Detailed Description
Exemplary embodiments of the present invention will now be described with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which various details of the embodiments of the present invention are included to facilitate understanding, and are to be considered merely exemplary. Accordingly, those of ordinary skill in the art will recognize that various changes and modifications of the embodiments described herein can be made without departing from the scope and spirit of the invention. Also, descriptions of well-known functions and constructions are omitted in the following description for clarity and conciseness.
When the keyboard is assembled, a gap is designed between the keys and the panel frame openings, so that the keys cannot touch the panel frame openings (namely the key frame openings) when being pressed. Generally the smaller this gap, the more elaborate the product. In the prior art, the positioning of the keys and the key frame is divided into two types: firstly, the key frame is positioned, and secondly, the key spring arm is positioned. During assembly, the keys and the key frames are installed in a non-contact mode, so that the keys are seriously eccentric no matter the key frames are positioned or the spring arms are positioned.
Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of an assembly relationship between a key and a face case, as shown in fig. 1, the final result of the assembly is that the key 10 is placed in the key frame 11 and the gap 20 between the key and the key frame is within a set threshold range (e.g., [0.1mm,0.3mm ]), and the difference between the maximum gap width and the minimum gap width between the assembled key and the key frame is smaller than a preset threshold (e.g., 0.1 mm).
Fig. 2 is a schematic view of a prior art assembly through a pilot hole and a pilot post. As shown in fig. 2, the assembly positioning structure of the prior art is that the positioning hole 8 of the spring arm fixing part 7 is precisely fixed with the positioning post 9 of the face shell, and the spring arm 21 clamps the face shell 15. The gap between the key 10 and the key frame opening 11 is kept away, and the assembly structure has two disadvantages: 1. the spring arm structure is weak, the size is unstable and the spring arm structure is easy to deform, so that the position of the positioning hole is not accurate enough, and the accurate positioning is not good; 2. the gap between the positioning column and the positioning hole cannot be too small, so that the assembly difficulty is easy to cause, and the gap between the positioning column and the positioning hole needs to be larger. The above two reasons can lead to a very uneven appearance gap between the key and the face-piece frame opening after assembly, and disorder is not controlled.
Based on the problems existing in the prior art, the embodiment bypasses the gap positioning, and directly adopts interference positioning to achieve the aim of centering, namely positioning is performed without positioning holes and positioning columns, but positioning is performed directly by the outer contour of the key 10 and the key frame opening 11, so that the centering problem is solved only by avoiding positioning deviation. Fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of main flow of a method for assembling a key according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 3, an embodiment of the present invention provides a method for assembling a key, including:
s301, sucking an appearance surface 13 of a key by using a sucker 2 of a centering jig 12, wherein the tail ends 14 of soft claws of the centering jig are attached to the side wall of the edge of the key;
s302, placing a face shell 15 in a groove 5 of an assembly base at one side of a face shell appearance face 16, wherein the specification of a face shell frame opening 11 of the face shell is matched with the key 10;
step S303, placing the centering fixture 12 in the groove 5 of the assembly base at one side of the sucker handle 3, placing the key 10 in the face shell frame opening 11, and placing the soft claw tail end 14 of the centering fixture between the key side wall and the face shell frame opening 11;
step S304, fixing the key 10 and the face shell 15, and removing the centering fixture 12 from the key 10 to complete the assembly of the key.

As shown in fig. 7, the key to which the centering fixture is attached is placed in the groove of the assembly base with one side of the suction cup handle, i.e., the centering fixture is between the key and the face-piece. Fig. 8a-8c are sectional views of an assembly and a partial schematic view thereof. As shown in fig. 8a-8c, since the soft rubber inserting sheet 6 of the centering fixture is attached to the four positions of the key, the soft rubber can squeeze the key, and as a result, the key is automatically centered. At this time, the fixed part of the spring arm of the key is in a free state. Fig. 9 is a schematic view of mounting a PCB board. As shown in fig. 9, the PCB board is mounted on the convex surface of the key, and the PCB board, the key, and the face case are fastened together using screws, at which time the fixing portion of the spring arm can not move in the horizontal direction any more, and the gap of the key is also controlled at the centered position. Finally, the operation handle is held by hand to pull the centering fixture off the key, the position of the key is permanently kept at a very central position, and the assembly of the key is completed.
According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the invention, the technical means of assisting in assembling the keys by the centering jig and the assembling base is adopted, so that the technical problem that the appearance gaps between the keys and the face shell frame openings are uneven easily caused by the existing assembling method is solved, the technical effects of automatic centering of the keys and the face shell frame openings and uniform gaps in the assembling process are achieved, and the assembling efficiency is further improved.
