Abstract
The invention discloses a method and a device for assembling keys, and relates to the field of mechanical assembly. One embodiment of the method comprises: the soft claw sucker comprises a soft claw (1), a sucker (2) and a sucker handle (3), wherein the sucker (2) is arranged at the central position of the inner side of the soft claw (1), and the sucker handle (3) is arranged at the central position of the outer side of the soft claw (1); when the sucking disc (2) adsorbs the key, the tail end of the soft claw (1) is attached to the side wall of the edge of the key; when the key is arranged at the frame opening of the face shell, the tail end of the soft claw (1) is arranged between the side wall of the key and the frame opening of the face shell. The technical problem that the appearance gap between the button and the face shell frame opening is not uniform easily is solved, the technical effects of automatic centering of the button and the face shell frame opening and uniform gap in the assembling process are achieved, and the assembling efficiency is improved.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of mechanical assembly, in particular to a method and a device for assembling a key.
Background
The original assembly positioning structure is that the positioning hole of the elastic arm fixing part of the key and the positioning column of the face shell are precisely positioned, and a gap is left between the key and the frame opening of the face shell for avoiding position. In such a configuration, there are two disadvantages: 1. the elastic arm is delicate in structure, unstable in size and easy to deform, so that the position of the positioning hole is not accurate enough, and the fine positioning is not facilitated; 2. the gap between the positioning column and the positioning hole cannot be kept too small, so that the assembly difficulty is easily caused, and the gap between the positioning column and the positioning hole needs to be kept larger. The above two reasons can cause that the appearance gap between the key and the face shell frame opening is not uniform after assembly and disorder is not controlled.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of this, embodiments of the present invention provide a method and an apparatus for assembling a key, which can solve the problem of uneven appearance gap between the key and the frame opening of the panel in the conventional assembling manner.
To achieve the above object, according to an aspect of an embodiment of the present invention, there is provided a method of assembling a key, including: the sucker is arranged at the central position of the inner side of the soft claw, and the sucker handle is arranged at the central position of the outer side of the soft claw; when the sucking disc adsorbs the key, the tail end of the soft claw is attached to the side wall of the edge of the key; when the key is arranged at the frame opening of the face shell, the tail end of the soft claw is arranged between the side wall of the key and the frame opening of the face shell.
Optionally, the soft claw, the sucker and the sucker handle in the centering jig are integrally formed.
Optionally, the tail end of the soft claw is provided with a soft rubber insertion piece.
Optionally, the thickness of the soft rubber insertion piece is larger than the width of the gap between the face shell frame opening and the key side wall.

and fixing the key and the face shell, and taking down the centering jig from the key to finish the assembly of the key.
Optionally, fixing the key to the face cover includes:
mounting a PCB on the raised surface of the key;
and fastening the face shell, the key and the PCB by screws.
One embodiment of the above invention has the following advantages or benefits: because the technical means of auxiliary assembly of the key by the centering jig and the assembly base is adopted, the technical problem that the appearance gap between the key and the face shell frame opening is not uniform easily in the existing assembly mode is solved, the technical effects of automatic centering of the key and the face shell frame opening and uniform gap in the assembly process are achieved, and the assembly efficiency is further improved.

Detailed Description
Exemplary embodiments of the present invention are described below with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which various details of embodiments of the invention are included to assist understanding, and which are to be considered as merely exemplary. Accordingly, those of ordinary skill in the art will recognize that various changes and modifications of the embodiments described herein can be made without departing from the scope and spirit of the invention. Also, descriptions of well-known functions and constructions are omitted in the following description for clarity and conciseness.
When the key is assembled, a gap is designed between the key and the panel frame opening, so that the key does not touch the panel frame opening (namely the key frame opening) when being pressed. Generally, the smaller this gap, the more delicate the product. In the prior art, the positioning of the key and the key frame is divided into two types: firstly, the key frame is positioned, and secondly, the key elastic arm is positioned. During assembly, the keys and the key frames are installed in a non-contact mode, so that the keys are seriously eccentric no matter the key frames are positioned or the elastic arms are positioned.
Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of an assembly relationship between a key and a front cover, and as shown in fig. 1, the final result of the assembly is to place a key 10 in a key frame opening 11 and to make a gap 20 between the key and the key frame opening within a set threshold range (e.g., [0.1mm,0.3mm ]), and the difference between the maximum gap width and the minimum gap width of the assembled key and key frame opening is smaller than a preset threshold (e.g., 0.1 mm).
Fig. 2 is a schematic diagram of the assembly through the positioning hole and the positioning post in the prior art. As shown in fig. 2, in the assembly positioning structure of the prior art, the positioning hole 8 of the elastic arm fixing part 7 is precisely aligned with the positioning post 9 of the face shell, and the elastic arm 21 is clamped with the face shell 15. The gap between the key 10 and the key frame opening 11 is kept away, and the assembly structure has two disadvantages: 1. the elastic arm is delicate in structure, unstable in size and easy to deform, so that the position of the positioning hole is not accurate enough, and the fine positioning is not facilitated; 2. the gap between the positioning column and the positioning hole cannot be kept too small, so that the assembly difficulty is easily caused, and the gap between the positioning column and the positioning hole needs to be kept larger. The above two reasons can cause that the appearance gap between the key and the face shell frame opening is not uniform after assembly and disorder is not controlled.
Based on the problems in the prior art, the embodiment of the invention bypasses the clearance positioning and directly adopts the interference positioning to achieve the aim of centering, namely, the positioning is not carried out by using a positioning hole and a positioning column, but the outer contour of the key 10 and the key frame opening 11 are directly used for positioning, and the centering problem is only solved in order to avoid the positioning deviation. Fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of a main flow of a method for assembling a key according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 3, an embodiment of the present invention provides a method for assembling a key, including:
s301, sucking an appearance surface 13 of the key by using a sucking disc 2 of a centering jig 12, wherein the tail end 14 of a soft claw of the centering jig is attached to the side wall of the edge of the key;
s302, placing a face shell 15 into a groove 5 of an assembly base from one side of a face shell appearance face 16, wherein the specification of a face shell frame opening 11 of the face shell is matched with that of a key 10;
step S303, placing the centering jig 12 in the groove 5 of the assembly base by using one side of the sucker handle 3, so that the key 10 is placed in the face shell frame opening 11, and the tail end 14 of the soft claw of the centering jig is arranged between the side wall of the key and the face shell frame opening 11;
step S304, the key 10 and the face shell 15 are fixed, and the centering jig 12 is taken down from the key 10 to complete the assembly of the key.
The embodiment of the invention adopts the technical means of auxiliary assembly of the key by the centering jig and the assembly base, thereby overcoming the technical problem of uneven appearance gap between the key and the frame opening of the face shell, which is easily caused by the existing assembly mode, achieving the technical effects of automatic centering and uniform gap between the key and the frame opening of the face shell in the assembly process, and further improving the assembly efficiency.
In the embodiment of the present invention, fixing the key 10 and the face shell 15 includes: mounting the PCB board 18 on the raised surface 19 of the key; the front case 15, the key 10 and the PCB 18 are fastened with screws. The other side of the key appearance surface is a convex surface of the key. The PCB is used for fixing the key and the face shell, so that the assembled product is firmer, and the service life of the product is prolonged.
Fig. 4a to 4c are schematic structural views of a centering fixture for assembling a key according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 4a-4c, an embodiment of the present invention provides a centering fixture 12 for assembling a key, including a soft claw 1, a suction cup 2 and a suction cup handle 3, wherein the suction cup 2 is disposed at a central position of an inner side of the soft claw 1, and the suction cup handle 2 is disposed at a central position of an outer side of the soft claw 1; when the sucking disc 2 adsorbs the key 10, the tail end 14 of the soft claw is attached to the side wall of the edge of the key; when the key 10 is placed in the frame opening 11 of the panel, the soft claw end 14 is between the side wall of the key and the frame opening of the panel. The centering jig provided by the embodiment of the invention can firmly adsorb the keys and ensure the safe and smooth operation of the assembling process.
