本申请提供了一种通信方法、通信设备及计算机程序存储介质,所述通信方法包括:网络设备向终端设备发送第一配置信息,所述第一配置信息包括非锚点载波配置信息,当锚点载波为独立部署模式时,非锚点载波应用于带内部署模式或保护带部署模式,当锚点载波为带内部署模式或保护带部署模式时,非锚点载波应用于独立部署模式。上述技术方案中,设计了新的载波部署模式组合的使用方法,从而可以避免现网中NB‑IOT终端因支持载波部署模式的增强而造成的不兼容问题。
