渗透到无纺布纤维网中;得到无纺布;
步骤四、浸泡,将得到无纺布基体加入柔软剂与水进行浸泡,浸泡时长为18-24h,添加的柔软剂与水的比例为1:50,而后取出烘干,烘箱温度40-50℃,备用,得到柔软的无纺布;
步骤五、浸扎,将得到柔软的无纺布放入天然抑菌剂中进行一次浸扎,浸扎温度为25-30℃,轧余率为60-75%;得到抑菌的无纺布;
步骤六、清洗、收卷烘干,将得到抑菌的无纺布取出放置在清水只能够浸泡3-5份中反复漂洗3-5次,每次漂洗时长为2-3min,而后收卷烘干,即可完成超柔医疗无纺布的加工,最终得到适用于医疗的超柔无纺布。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种超柔医疗无纺布,其特征在于:步骤三中粘合剂为由以下重量组份组成:去离子水56份,甲基丙乙烯甲酯12份,丙烯酸丁酯13.7份,矿物油2.7份和丙烯酸树脂3.2份,乳化剂1.3份,而后将乳化剂完全溶于去离子水中;再将甲基丙乙烯甲酯、丙烯酸丁酯、矿物油和丙烯酸树脂加入搅拌均匀,其次加热至80度,静置120-150min,而后冷却处理至常温,最后在常温下添加适量PH调节剂使得PH值处于7.5-9之间,静置20-30min即可得到粘合剂。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种超柔医疗无纺布,其特征在于:步骤四中无纺布用柔软剂按照重量数计包括如下组分:柠檬酸10-12份、去离水50-60份、石蜡8-10份、丝蛋白精华7-13份、均染剂10-14份、氯甲烷1-5份、烷基季铵盐3-10份、有机0.5-2份、十二烷基叔胺盐5-8份。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种超柔医疗无纺布,其特征在于:步骤五天然抑菌剂按照重量数计包括如下组分:紫草油2-5份、龙脑精1-3份、白芷液5-7份、生地液2-8份、医用酒精50-60份。
