Fig. 3 is a flowchart of a 3DS authentication-based card-swallowing retrieving device 30 according to an embodiment of the present application, where the apparatus includes: the first obtaining module 301, the first sending module 302, and the second obtaining module 303 count a first determining module 304, wherein,
the first obtaining module 301 is configured to obtain 3DS authentication information of a bank card to be retrieved, which is input by a user;
a first sending module 302, configured to send the 3DS authentication information of the to-be-retrieved bank card to a server for authentication; the server is used for verifying based on pre-stored target 3DS authentication information of the bank card to be retrieved and sending a first dynamic password to the user client after the verification is passed;
a second obtaining module 303, configured to obtain a second dynamic password input by the user based on the first dynamic password received by the user client, and forward the second dynamic password to the server; the server is used for matching the received second dynamic password with the first dynamic password and sending matching result information to the ATM;
a first determining module 304, configured to determine whether to allow the user to retrieve the bank card to be retrieved based on the matching result information.
Compared with a swallowed bank card which is inconsistent with an issuer and an acquirer and can be withdrawn only by manually providing a proving material in the prior art, the 3DS authentication information of the bank card to be withdrawn, which is input by a user, is acquired, and then the 3DS authentication information of the bank card to be withdrawn is sent to a server for authentication; the server is used for verifying based on pre-stored target 3DS authentication information of the bank card to be retrieved and sending a first dynamic password to the user client after the verification is passed; then acquiring a second dynamic password input by a user based on the first dynamic password received by the user client, and forwarding the second dynamic password to the server; the server is used for matching the received second dynamic password with the first dynamic password and sending matching result information to the ATM; and finally, the ATM is used for determining whether to allow the user to retrieve the bank card to be retrieved based on the matching result information. Optionally, the apparatus comprises:
the third acquisition module is used for acquiring the bank card number information of the preset position and preset digit of the bank card to be retrieved, which is input by a user;
and the prompting module is used for prompting the user to input 3DS authentication information when the bank card number information of the preset position and preset digit of a certain bank card swallowed by the ATM is consistent with the bank card number information of the preset position and preset digit of the bank card to be taken back input by the user.
Optionally, the server is a 3DS authentication server or a card-opening bank server of the bank card to be retrieved.
Further, if the server is a card issuing bank server of the bank card to be verified, the device further comprises:
the second determination module is used for determining a card-opening bank of the bank card to be retrieved;
and the second sending module is used for sending the 3DS authentication information of the bank card to be taken back to the card issuing bank server for authentication.
Optionally, the 3DS authentication information includes at least one of:

Example four
As shown in fig. 5, an embodiment of the present application provides a swallow card retrieving apparatus based on 3DS authentication, which is applied to a server, and includes:
a receiving module 501, configured to receive 3DS authentication information of a to-be-retrieved bank card sent by an ATM, where the 3DS authentication information of the to-be-retrieved bank card sent by the ATM is input by a user;
the verification module 502 is configured to verify the received 3DS authentication information based on pre-stored target 3DS authentication information of the bank card to be retrieved, and send a first dynamic password to the user client after the verification is passed;
the receiving module 503 is configured to receive the second dynamic password forwarded by the ATM, where the second dynamic password forwarded by the ATM is sent by the user based on the first dynamic password received by the user client;
a matching module 504, configured to match the received second dynamic password with the first dynamic password, and send matching result information to the ATM, where the ATM determines whether to allow the user to retrieve the bank card to be retrieved based on the received matching result information.
The server is a 3DS authentication server or a card-opening bank server of the bank card to be retrieved.
Wherein the 3DS authentication information includes at least one of:
date information of the card surface of the bank card; the safety code information of the card surface of the bank card; and (4) customizing information by a user.
EXAMPLE five
An embodiment of the present application provides an electronic device, as shown in fig. 4, an electronic device 40 shown in fig. 4 includes: a processor 401 and a memory 403. Wherein the processor 401 is coupled to the memory 403, such as via a bus 402. Further, the electronic device 40 may also include a transceiver 404. It should be noted that the transceiver 404 is not limited to one in practical applications, and the structure of the electronic device 40 is not limited to the embodiment of the present application. The processor 401 is applied in the embodiment of the present application, and is used to implement the functions of the modules shown in fig. 2. The transceiver 404 includes a receiver and a transmitter.
The processor 401 may be a CPU, general purpose processor, DSP, ASIC, FPGA or other programmable logic device, transistor logic device, hardware component, or any combination thereof. Which may implement or perform the various illustrative logical blocks, modules, and circuits described in connection with the disclosure. The processor 401 may also be a combination of computing functions, e.g., comprising one or more microprocessors, a combination of a DSP and a microprocessor, or the like.
