Description

Water injection control method for washing equipment
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of washing equipment, and particularly provides a water injection control method for washing equipment.
Background
With the progress of science and technology, the automation level of human life is higher and higher, and daily housework is gradually replaced by machines from manpower. The washing equipment is used as a common household appliance in daily life, and brings great convenience to the life of people. The washing apparatuses are classified according to washing methods, and may be roughly classified into pulsator washing machines and drum washing machines.
In the prior art, in the process of performing a water filling operation of a washing machine, the washing machine directly injects washing water into a washing tub according to a water level set by a user, and then starts to run a set washing program. However, since the washing machine and other water consuming devices (such as a water heater, a shower, a faucet, etc.) share a set of water path system, the total amount of water flow in the water path system is constant, if the other water consuming devices are outputting water at this time, the washing machine directly executing the water injection operation will divert a part of water into the washing machine, so that the output water flow of the other water consuming devices is reduced, the output water temperature is changed, especially when the user is taking a bath, the washing water sprayed by the spray head of the shower becomes cold and hot, and the use experience of the user is greatly influenced.
Therefore, there is a need in the art for a new water injection control method for a washing apparatus to solve the above problems.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the above problems in the prior art, that is, to solve the problem that the water injection operation performed directly by the existing washing equipment will affect the outflow and/or outflow temperature of other external water-using equipment, the present invention provides a water injection control method for the washing equipment, which comprises the following steps: acquiring the operation stage of external water utilization equipment; and judging whether the washing equipment directly executes water injection operation or not according to the operation stage of the external water using equipment.
In the preferred technical solution of the above water injection control method, the step of "judging whether to make the washing device directly execute water injection operation according to the operation stage of the external water using device" specifically includes: and if the external water using equipment is in a non-water discharging stage, directly executing water injection operation by the washing equipment.
In a preferred embodiment of the above water injection control method, the step of determining whether to allow the washing device to directly perform the water injection operation according to the operation stage of the external water using device further includes: if the external water using equipment is in the water outlet stage, the washing equipment executes pause operation; and after the washing equipment performs the pause operation, selectively enabling the washing equipment to perform water injection operation according to the operation stage of the externally-connected water using equipment acquired again.
In a preferred technical solution of the water injection control method, the step of "selectively causing the washing device to perform the water injection operation according to the operation stage of the externally connected water using device obtained again" specifically includes: if the operation stage of the externally connected water using equipment obtained again is the water outlet stage, the washing equipment is kept in a pause state; and if the operation stage of the externally-connected water using equipment obtained again is the non-water-outlet stage, selectively enabling the washing equipment to execute water injection operation according to the first duration of the externally-connected water using equipment in the non-water-outlet stage.
In a preferred embodiment of the above water injection control method, the step of selectively causing the washing device to perform the water injection operation according to a first duration of the external water using device being in the non-water-outlet stage includes: judging whether the first duration reaches a first preset time threshold value or not; if the first duration time reaches a first preset time threshold value, enabling the washing equipment to execute water injection operation; if the first duration does not reach the first preset time threshold, maintaining the washing apparatus in a suspended state.
In a preferred embodiment of the above water injection control method, the water injection control method further includes: in the process that the washing equipment directly executes water injection operation or executes water injection operation, the operation stage of the external water utilization equipment is obtained again; and if the operation stage of the externally connected water using equipment obtained again is the non-water outlet stage, continuing to execute water injection operation by the washing equipment.
In a preferred embodiment of the above water injection control method, the water injection control method further includes: if the operation stage of the externally connected water using equipment which is obtained again is a water outlet stage, enabling the washing equipment to execute pause operation; and after the washing equipment performs the pause operation, selectively enabling the washing equipment to perform water injection operation according to the operation stage of the externally-connected water using equipment acquired again.
In a preferred technical solution of the water injection control method, the step of selectively causing the washing device to perform the water injection operation according to the operation stage of the externally connected water consumption device obtained again specifically includes: if the operation stage of the externally connected water using equipment obtained again is a water outlet stage, the washing equipment is kept in a pause state; and if the operation stage of the externally-connected water using equipment is the non-water-outlet stage, selectively enabling the washing equipment to execute water injection operation according to the second duration of the externally-connected water using equipment in the non-water-outlet stage.
