Fig. 2 is a flowchart of an automatic identification and deduction method for value-added tax invoices according to another embodiment of the present invention. The automatic authentication deduction method for the value-added tax invoice comprises the following steps:
step 201, the value-added tax paper invoice is photographed or scanned to form a value-added tax invoice image.
In this step, the value added tax paper invoice can be photographed or scanned by the camera, and before the value added tax paper invoice is scanned, the collection modes of the paper invoice include but are not limited to code scanning receipt, photographing receipt, tax disk receipt and manual input. The formed scanning piece can support various invoices such as value-added tax invoices, airplane travel lists, train tickets, bus tickets and the like.
And 202, identifying the structural information in the invoice through an OCR (optical character recognition) technology according to the value-added tax invoice image.
In this step, the structured information includes invoice type information and invoice content information, where the invoice type information includes valid reimbursement credentials such as a value-added tax invoice, a train ticket, an airline travel itinerary, and a bus ticket, and the invoice content information includes an invoice code, an invoice number, an invoice date, an invoice amount, a purchaser name, a goods or taxable labor, a service name, and a seller name. Meanwhile, the scanning recognition of tickets such as train tickets, airplane travel lists and the like is supported, and the recognized structured information is such as 'departure date', 'arrival date', 'departure station', 'arrival station', 'driver', 'amount', and the like. According to one example of the invention, invoice recognition may be performed using OCR techniques.
And step 203, determining the value-added tax invoice according to the structured information.
In this step, when the identified structured information includes a value-added tax invoice, the invoice may be determined to be a value-added tax invoice.
And 204, checking the authenticity of the value-added tax invoice, and determining the value-added tax invoice verified to be authentic as a first value-added tax invoice.
In this step, the electronic ledger base of the tax system can be docked through the invoice checking interface, and the authenticity of the value-added tax invoice can be verified in the electronic ledger base by sending structured information (such as invoice number, invoice code, invoice amount, invoice drawing time and the like) to the electronic ledger base. For value-added tax invoices that are verified to be genuine, the user forms a reimbursement item with the reimbursement request.
Step 205, obtaining the reimbursement request of the user.
In this step, the reimbursement request includes an reimbursement audit object, an reimbursement subject, an reimbursement form number, reimbursement details, an affiliated project, an reimbursement subject, an amount of money, and an amount generation date. The reimbursement request may be initiated by a user via a reimbursement client (e.g., a cell phone or computer).
And step 206, creating and storing reimbursement items according to the reimbursement request and the first value-added tax invoice.
In this step, the reimbursement request is combined with the first value-added tax invoice to create reimbursement items for approval by the approver, and the reimbursement items are stored for later inquiry by the user or the approver.
And step 207, sending the reimbursement items to an auditing user side corresponding to the reimbursement auditing object for approval, and if the approval is passed, generating reimbursement certificates corresponding to the first value-added tax invoices.
In this step, only the first value-added tax invoice (i.e. the second value-added tax invoice) generating the reimbursement certificate can be used for invoice authentication, and the first value-added tax invoice not generating the reimbursement certificate cannot be used for invoice authentication, so that the enterprise can easily manage finance.
And step 208, determining an auditing result according to the approved reimbursement items.
In this step, the results of the audit include return and pass. When the auditing result is return, namely the first value-added tax invoice does not generate reimbursement vouchers, so that the first value-added tax invoice cannot be authenticated and deducted; and when the auditing result is that the first value-added tax invoice passes, generating a reimbursement certificate and determining the reimbursement certificate as a second value-added tax invoice, so that the second value-added tax invoice can be authenticated and deducted.
And 209, updating the reimbursement items according to the auditing results.
In this step, the user can check the audit state of the reimbursement request submitted by the user, and the reimbursement server sends the corresponding reimbursement result after the audit is passed, so that the transparent management of the reimbursement process is facilitated.
Step 210, determining the reimbursement limit of each reimbursement request according to the reimbursement request, and when the amount of money in the reimbursement request exceeds the reimbursement limit, failing to execute the step of creating and storing reimbursement items according to the reimbursement request and the first value-added tax invoice.
In this step, through the expense control to reimbursement, through setting up the reimbursement amount of money promptly, different staff of same subject can have different reimbursement amount, can support in addition to carry out more detailed control according to the rank in city, can set up the expense and can not send the reimbursement request by excess, so can effectively avoid the phenomenon of expense overburdening to let expense control run through the total process of reimbursement.
