Abstract
本发明公开了一种外用保健养生液,由以下原料制成:大米、酒曲、甜酒曲、高粱、燕麦、甜酒、水、酒糟水、糯米、麦粉、玉米、川牛膝、苍术、知母、山胡椒根、杜仲、生姜、麝香、白芷、川芎、艾叶、红花、蒲公英、通花根、葵花盘、白酒、复合氨基酸水溶液。该外用保健养生液主要利用多种中草药与五谷杂粮混合,采取生物工程植物萃取技术与复合氨基酸水溶液浸泡煮制配套技术进行常温自然发酵,含多种氨基酸,可主治风湿肢体关节疼、痛风、香港脚、皮肤痒,还具有行气活血、通经络、祛风湿、促进血液循环、消除疲劳等功效。

本发明属于中药保健品领域,具体涉及一种外用保健养生液及其制备方法。
背景技术
药酒在我国历史上早已有之,因在保健方面具有独特的功效,在民间被广泛使用,针对不同的疾病、症状,药酒品种也非常多,其主要功效取决于其中所含药物的功能。如何将具有不同功效的中草药借助酒的浸泡制作成药酒,用于治疗、预防相关疾病,是业内人士致力研究的课题。白酒是一种良好的半极性有机溶剂,中药中的多种有效成分如生物碱、盐类、鞣质、挥发油、有机酸、树脂、糖类及部分色素等较易溶解于酒中。酒精不仅具有良好的穿透性,易于进入药材组织细胞中,发挥溶解作用,促进置换、扩散,有利于提高浸出速度和浸出效果,还有防腐作用,可延缓许多药物的水解,增强药剂的稳定性。药酒可以分为内用和外用两大类,现在市场上的多功能保健药酒是以内服为主,由于其制备原料所使用组合物的搭配不合理,长期饮用后,可能会出现一些副作用,如身体阴阳失衡,心神不定,干燥上火,昏沉嗜睡等现象,尤其是对一些年老体衰的使用者,由于身体的代谢能力差,更容易出现副作用。而外用药酒直接给药,操作方便,具有较强的皮下组织渗透力,有活血、温散功能的作用,但是现有的外用药酒还存在种类少、功效单一、治疗效果不理想等问题。
发明内容
本发明旨在克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种外用保健养生液及其制备方法,可主治风湿肢体关节疼、痛风、香港脚、皮肤痒,还具有行气活血、通经络、祛风湿、促进血液循环、消除疲劳等功效,不仅适用于老年人,年轻人、上班族或长期使用电脑的人也可以作为防治措施使用。

优选地,白酒为25-45度六粮醇。六粮醇为使用六种粮食以传统酿酒工艺酿制而成的白酒,可以根据实际需要而选择适当的粮食酿制而成,粮食例如可以选自高粱、玉米、大麦、小麦、燕麦、大米、糯米、花荞、苦荞等。
复合氨基酸水溶液可以通过常规方法将复合氨基酸与水混合而制得,可以根据实际需要而含有常见氨基酸中的一种或多种,常见氨基酸包括甘氨酸、丙氨酸、缬氨酸、亮氨酸、异亮氨酸、甲硫氨酸、脯氨酸、色氨酸、丝氨酸、酪氨酸、半胱氨酸、苯丙氨酸、天冬酰胺、谷氨酰胺、苏氨酸、天冬氨酸、谷氨酸、赖氨酸、精氨酸和组氨酸等。复合氨基酸水溶液中所含氨基酸的质量百分比例如可以为1-10%。
另外,本发明中所述酒曲是指除去甜酒曲之外的各种常用酒曲,本发明中所用的酒曲种类可以根据口味和产品的实际需求而适当选择。
本发明的另一个目的在于提供上述外用保健养生液的制备方法。
一种制备上述的外用保健养生液的方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将酒曲、甜酒曲、重量份的98-99.5%的大米加入酒桶,然后加入水、重量份的50-70%的酒槽水,分散均匀,在28-30℃下开始发酵;