Bus 402 may include a path that transfers information between the above components. The bus 402 may be a PCI bus or an EISA bus, etc. The bus 402 may be divided into an address bus, a data bus, a control bus, and the like. For ease of illustration, only one thick line is shown in FIG. 4, but this does not indicate only one bus or one type of bus.
The memory 403 may be, but is not limited to, a ROM or other type of static storage device that can store static information and instructions, a RAM or other type of dynamic storage device that can store information and instructions, an EEPROM, a CD-ROM or other optical disk storage, optical disk storage (including compact disk, laser disk, optical disk, digital versatile disk, blu-ray disk, etc.), magnetic disk storage media or other magnetic storage devices, or any other medium that can be used to carry or store desired program code in the form of instructions or data structures and that can be accessed by a computer.
The memory 403 is used for storing application program codes for executing the scheme of the application, and the execution is controlled by the processor 401. Processor 401 is configured to execute application code stored in memory 403 to implement the functionality of the 3DS authentication based card-swallowing retrieval device provided by the embodiments shown in fig. 2 or 5.
Compared with the prior art that a card issuer can retrieve a swallowed bank card inconsistent with an acquirer only by manually providing a proving material, the electronic equipment provided by the embodiment of the application acquires 3DS authentication information of the bank card to be retrieved, which is input by a user, and then sends the 3DS authentication information of the bank card to be retrieved to a server for authentication; the server is used for verifying based on pre-stored target 3DS authentication information of the bank card to be retrieved and sending a first dynamic password to the user client after the verification is passed; then acquiring a second dynamic password input by a user based on the first dynamic password received by the user client, and forwarding the second dynamic password to the server; the server is used for matching the received second dynamic password with the first dynamic password and sending matching result information to the ATM; and finally, the ATM is used for determining whether to allow the user to retrieve the bank card to be retrieved based on the matching result information. The user is authenticated based on the 3DS authentication information received by the service, and the dynamic password is sent by the server to authenticate the user, and the dual authentication ensures that the user is the owner of the bank card to be taken back, so that the user can take back the bank card to be taken back on the premise of ensuring the safety; in addition, even if the bank card to be taken back is not in the same bank as the bank where the ATM is located, the user can take back the bank card to be taken back under the condition that the double authentication passes, and furthermore, the user does not need to manually provide a proving material, so that the card taking program is simplified, the card taking period can be reduced, and the user experience is further improved.
The embodiment of the application provides an electronic device suitable for the method embodiment. And will not be described in detail herein.
EXAMPLE VI
The present application provides a computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, and when the program is executed by a processor, the method shown in the above embodiments is implemented.
Compared with the prior art that a swallowed bank card with inconsistent issuer and acquirer can be retrieved only by manually providing a proving material, the method and the device for retrieving the bank card obtain the 3DS authentication information of the bank card to be retrieved, which is input by a user, and then send the 3DS authentication information of the bank card to be retrieved to a server for authentication; the server is used for verifying based on pre-stored target 3DS authentication information of the bank card to be retrieved and sending a first dynamic password to the user client after the verification is passed; then acquiring a second dynamic password input by a user based on the first dynamic password received by the user client, and forwarding the second dynamic password to the server; the server is used for matching the received second dynamic password with the first dynamic password and sending matching result information to the ATM; and finally, the ATM is used for determining whether to allow the user to retrieve the bank card to be retrieved based on the matching result information. The user is authenticated based on the 3DS authentication information received by the service, and the dynamic password is sent by the server to authenticate the user, and the dual authentication ensures that the user is the owner of the bank card to be taken back, so that the user can take back the bank card to be taken back on the premise of ensuring the safety; in addition, even if the bank card to be taken back is not in the same bank as the bank where the ATM is located, the user can take back the bank card to be taken back under the condition that the double authentication passes, and furthermore, the user does not need to manually provide a proving material, so that the card taking program is simplified, the card taking period can be reduced, and the user experience is further improved.
The embodiment of the application provides a computer-readable storage medium which is suitable for the method embodiment. And will not be described in detail herein.
It should be understood that, although the steps in the flowcharts of the figures are shown in order as indicated by the arrows, the steps are not necessarily performed in order as indicated by the arrows. The steps are not performed in the exact order shown and may be performed in other orders unless explicitly stated herein. Moreover, at least a portion of the steps in the flow chart of the figure may include multiple sub-steps or multiple stages, which are not necessarily performed at the same time, but may be performed at different times, which are not necessarily performed in sequence, but may be performed alternately or alternately with other steps or at least a portion of the sub-steps or stages of other steps.