In a preferred embodiment of the above water injection control method, the step of selectively causing the washing device to perform the water injection operation according to the second duration of the external water using device in the non-water-outlet stage includes: judging whether the second duration reaches a second preset time threshold value or not; if the second duration reaches a second preset time threshold, enabling the washing equipment to execute water injection operation; if the second duration does not reach the second preset time threshold, maintaining the washing apparatus in the pause state.
In the preferable technical scheme of the water injection control method, the external water using equipment comprises a body and a proportional throttle valve and/or a flow regulating valve which are arranged at the outlet end of the body; the water injection control method further comprises the following steps: in the process that the washing equipment directly executes water injection operation or executes water injection operation, the operation stage of the body is obtained again; if the operation stage of the body obtained again is a non-water-outlet stage, closing the proportional throttle valve and/or the flow regulating valve, and enabling the washing equipment to continuously execute water injection operation; and if the operation stage of the body obtained again is the water outlet stage, opening the proportional throttle valve to adjust the water outlet temperature of the body and/or opening the flow regulating valve to adjust the water outlet flow of the body, and enabling the washing equipment to continuously execute water injection operation.
As can be understood by those skilled in the art, in the preferred technical solution of the water injection control method of the present invention, the operation phase of the water heater is obtained; and judging whether to enable the washing machine to directly execute water injection operation or not according to the operation stage of the water heater. Compared with the prior technical scheme of directly executing water injection operation, the invention judges whether the washing machine directly executes the water injection operation or not through the operation stage of the water heater in the process of executing the water injection operation, if the water heater is in a non-water outlet stage, the water heater does not discharge water at the moment, the washing machine directly executes the water injection operation without influencing the water outlet flow and/or the water outlet temperature of the water heater, and the washing machine directly executes the water injection operation; if the water heater is in the water outlet stage, which indicates that the water heater is discharging water at the moment, if the washing machine directly performs the water filling operation, a part of water is diverted into the washing machine, so that the outlet water flow of the water heater is reduced and/or the outlet water temperature is changed, in order to avoid influencing the outlet water flow and/or the outlet water temperature of the water heater, the washing machine is operated to pause, the water injection into the washing machine is stopped, so that the water flows to the water heater completely, thereby ensuring that the outlet water flow and/or the outlet water temperature of the water heater are kept stable, avoiding the reduction of the outlet water flow and/or the sudden cooling and heating of the water temperature of the water heater, and the washing machine is selectively made to execute water injection operation according to the obtained running stage of the water heater again, so that water is injected into the washing machine on the premise of not influencing the water outlet effect of the water heater, and the use experience of a user is improved.
Further, in the process of judging whether the washing machine executes the water filling operation, if the operation stage of the water heater acquired again is the water outlet stage, it indicates that the water heater is still discharging water at the moment, and if the washing machine executes the water filling operation, a part of water is still distributed into the washing machine, so that the water outlet flow of the water heater is reduced and/or the water outlet temperature is changed, and in order to avoid influencing the water outlet flow and/or the water outlet temperature of the water heater, the washing machine is kept in a pause state; if the operation phase of the water heater obtained again is a non-water-outlet phase, which indicates that the water heater does not produce water, in order to determine that the water heater does not produce water temporarily or does not produce water exactly when the operation phase of the water heater is obtained, the first duration of the water heater in the non-water-outlet phase is further considered, and whether the washing machine executes water injection operation is judged according to the first duration, so that water is prevented from being injected into the washing machine under the condition that the water heater does not produce water temporarily or does not produce water exactly when the operation phase of the water heater is obtained, repeated pause/start of the washing machine is avoided, and the use experience of a user is improved.

Detailed Description
Preferred embodiments of the present invention are described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. It should be understood by those skilled in the art that these embodiments are only for explaining the technical principle of the present invention, and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention. For example, although the present application has been described with reference to a washing machine and a water heater, the technical solution of the present invention is not limited thereto, and the water injection control method can be obviously applied to other washing apparatuses such as a shoe washing machine, a dishwasher, a washing and drying machine, and other external water using apparatuses such as a faucet and a shower, without departing from the principle and scope of the present invention.
It should be noted that the terms "first" and "second" in the description of the present invention are used for descriptive purposes only and are not to be construed as indicating or implying relative importance.