(2)在开始发酵后22-23小时,加入重量份的30-50%的酒糟水,分散均匀后密封酒桶;
(3)在开始发酵后的第2-6天,每天搅拌2-3次,每次搅拌3-5分钟;
(4)将高梁、糯米、小麦、玉米、燕麦、重量份的0.5-2%的大米分别炒熟,冷却后,取适量酒桶内酒醅清液,混合磨成浆液;
(5)在开始发酵后的第18-19天,取甜酒,与步骤4)所得浆液及适量酒醅清液混合分散均匀,然后加入酒桶中,分散均匀后密封酒桶发酵;
(6)在开始发酵后的第22天后,将发酵好的酒醅清液进行蒸煮、过滤后,加入预先制备好的川牛膝、苍术、知母、山胡椒根、杜仲、生姜、白芷、川芎、艾叶、红花、蒲公英、通花根、葵花盘浸泡在复合氨基酸水溶液的混合物,发酵22-25小时后煮开,在95-105℃保持25-35分钟后,进行萃取;
(7)萃取后冷却到35-40℃,加入麝香和白酒,分散均匀后密封,在常温下发酵10-12天,得到外用保健养生液。
优选地,步骤(6)中蒸煮、过滤的操作为:将发酵好的酒醅清液加入蒸煮锅,酒渣用纱布包扎放在蒸煮锅上层串蒸,将蒸馏后的酒糟水全部通过2-4层纱布过滤处理一次。
优选地,酒桶为陶瓷缸、木桶或塑料桶。
本发明的外用保健养生液中,主要成分的功效如下。
白芷是中医临床的常用药,入药始见于《神农本草经》,列为中品药。其性温,芳香,辛,微苦,归肺、胃、大肠经,具有发散风寒、通窍止痛、消肿排脓等功效。临床主要用于治疗感冒头痛、鼻塞、鼻渊、牙痛、白带和疮疡肿痛等,也用于治疗银屑病等症。
川芎是伞形科植物川芎的干燥根茎,气香浓,味苦辛,性辛温,归于肝、胆、心包经。有活血行气、祛风止痛的功效,常用于月经不调、经闭痛经、胸胁刺痛、跌扑肿痛、头痛、风湿痹痛等。
艾叶,又称艾草、香艾、蕲艾、艾蒿,是一种多年生草本植物,气清香,全国大部分地区多有生产。艾叶性味苦、辛、温,入脾、肝、肾经。能散寒除湿,温经止血。适用于虚寒性出血及腹痛,对于妇女虚寒月经不调、腹痛、崩漏有明显疗效,是一种妇科良药。现代医学的药理研究表明,艾叶还是一种广谱抗菌抗病毒的药物,它对多种病毒和细菌都有抑制和杀伤作用,能平喘,镇咳,祛痰,能止血,抗凝血,镇静,抗过敏,能护肝利胆,对呼吸系统疾病有一定的防治作用。
红花为菊科红花属植物红花的干燥花,又名红蓝花,别名有草红花、刺红花、红花菜等。红花为我国传统常用中药材,有很好的药用价值。红花味辛、性温,归心、肝经,具有活血化瘀、散瘀止痛、降血压和降血脂等功效,在治疗冠心病、高血压、脑溢血疾病方面具有一定的疗效。
蒲公英作为一种食药同源植物,在国内主要作为一味中药,因其具有良好的抗菌消炎效果,在中药方中较为常见。
通花根味淡,性微寒,具有清热利水、行气消食、活血下乳的功效,主治食积饮胀、水肿、淋证、痞块、风湿痹痛、月经不调、乳汁不下。
葵花盘是向日葵花盘的别称,又被称作葵盘或花托,是向日葵脱去籽实后的向日葵盘,是向日葵的副产品,性甘,味苦,是良好的医药材料。《中药大辞典》中记载:”向日葵花盘药性寒、味甘,归肝经,具有清热平肝、止血、止痛之功效;治疗高血压、头痛头晕、耳鸣脘腹痛、痛经、子宫出血、疮疹”,现代医学研究发现向日葵花盘可清除湿热,利尿、消除炎症、降低血压和明显降低睾丸酮。
