Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of toothpaste processing, and particularly relates to a fire-reducing halitosis-removing whitening toothpaste and a preparation method thereof.
Background
"people eat as the day, eat as the first with the teeth", the health state of the oral cavity is a mirror reflecting the quality of life and health. Nowadays, people pay more and more attention to oral health, and halitosis becomes a serious problem which troubles the life of people. The halitosis brings great troubles to the spirit and life of people, is particularly embarrassing in social interaction, and even causes social automutism due to long-term halitosis. The causes of halitosis are very complex, and statistics show that 80-90% of halitosis comes from oral cavity, and because the surface area of the back of the tongue is large, and the tongue has many papillae, fissure and depression, which are beneficial for the retention of bacteria, oral mucosa desquamation epithelium, food residues and the like, and serve as 'bacteria storage chamber', which causes halitosis. It has been found in many studies that the main components of bad breath odor are volatile sulfides, 90% of which are hydrogen sulfide and methyl mercaptan, and thus, it is necessary to remove bad breath in order to freshen breath.
Toothpaste and toothbrush are daily necessities for cleaning teeth and protecting oral hygiene. Usually, people need to use the toothbrush toothpaste in the morning and at night every day, and the toothbrush toothpaste can not only clean and protect teeth, but also directly improve the oral environment. The conventional toothpaste can clean the oral cavity to a certain extent and improve the breath, but the effect of removing the halitosis is not obvious, and particularly the long-acting inhibition of the halitosis cannot be realized.
The color and luster of the teeth also have great influence on the social contact of people, and a bright and white tooth brings great confidence to people and is beneficial to social contact. At present, toothpaste products for whitening teeth exist in the market, but the problems of limited whitening capability, common effect in long-term use and the like exist mostly.
In addition, with the better life of people at present, the food types eaten every day are more and more, the spicy food is deeply loved by most people, but the problem of the gingival swelling and pain caused by excessive internal heat due to hot air after eating is easily solved, and the toothpaste on the market cannot meet the requirements of cleaning and nursing.
The application numbers are: 201811265889.0 discloses a fire-reducing halitosis-removing whitening toothpaste, which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 2-6 parts of massecuite, 1-5 parts of reed rhizome, 1-2 parts of sodium dihydrogen pyrophosphate, 1 part of rosemary, 2-8 parts of sodium carboxymethylcellulose, 1-5 parts of sodium lauryl sulfate, 10-25 parts of glycerol, 35-45 parts of calcium phosphate, 1-5 parts of polyethylene glycol and 20-30 parts of purified water. Although the effect of reducing pathogenic fire and removing halitosis is achieved, the improvement and progress space is still large; in addition, the problem of poor comprehensive use quality still exists.

The baseline value (first standard value) was determined and collected by placing the shield eye-EX tip perpendicularly on the tooth surface located 2mm above the bucco-cervical region of the central incisor in the middle of the mesio-distal diameter (maxillary-left side), and carefully illuminating the tooth surface without being illuminated. Then, the subjects brushed their teeth three times a day for 2 months with the toothpastes of example 3, comparative examples 1 to 3, and the control group. During the experiment, food was taken according to the respective eating habits, but on the day of measuring tooth color, coffee, cola and tobacco were prohibited. The results were obtained by measuring the color (second measurement value) after using the toothpastes of example 3, comparative examples 1 to 3, and control group, and comparing and calculating.
As can be seen from the above table 1, the toothpaste of the invention can whiten teeth well, and has high effective rate and stable use effect.
In order to further compare the effects of the invention, the halitosis removing experiment is carried out, specifically:
(one) subject selection: 1. the age is 30-40 years, half of male and half of female, 50 (divided into S1 group, S2 group, S3 group, S4 group, S5 group, 10 persons in each group, and half of male and female in each group); 2. halitosis has lasted for more than half a year; 3. in half a year before the test, the test has the habits of brushing teeth after getting up in the morning and brushing teeth before sleeping in the evening; 4. detecting by Rosenberg nasal smell method, wherein the examiner and the subject face to face with a distance of 10cm, the subject closes mouth, breathes in nose for 1 min, and then opens mouth to breathe lightly, and has similar halitosis symptom; 5. at least 20 teeth; 6. no denture, no appliance; 7. otorhinolaryngology, digestive system, respiratory system and other systemic diseases; 8. no medicine is taken, and no halitosis treatment or tooth and oral disease treatment is carried out; 9. spicy and pungent food is not taken; 10. the food with high sulfur content such as garlic, onion, leek, radish, etc. is not eaten; 10. no alcohol or beverage was consumed the day before the test.
