本发明公开了一种抑菌医用无纺布,所述抑菌医用无纺布是经天然复合液处理过,其中,所述天然复合液包括紫草油、龙脑精油、白芷液、生地液、虎杖液、医用酒精。本发明中,所述抑菌医用无纺布通过含有紫草油、龙脑精油、白芷液、生地液、虎杖液成分的天然复合液的处理,能够加快创面愈合,对伤口能起到消炎、抗菌、促进组织增生的作用。

本发明涉及纺织技术领域,具体涉及一种抑菌医用无纺布。
背景技术
无纺布,为直接利用高聚物切片、短纤维或长丝将纤维通过气流或机械成网,并经加工形成的无纺织的布料,其工艺流程短、产量高、成本低、原料来源多,并具有防潮、透气、柔韧、容易分解、无毒无刺激性等特点;无纺布以丙纶、涤纶、锦纶、粘胶纤维等为主要加工原料。由于无纺布优良的特性及低廉的加工成本,被广泛应用于医疗、家庭装饰、服装及工业用布等领域。无纺布在医疗领域使用,其传统加工原料多为化纤成分,在应用于伤口包扎皮肤直接接触类产品,对人体皮肤会产生刺激和伤害,只能起到隔绝环境和包扎作用。创面愈合是创伤后机体功能康复的前提,加快创面愈合研究尤为重要,因此,具有消炎抗菌、加快创面愈合作用的新型创面敷料是研究热点之一。
发明内容
基于背景技术存在的技术问题,本发明提出了一种抑菌医用无纺布,通过天然复合液的处理,对伤口能够起到消炎、抗菌、促进组织增生和加快伤口痊愈的作用。
本发明提出了一种抑菌医用无纺布,所述抑菌医用无纺布是经天然复合液处理过,其中,所述天然复合液包括紫草油、龙脑精油、白芷液、生地液、虎杖液、医用酒精。
优选地,所述天然复合液按体积分数包括:紫草油3-5%、龙脑精油2-4%、白芷液5-8%、生地液5-7%、虎杖液6-9%、医用酒精66-79%。
优选地,所述天然复合液按体积分数包括:紫草油4%、龙脑精油3%、白芷液7%、生地液6%、虎杖液8%、医用酒精72%。
优选地,所述抑菌医用无纺布的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、将无纺布在30-40℃恒温条件下,在超声波功率为300-900W条件下酒精处理50-80min,取出压干;
S2、将酒精处理后压干的无纺布每1L天然复合液中添加100mg的维生素A,在45-60℃恒温条件和超声波功率为400-800W的条件下浸泡处理38-40min,取出压干,即得,其中,维生素A与天然复合液的质量体积比(mg/L)为100:1。
本发明的有益效果如下:
1)本发明抑菌医用无纺布,通过天然复合液处理后,能够加快创面的愈合,对伤口能起到消炎、抗菌、促进组织增生的作用;其中,紫草对化脓菌、大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌有抑制作用,并能加速上皮生长以及治疗烧伤;龙脑可用于疮疡肿痛、溃后不敛等,加快创面愈合;白芷对大肠杆菌、痢疾杆菌、变形杆菌、伤寒杆菌、副伤寒杆菌、绿脓杆菌、霍乱弧菌、人型结核杆菌等均有抑制作用,还可抑制炎症的产生以及消肿止痛的作用;虎杖可散瘀止痛;各组分互配使用,具有加快创面痊愈的作用。
2)本发明原料来源广泛,制备方法步骤简单,易于工业化生产。
具体实施方式
下面,通过具体实施例对本发明的技术方案进行详细说明。
实施例1
一种抑菌医用无纺布,所述抑菌医用无纺布是经天然复合液处理过,其中,所述天然复合液包括紫草油、龙脑精油、白芷液、生地液、虎杖液、医用酒精;
其中,所述天然复合液按体积分数包括:紫草油5%、龙脑精油2%、白芷液8%、生地液5%、虎杖液9%、医用酒精71%;
所述抑菌医用无纺布的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、将无纺布在40℃恒温条件下,在超声波功率为300W条件下酒精处理80min,取出压干;
S2、将酒精处理后压干的无纺布置于天然复合液中,接着加入维生素A,在45℃恒温条件和超声波功率为800W的条件下浸泡处理38min,取出压干,即得,其中,维生素A与天然复合液的质量体积比(mg/L)为100:1。
实施例2
一种抑菌医用无纺布,所述抑菌医用无纺布是经天然复合液处理过,其中,所述天然复合液包括紫草油、龙脑精油、白芷液、生地液、虎杖液、医用酒精;
其中,所述天然复合液按体积分数包括:紫草油3%、龙脑精油4%、白芷液5%、生地液7%、虎杖液6%、医用酒精75%;
所述抑菌医用无纺布的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、将无纺布在30℃恒温条件下,在超声波功率为900W条件下酒精处理50min,取出压干;
S2、将酒精处理后压干的无纺布置于天然复合液中,接着加入维生素A,在60℃恒温条件和超声波功率为400W的条件下浸泡处理40min,取出压干,即得,其中,维生素A与天然复合液的质量体积比(mg/L)为100:1。
实施例3
一种抑菌医用无纺布,所述抑菌医用无纺布是经天然复合液处理过,其中,所述天然复合液包括紫草油、龙脑精油、白芷液、生地液、虎杖液、医用酒精;
其中,所述天然复合液按体积分数包括:紫草油4%、龙脑精油3%、白芷液7%、生地液6%、虎杖液8%、医用酒精72%;
所述抑菌医用无纺布的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、将无纺布在35℃恒温条件下,在超声波功率为700W条件下酒精处理56min,取出压干;
S2、将酒精处理后压干的无纺布置于天然复合液中,接着加入维生素A,在52℃恒温条件和超声波功率为650W的条件下浸泡处理39min,取出压干,即得,其中,维生素A与天然复合液的质量体积比(mg/L)为100:1。

3.根据权利要求1或2所述抑菌医用无纺布,其特征在为于,所述天然复合液按体积分数包括:紫草油4%、龙脑精油3%、白芷液7%、生地液6%、虎杖液8%、医用酒精72%。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述抑菌医用无纺布,其特征在为于,所述抑菌医用无纺布的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、将无纺布在30-40℃恒温条件下,在超声波功率为300-900W条件下酒精处理50-80min,取出压干;
S2、将酒精处理后压干的无纺布置于天然复合液中,接着加入维生素A,在45-60℃恒温条件和超声波功率为400-800W的条件下浸泡处理38-40min,取出压干,即得,其中,维生素A与天然复合液的质量体积比(mg/L)为100:1。
