s4, putting the astragalus and the coptis in the mixture of S3 after the treatment of S2, adding a proper amount of OR pure water, decocting for 35min, adding the pseudo-ginseng in S2, continuing to decoct for 55min, filtering after the decoction is finished, and removing filter residues to obtain a traditional Chinese medicine liquid;
s5, soaking the honeysuckle processed by the S2 in a proper amount of OR pure water according to the mixture ratio, decocting after soaking for 3min, wherein the decocting time is 10min, and the obtained honeysuckle tea is marked as honeysuckle tea;
s6, boiling the Chinese medicine liquid in S4 and the honeysuckle tea in S5, pouring the boiled liquid into a container containing dendrobium powder, keeping the temperature for 4min, and continuously stirring the mixed liquid in the heat preservation process;
s7, cooling the mixed liquid obtained in the step S6 to normal temperature to obtain the health-care and health-preserving tea with the effects of reducing blood pressure and blood sugar.

A health tea with blood pressure and blood sugar lowering effects is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 40-45 parts of astragalus mongholicus, 45-48 parts of coptis chinensis, 32-35 parts of radix scrophulariae, 30-35 parts of salvia miltiorrhiza, 50-55 parts of radix puerariae, 45-50 parts of pseudo-ginseng, 35-40 parts of dendrobe, 70-80 parts of honeysuckle and a proper amount of OR pure water.
2. A preparation method of health-care health tea with blood pressure and blood sugar reducing effects is used for preparing the health-care health tea with blood pressure and blood sugar reducing effects of claim 1, and is characterized by comprising the following preparation steps:
s1, cleaning the dendrobium nobile in the mixture ratio, performing vacuum freeze drying, then putting the dried dendrobium nobile into a jet mill for ultrahigh-speed crushing, and marking the crushed dendrobium nobile as dendrobium nobile powder;
s2, cleaning the astragalus, the coptis, the figwort, the salvia, the kudzu root, the pseudo-ginseng and the honeysuckle according to the proportion, and drying at 40-45 ℃ for later use;
s3, soaking the radix scrophulariae, the salvia miltiorrhiza and the radix puerariae which are processed by the S2 into a proper amount of OR pure water according to the proportion for 50-70min, and decocting the radix scrophulariae, the salvia miltiorrhiza and the radix puerariae after soaking for 60-80min to obtain mixed liquid;
s4, putting the astragalus and the coptis in the mixture of S3 after the treatment of S2, adding a proper amount of OR pure water, decocting for 30-35min, adding the pseudo-ginseng in S2, continuing to decoct for 50-60min, filtering after the decoction is finished, and removing filter residues to obtain a traditional Chinese medicine liquid;
s5, soaking the honeysuckle processed by the S2 in a proper amount of OR pure water according to the proportion, decocting for 1-3min, and obtaining the honeysuckle tea;
s6, boiling the Chinese medicine liquid in S4 and the honeysuckle tea in S5, pouring the boiled liquid into a container containing dendrobium powder, preserving the heat for 3-5min, and stirring the mixed liquid continuously in the heat preservation process;
s7, cooling the mixed liquid obtained in the step S6 to normal temperature to obtain the health-care and health-preserving tea with the effects of reducing blood pressure and blood sugar.
3. The preparation method of the health tea with the effects of reducing blood pressure and blood glucose according to claim 1, wherein the crushing temperature of the S2 jet mill is 15-20 ℃.