本发明的外用保健养生液主要利用多种中草药与五谷杂粮混合,采取生物工程植物萃取技术与复合氨基酸水溶液浸泡煮制配套技术进行常温自然发酵,再进行蒸煮而成,含多种氨基酸,可主治风湿肢体关节疼、痛风、香港脚、皮肤痒,还具有行气活血、通经络、祛风湿、促进血液循环、消除疲劳等功效,不仅适用于老年人,年轻人、上班族或长期使用电脑的人也可以作为防治措施使用。本发明的外用保健养生液用中药中的有效成分溶于酒糟水发酵,在白酒中再发酵,通过复合氨基酸、中药与酒的功效相互配合、相互促进,携带中药功效的高分子成分能够全面渗透至皮下组织,使皮肤快速吸收,充分发挥各种成分的治疗功效,有利于各关节消炎止痛,消肿消炎效果快,能改善治疗肩周炎、关节痛风或香港脚等,能缩短治疗时间,同时还能杀菌消毒和增强免疫力。
具体实施方式
以下结合具体实施例对本发明做进一步说明,但实施例并不对本发明做任何形式的限定。除非特别说明,以下实施例所用原料、设备均为市售品。
实施例1
一种外用保健养生液,由以下重量份的原料制成:大米200份、酒曲1.2份、甜酒曲0.08份、高粱1.5份、燕麦0.5份、甜酒1份、水250份,酒糟水15份、糯米0.5份、麦粉0.8份、玉米0.5份、川牛膝0.08份、苍术0.08份、知母0.05份、山胡椒根0.1份、杜仲0.1份、生姜0.15份、麝香0.003份、白芷0.2份、川芎0.6份、艾叶0.5份、红花0.5份、蒲公英0.4份、通花根12.5份、葵花盘25份、25-45度六粮醇3份。
上述的外用保健养生液由以下步骤制得:
(1)将酒曲、甜酒曲、重量份的99.5%的大米加入陶瓷缸,然后加入水、重量份的70%的酒槽水,搅拌均匀,在30℃下开始发酵;
(2)在开始发酵后22小时,加入重量份的30%的酒糟水,搅拌均匀后封盖;
(3)在开始发酵后的第2-6天,每天搅拌3次,每次搅拌5分钟,搅拌后封盖;
(4)将高梁、糯米、小麦、玉米、燕麦、重量份的0.5%的大米分别炒熟,冷却后,取适量酒桶内酒醅清液,混合磨成浆液;
(5)在开始发酵后的第18天,取甜酒,与步骤(4)所得浆液及适量酒醅清液混合搅拌均匀,然后加入酒桶中,搅拌均匀后密封酒桶发酵;
(6)在开始发酵后的第22天后,将发酵好的酒醅清液加入蒸煮锅,酒渣用纱布包扎放在蒸煮锅上层串蒸,将蒸馏后的酒糟水全部通过3层纱布过滤处理一次后,加入预先制备好的川牛膝、苍术、知母、山胡椒根、杜仲、生姜、白芷、川芎、艾叶、红花、蒲公英、通花根、葵花盘浸泡在含5%氨基酸的复合氨基酸水溶液的混合物,发酵24小时后煮开,在100℃保持30分钟后,进行萃取;
(7)萃取后冷却到38℃,加入麝香和25-45度六粮醇,搅拌均匀后用保鲜膜三层加盖密封,在常温下发酵10天,得到外用保健养生液。
实施例2
一种外用保健养生液,由以下重量份的原料制成:大米25份、酒曲0.2份、甜酒曲0.025份、高粱0.55份、燕麦0.15份、甜酒0.3份、水65份,酒糟水4.175份、糯米0.25份、麦粉0.225份、玉米0.1份、川牛膝0.025份、苍术0.025份、知母0.025份、山胡椒根0.03份、杜仲0.04份、生姜0.055份、麝香0.001份、白芷0.075份、川芎0.2份、艾叶0.1份、红花0.15份、蒲公英0.15份、通花根3.75份、葵花盘8.75份、25-45度六粮醇0.75份。
上述的外用保健养生液由以下步骤制得:
(1)将酒曲、甜酒曲、重量份的98%的大米加入陶瓷缸,然后加入水、重量份的50%的酒槽水,搅拌均匀,在28℃下开始发酵;
(2)在开始发酵后23小时,加入重量份的50%的酒糟水,搅拌均匀后封盖;