In the embodiment of the invention, the soft claw 1, the sucking disc 2 and the sucking disc handle 3 in the centering jig 12 are integrally formed. The centering jig can be more easily taken, and the quality of the centering jig is ensured.
In the embodiment of the invention, the tail end 14 of the soft claw is provided with a soft rubber inserting piece 6. Furthermore, the thickness of the soft rubber insertion piece 6 is larger than the width of the gap between the panel frame opening 11 and the side wall of the key. The soft rubber inserting piece at the tail end of the soft claw can realize interference centering of the key and the face shell, so that the key and the face shell can be easily and automatically centered and the gap is uniform.
The embodiment of the invention provides an assembly base for assembling a key, wherein the assembly base is a multi-edge table or a circular table base 4, a groove 5 is arranged at the top of the assembly base or the middle part of the assembly base is hollow. The assembling base provided by the embodiment of the invention is used for fixing all assembling parts when the key is assembled, so that the assembling process is more efficient and smooth.
It is worth mentioning that the depth of the groove (5) or the hollow is larger than the length of the sucker handle (3) in order to fix the assembly parts more effectively.
In the embodiment of the invention, the centering jig 12 and the assembly base are used for assisting in assembling the key, so that the aim of interference assembly is fulfilled. Fig. 5 is a schematic view of the centering fixture adsorbing the key. As shown in fig. 5, four ends of the centering fixture include four flat soft rubber insertion pieces for being attached to the side wall of the edge of the key, and the suction cup is used for keeping being adsorbed on the appearance surface of the key in the assembling process. FIG. 6 is a schematic view of the placement of the face shell on the assembly base. As shown in fig. 6, the assembly base is used for fixing the face cover and the keys during the assembly process; the panel shell is placed in the groove (or the hollow groove) of the assembly base. Fig. 7 is a schematic view of the key and the face housing assembly performed by the centering fixture and the assembly base. As shown in fig. 7, the key on which the centering fixture is adsorbed is placed in the groove of the assembly base by using one side of the sucker handle, that is, the centering fixture is located between the key and the face shell. Fig. 8a-8c are assembled cross-sectional views and partial schematic views thereof. As shown in fig. 8a-8c, since the soft rubber insert 6 of the centering fixture is attached to all four positions of the key, the soft rubber can extrude the key, and the key is automatically centered as a result of the extrusion. The fixed part of the elastic arm of the key is in a free state. Fig. 9 is a schematic view of mounting a PCB board. As shown in fig. 9, the PCB is mounted on the raised surface of the key, and the PCB, the key and the panel casing are fastened together by using screws, so that the fixed portion of the elastic arm can not move horizontally any more, and the gap between the keys is also controlled to be centered. And finally, the centering jig is pulled out from the key by holding the operating handle by hand, the position of the key is permanently kept at a very centered position, and the key is assembled.
According to the technical scheme of the embodiment of the invention, the technical means of auxiliary assembly of the key by the centering jig and the assembly base is adopted, so that the technical problem that the appearance gap between the key and the frame opening of the face shell is not uniform easily in the existing assembly mode is solved, the technical effects of automatic centering and uniform gap between the key and the frame opening of the face shell in the assembly process are achieved, and the assembly efficiency is further improved.

2. The centering jig of claim 1, wherein the soft claw (1), the suction cup (2) and the suction cup handle (3) in the centering jig are integrally formed.
3. The centering jig as claimed in claim 1, wherein the tail end of the soft claw (1) is provided with a soft rubber insert (6).

and fixing the key and the face shell, and taking down the centering jig from the key to finish the assembly of the key.