Based on the technical problems proposed in the background art, the invention provides a water injection control method for a washing machine, which aims to judge whether the washing machine directly executes water injection operation or not through the operation stage of a water heater, provide the most reasonable water injection program for the washing machine, improve the water injection rationality of the washing machine, avoid the influence on the outlet water flow and/or the outlet water temperature of the water heater, and further improve the use experience of a user.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, fig. 1 is a flow chart of a water injection control method of the present invention; FIG. 2 is a flow chart of a water injection control method according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, the water injection control method of the present invention includes the following steps:
s1, obtaining the operation stage of the water heater;
and S2, judging whether to make the washing machine directly execute water filling operation according to the operation stage of the water heater.
In a preferred embodiment, the step of determining whether to directly perform the water filling operation according to the operation stage of the water heater in the step S2 includes:
s21, judging whether the operation stage of the water heater is a water outlet stage or not;
s22, if the operation stage of the water heater is not the water outlet stage, the washing machine directly executes water injection operation;
s23, if the operation phase of the water heater is the water outlet phase, the washing machine is enabled to execute pause operation;
and S24, after the washing machine performs the pause operation, selectively enabling the washing machine to perform the water filling operation according to the operation stage of the water heater acquired again.
Specifically, in step S22, if the water heater is in the non-water-outlet stage, which indicates that the water heater is not discharging water, the washing machine directly performs the water filling operation without affecting the water flow and/or the water outlet temperature of the water heater, so that the washing machine directly performs the water filling operation.
Preferably, in step S23, if the water heater is in the water outlet stage, which indicates that the water heater is discharging water at this time, if the washing machine directly performs the water filling operation, a portion of water is diverted into the washing machine, so that the water flow of the water heater is decreased and/or the water outlet temperature is changed, in order to avoid the influence on the water flow of the water heater and/or the water outlet temperature, the washing machine performs the pause operation, and stops filling water into the washing machine, so that the water flows into the water heater completely, thereby ensuring that the water flow and the water outlet temperature of the water heater are kept stable, and avoiding the water flow of the water heater being decreased and the water temperature being suddenly cooled and suddenly heated.
Preferably, in step S24, after step S23, the washing machine is selectively operated to inject water according to the obtained operation phase of the water heater again, so that water is injected into the washing machine without affecting the water outlet effect of the water heater, and the use experience of the user is improved.
In order to accurately determine whether to cause the washing machine to perform the water filling operation, the step of "selectively causing the washing machine to perform the water filling operation according to the retrieved operation stage of the water heater" in the step S24 may include:
s241, acquiring the operation stage of the water heater again;
s242, judging whether the operation stage of the water heater obtained again is a water outlet stage;
s243, if the operation stage of the water heater obtained again is a water outlet stage, the washing machine is kept in a pause state;
and S244, if the operation phase of the water heater obtained again is the non-water-outlet phase, selectively enabling the washing machine to execute water filling operation according to the first duration of the water heater in the non-water-outlet phase.
Specifically, in step S243, if the operation phase of the water heater obtained again is the water outlet phase, which indicates that the water heater is still outputting water at this time, if the washing machine performs the water filling operation, a part of water is still diverted into the washing machine, so that the water outlet flow of the water heater is reduced and/or the water outlet temperature is changed, and in order to avoid affecting the water outlet flow and/or the water outlet temperature of the water heater, the washing machine is maintained in the pause state.
Preferably, in step S244, if the operation phase of the water heater obtained again is a non-water-out phase, which indicates that the water heater has not discharged water, in order to determine that the water heater is not temporarily not discharged water or is not discharged water at the time of obtaining the operation phase of the water heater, the first duration of the water heater in the non-water-out phase is further considered, and whether the washing machine performs a water filling operation is determined according to the first duration, so that water is prevented from being filled into the washing machine when the water heater is temporarily not discharged water or is not discharged water at the time of obtaining the operation phase of the water heater, and therefore repeated pause/start of the washing machine is avoided, and the user experience is improved.
In order to more accurately determine whether to enable the washing machine to perform the water filling operation, the step of "selectively enabling the washing machine to perform the water filling operation according to the first duration of the water heater in the non-water-outlet stage" in the step S244 includes:
s2441, acquiring a first duration of the water heater in a non-water-outlet stage;
s2442, judging whether the first duration time reaches a first preset time threshold value;
s2443, if the first duration time reaches a first preset time threshold, enabling the washing machine to execute a water filling operation;
and S2444, if the first duration time does not reach the first preset time threshold value, keeping the washing machine in a pause state.