(3)在开始发酵后的第2-6天,每天搅拌2次,每次搅拌3分钟,搅拌后封盖;
(4)将高梁、糯米、小麦、玉米、燕麦、重量份的2%的大米分别炒熟,冷却后,取适量酒桶内酒醅清液,混合磨成浆液;
(5)在开始发酵后的第19天,取甜酒,与步骤(4)所得浆液及适量酒醅清液混合分散均匀,然后加入酒桶中,搅拌均匀后密封酒桶发酵;
(6)在开始发酵后的第22天后,将发酵好的酒醅清液加入蒸煮锅,酒渣用纱布包扎放在蒸煮锅上层串蒸,将蒸馏后的酒糟水全部通过2层纱布过滤处理一次后,加入预先制备好的川牛膝、苍术、知母、山胡椒根、杜仲、生姜、白芷、川芎、艾叶、红花、蒲公英、通花根、葵花盘浸泡在含1%氨基酸的复合氨基酸水溶液的混合物,发酵22小时后煮开,在95℃保持25分钟后,进行萃取;
(7)萃取后冷却到35℃,加入麝香和25-45度六粮醇,搅拌均匀后用保鲜膜三层加盖密封,在常温下发酵12天,得到外用保健养生液。
实施例3
一种外用保健养生液,由以下重量份的原料制成:大米450份、酒曲1.2份、甜酒曲0.15份、高粱3.3份、燕麦0.9份、甜酒1.8份、水390份,酒糟水25.05份、糯米1.5份、麦粉1.35份、玉米0.6份、川牛膝0.15份、苍术0.15份、知母0.15份、山胡椒根0.18份、杜仲0.24份、生姜0.33份、麝香0.006份、白芷0.45份、川芎1.2份、艾叶0.6份、红花0.9份、蒲公英0.9份、通花根22.5份、葵花盘52.5份、25-45度六粮醇4.5份。
上述的外用保健养生液由以下步骤制得:
(1)将酒曲、甜酒曲、重量份的99%的大米加入陶瓷缸,然后加入水、重量份的60%的酒槽水,搅拌均匀,在29℃下开始发酵;
(2)在开始发酵后22小时,加入重量份的40%的酒糟水,搅拌均匀后封盖;
(3)在开始发酵后的第2-6天,每天搅拌3次,每次搅拌5分钟,搅拌后封盖;
(4)将高梁、糯米、小麦、玉米、燕麦、重量份的1%的大米分别炒熟,冷却后,取适量酒桶内酒醅清液,混合磨成浆液;
(5)在开始发酵后的第19天,取甜酒,与步骤(4)所得浆液及适量酒醅清液混合分散均匀,然后加入酒桶中,搅拌均匀后密封酒桶发酵;
(6)在开始发酵后的第22天后,将发酵好的酒醅清液加入蒸煮锅,酒渣用纱布包扎放在蒸煮锅上层串蒸,将蒸馏后的酒糟水全部通过4层纱布过滤处理一次后,加入预先制备好的川牛膝、苍术、知母、山胡椒根、杜仲、生姜、白芷、川芎、艾叶、红花、蒲公英、通花根、葵花盘浸泡在含10%氨基酸的复合氨基酸水溶液的混合物,发酵25小时后煮开,在105℃保持35分钟后,进行萃取;
(7)萃取后冷却到40℃,加入麝香和25-45度六粮醇,搅拌均匀后用保鲜膜三层加盖密封,在常温下发酵11天,得到外用保健养生液。
本发明的外用保健养生液只用于人体外用泡澡或肢体浸泡、热敷等外用用途,并不用于内服。使用本发明的外用保健养生液时,可以先取2斤外用保健养生液与5斤自来水混合均匀后煮开,冷却到人体可接受的温度例如35-40℃时,可将手或脚放入其中浸泡40-60分钟,每天一次,浸泡完毕后用毛巾等擦拭干净即可。如果是用于肩周炎、关节痛风等症状,可按上述比例配制300斤溶液在恒温38-39度下泡澡40-50分钟,每天一次。或者也可用热毛巾湿敷肩周关节痛部位,每天40-60分钟,经过连续10-15天可恢复健康。本发明的外用保健养生液还可用于消毒,例如浸泡衣服一小时后用清水洗净,凉晒干即可,既可杀死病毒细菌,又能预防职业病。本发明的外用保健养生液用中药中的有效成分溶于酒糟水发酵,在25-45度酒中再发酵,通过复合氨基酸、中药与酒的功效相互配合、相互促进,能改善治疗肩周炎、关节痛风或香港脚等,携带中药功效的高分子成分能够全面渗透至皮下组织,充分发挥本发明的外用保健养生液的治疗功效。