Claims (11)

1. A card-swallowing retrieving method based on 3DS authentication is applied to an ATM, and is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring 3DS authentication information of a bank card to be retrieved, which is input by a user;
sending the 3DS authentication information of the bank card to be taken back to a server for authentication; the server is used for verifying based on pre-stored target 3DS authentication information of the bank card to be retrieved and sending a first dynamic password to the user client after the verification is passed;
acquiring a second dynamic password input by a user based on a first dynamic password received by a user client, and forwarding the second dynamic password to the server; the server is used for matching the received second dynamic password with the first dynamic password and sending matching result information to the ATM;
the ATM is used for determining whether to allow the user to retrieve the bank card to be retrieved based on the matching result information.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein obtaining the 3DS authentication information of the bank card to be retrieved, input by the user, previously comprises:
acquiring bank card number information of a preset position and preset digit of a bank card to be retrieved, which is input by a user;
and when the information of the bank card number with the preset position and the preset number of the digits of a certain bank card swallowed by the ATM is consistent with the information of the bank card number with the preset position and the preset number of the digits of the bank card to be taken back, which is input by a user, prompting the user to input 3DS authentication information.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the server is a 3DS authentication server or a card issuer server of the bank card to be retrieved.
4. The method of claim 3, if the server is a card issuer server of a bank card to be verified, the method further comprising:
determining a card opening bank of the bank card to be retrieved;
and sending the 3DS authentication information of the bank card to be taken back to a card issuing bank server for authentication.
5. The method of any of claims 1-4, wherein the 3DS authentication information comprises at least one of:
date information of the card surface of the bank card; the safety code information of the card surface of the bank card; and (4) customizing information by a user.
6. A card-swallowing retrieving method based on 3DS authentication is applied to a server and is characterized by comprising the following steps:
receiving 3DS authentication information of a bank card to be retrieved sent by an ATM, wherein the 3DS authentication information of the bank card to be retrieved sent by the ATM is input by a user;
the server is used for verifying the received 3DS authentication information based on pre-stored target 3DS authentication information of the bank card to be retrieved and sending a first dynamic password to the user client after the verification is passed;
the server receives a second dynamic password forwarded by the ATM, and the second dynamic password forwarded by the ATM is sent by a user based on a first dynamic password received by the user client;
the server matches the received second dynamic password with the first dynamic password and sends matching result information to the ATM, and the ATM determines whether to allow the user to retrieve the bank card to be retrieved or not based on the received matching result information.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein the server is a 3DS authentication server or a card issuer server of the bank card to be retrieved.
8. A card-swallowing retrieving device based on 3DS authentication, which is applied to an ATM, is characterized by comprising:
the first acquisition module is used for acquiring 3DS authentication information of the bank card to be retrieved, which is input by a user;
the first sending module is used for sending the 3DS authentication information of the bank card to be retrieved to a server for authentication; the server is used for verifying based on pre-stored target 3DS authentication information of the bank card to be retrieved and sending a first dynamic password to the user client after the verification is passed;
the second acquisition module is used for acquiring a second dynamic password input by a user based on the first dynamic password received by the user client and forwarding the second dynamic password to the server; the server is used for matching the received second dynamic password with the first dynamic password and sending matching result information to the ATM;
a first determining module, configured to determine whether to allow the user to retrieve the bank card to be retrieved based on the matching result information.
9. A card-swallowing retrieving device based on 3DS authentication, applied to a server, includes:
the receiving module is used for receiving 3DS authentication information of the bank card to be retrieved sent by the ATM, and the 3DS authentication information of the bank card to be retrieved sent by the ATM is input by a user;
the verification module is used for verifying the received 3DS authentication information based on pre-stored target 3DS authentication information of the bank card to be retrieved and sending a first dynamic password to the user client after the verification is passed;
the receiving module is used for receiving a second dynamic password forwarded by the ATM, and the second dynamic password forwarded by the ATM is sent by a user based on a first dynamic password received by a user client;
and the matching module is used for matching the received second dynamic password with the first dynamic password and sending matching result information to the ATM, and the ATM determines whether to allow the user to retrieve the bank card to be retrieved or not based on the received matching result information.
10. An electronic device, comprising:
one or more processors;
a memory;
one or more applications, wherein the one or more applications are stored in the memory and configured to be executed by the one or more processors, the one or more programs configured to: performing a 3DS authentication-based card-swallowing retrieval method according to any of claims 1 to 7.
11. A computer-readable storage medium for storing computer instructions which, when run on a computer, cause the computer to perform the 3DS authentication-based card-swallowing retrieval method of any of claims 1 to 7.