(II) subject distribution: subjects of groups S1, S2, S3, S4 and S5 were each subjected to tooth brushing after rising in the morning and tooth brushing before sleeping in the evening, and for the toothpastes using the above-mentioned examples 2, comparative examples 1 to 3 and control group, the mass concentrations of hydrogen sulfide, methyl mercaptan and dimethyl sulfide of each individual were each measured as the initial mass concentrations of hydrogen sulfide, methyl mercaptan and dimethyl sulfide of each individual by a portable gas chromatograph (Oral Chromatm, ABILIT Co., Japan) before using the toothpastes. Two weeks after using the toothpaste, the mass concentrations of hydrogen sulfide, methyl mercaptan and dimethyl sulfide were measured for each person as the final mass concentrations of hydrogen sulfide, methyl mercaptan and dimethyl sulfide for each person using a portable gas chromatograph (Oral ChromaTM, ABILIT corporation, japan). All subjects were unable to eat, drink, reject chewing gum, brush teeth within 2 hours prior to testing.
(III) the detection method comprises the following steps: the specific detection method for detecting the mass concentration of hydrogen sulfide, methyl mercaptan and dimethyl sulfide by using a portable gas chromatograph (Oral ChromaTM, ABILIT corporation, Japan) comprises the following steps: preheating for 30 minutes, closing the mouth of a subject, breathing for 1 minute with the nose, inserting a plastic injector with the capacity of 1mL into the deep part of the oral cavity, fixing the injector by the upper lip and the lower lip and keeping the closed state, avoiding the injector from contacting the tongue in the process, evacuating initial gas in the injector by pulling and pushing a piston, extracting 1mL of gas in the oral cavity, injecting the gas in the injector into a portable gas chromatograph (the injection amount is 0.5mL), recording the mass concentration of hydrogen sulfide, methyl mercaptan and dimethyl sulfide, carrying out parallel detection for three times on each subject, and taking an average value.
(IV) conversion formula:
hydrogen sulfide decrease rate (%) - (initial mass concentration of hydrogen sulfide-final mass concentration of hydrogen sulfide)/initial mass concentration of hydrogen sulfide × 100%;
adding the average hydrogen sulfide reduction (%) of each person in the test group, and dividing the sum by the total number of persons in the test group;
the methyl mercaptan decrease rate (%) ═ (initial mass concentration of methyl mercaptan-final mass concentration of methyl mercaptan)/initial mass concentration of methyl mercaptan x 100%;
the average methyl mercaptan decrease (%) is the sum of the methyl mercaptan decreases (%) for each individual in the test group divided by the total number of individuals in the test group;
the reduction in the mass% of dimethyl sulfide (initial mass concentration of dimethyl sulfide-final mass concentration of dimethyl sulfide)/initial mass concentration of dimethyl sulfide x 100%;
average reduction (%) in dimethyl sulfide was added to the reduction (%) of each individual in the test group and divided by the total number of individuals in the test group.
(V) data recording and comparing: the average decrease (%) of hydrogen sulfide, the average decrease (%) of methyl mercaptan and the average decrease (%) of dimethyl sulfide obtained from the above groups were recorded and converted, and the specific comparative data are shown in table 2 below:
TABLE 2
Average decrease of hydrogen sulfide (%) Mean reduction of methyl mercaptan (%) Average reduction of dimethyl sulfide (%)
S1 group 98.24 95.36 85.47
S2 group 89.61 88.43 80.27
S3 group 82.66 81.34 76.12
S4 group 75.28 83.12 71.45
S5 group 77.89 80.13 69.84