3.根据权利要求1所述的外用保健养生液,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料制成:大米150份、酒曲0.8份、甜酒曲0.08份、高粱1.5份、燕麦0.5份、甜酒1份、水200份,酒糟水15份、糯米0.8份、麦粉0.5份、玉米0.3份、川牛膝0.08份、苍术0.08份、知母0.08份、山胡椒根0.08份、杜仲0.1份、生姜0.18份、麝香0.003份、白芷0.2份、川芎0.6份、艾叶0.4份、红花0.5份、蒲公英0.5份、通花根10份、葵花盘22份、白酒2份、复合氨基酸水溶液60份。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的外用保健养生液,其特征在于,所述白酒为25-45度六粮醇。
5.根据权利要求4所述的外用保健养生液,其特征在于,所述25-45度六粮醇为使用六种粮食以传统酿酒工艺酿制而成的白酒,粮食选自高粱、玉米、大麦、小麦、燕麦、大米、糯米、花荞、苦荞中的任意六种。
6.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的外用保健养生液,其特征在于,所述复合氨基酸水溶液中所含氨基酸的质量百分比为1-10%。
7.一种制备权利要求1-6任一项所述的外用保健养生液的方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将酒曲、甜酒曲、重量份的98-99.5%的大米加入酒桶,然后加入水、重量份的50-70%的酒槽水,分散均匀,在28-30℃下开始发酵;
(2)在开始发酵后22-23小时,加入重量份的30-50%的剩余酒糟水,分散均匀后密封酒桶;
(3)在开始发酵后的第2-6天,每天搅拌2-3次,每次搅拌3-5分钟;
(4)将高梁、糯米、小麦、玉米、燕麦、重量份的0.5-2%的剩余大米分别炒熟,冷却后,取适量酒桶内酒醅清液,混合磨成浆液;
(5)在开始发酵后的第18-19天,取甜酒,与步骤(4)所得浆液及适量酒醅清液混合分散均匀,然后加入酒桶中,分散均匀后密封酒桶发酵;
(6)在开始发酵后的第22天后,将发酵好的酒醅清液进行蒸煮、过滤后,加入预先制备好的川牛膝、苍术、知母、山胡椒根、杜仲、生姜、白芷、川芎、艾叶、红花、蒲公英、通花根、葵花盘浸泡在复合氨基酸水溶液的混合物,发酵22-25小时后煮开,在95-105℃保持25-35分钟后,进行萃取;
(7)萃取后冷却到35-40℃,加入麝香和白酒,分散均匀后密封,在常温下发酵10-12天,得到外用保健养生液。
8.根据权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(6)中蒸煮、过滤的操作为:将发酵好的酒醅清液加入蒸煮锅,酒渣用纱布包扎放在蒸煮锅上层串蒸,将蒸馏后的酒糟水全部通过2-4层纱布过滤处理一次。
9.根据权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,所述酒桶为陶瓷缸、木桶或塑料桶。