Specifically, in step S2443, if the first duration reaches the first preset time threshold, which indicates that the water heater is not temporarily not outputting water or is not outputting water right when the operation stage of the water heater is obtained, and the water heater is in the stage of not outputting water, the washing machine performs the water filling operation without affecting the water flow and the water temperature of the water heater, so that the washing machine performs the water filling operation.
Preferably, in step S2444, if the first duration time does not reach the first preset time threshold, it cannot be determined whether the water heater is temporarily not drained or is just not drained when the operation stage of the water heater is obtained, if the water filling operation performed by the washing machine may affect the outlet water flow and/or the outlet water temperature of the water heater, and in order to avoid the above situation, the washing machine is maintained in the pause state.
In the above process, a conclusion whether the washing machine performs the water filling operation is given through the setting of the first preset time threshold. The first preset time threshold may be a minimum time for determining that the water heater is not temporarily not discharging water or is just not discharging water when the operation stage of the water heater is obtained. Of course, the first preset time threshold is not limited to the above-mentioned time, and may be other time, such as experimental time obtained by a person skilled in the art according to experiments under a specific working condition, or empirical time obtained according to experiments, as long as the requirement that the demarcation point determined by the first preset time threshold can meet the requirement of judging whether the washing machine performs the water filling operation is met.
In a preferred embodiment, in the process of executing step S22 and step S2443, the water injection control method further includes:
s25, obtaining the operation stage of the water heater again;
s26, judging whether the operation stage of the water heater obtained again is a water outlet stage;
s271, if the operation stage of the water heater obtained again is a non-water-outlet stage, the washing machine is enabled to continue to execute water injection operation;
s281, if the operation stage of the water heater obtained again is a water outlet stage, the washing machine is enabled to execute pause operation;
and S29, after the washing machine performs the pause operation, selectively enabling the washing machine to perform the water filling operation according to the operation stage of the water heater acquired again.
Specifically, in step S271, if the operation phase of the water heater obtained again is the non-water-outlet phase, which indicates that the water heater is not discharging water, the washing machine executes the water injection operation without affecting the water flow and/or the water outlet temperature of the water heater, and then the washing machine continues to execute the water injection operation.
Preferably, in step S281, if the operation phase of the water heater obtained again is a water outlet phase, it is indicated that the water heater is discharging water at this time, if the washing machine continues to perform the water injection operation, a part of water is diverted into the washing machine, which may affect the water outlet flow and/or the water outlet temperature of the water heater, and it cannot be ensured that the water outlet flow of the water heater reaches the preset flow threshold and/or the water outlet temperature reaches the preset temperature threshold.
Preferably, in step S29, after step S28, the washing machine is selectively operated to inject water according to the operation phase of the water heater obtained again, so that water is injected into the washing machine without affecting the water outlet effect of the water heater, and the use experience of the user is improved.
In order to accurately determine whether to cause the washing machine to perform the water filling operation again, the step of "selectively causing the washing machine to perform the water filling operation according to the operation phase of the water heater obtained again" in the step S29 may include:
s291, acquiring the operation stage of the water heater again;
s292, judging whether the operation stage of the water heater obtained again is a water outlet stage;
s293, if the operation stage of the water heater obtained again is a water outlet stage, keeping the washing machine in a pause state;
and S294, if the operation stage of the water heater obtained again is the non-water-outlet stage, selectively enabling the washing machine to execute water filling operation according to the second duration time of the water heater in the non-water-outlet stage.
Specifically, in step S293, if the operation phase of the water heater obtained again is the water outlet phase, it indicates that the water heater is discharging water at this time, and if the washing machine performs the water injection operation, a part of water will be diverted into the washing machine, which may affect the water outlet flow and/or the water outlet temperature of the water heater, and it is not possible to ensure that the water outlet flow of the water heater reaches the preset flow threshold and/or the water outlet temperature reaches the preset temperature threshold, so as to avoid the above situation, the washing machine is maintained in the pause state.
Preferably, in step S294, if the operation phase of the water heater obtained again is a non-water-out phase, which indicates that the water heater has no water outlet, in order to determine that the water heater is not temporarily non-water-out or is not water outlet at the time of obtaining the operation phase of the water heater, a second duration time of the water heater in the non-water-out phase is further considered, and whether the washing machine performs a water injection operation is determined according to the second duration time, so that water is prevented from being injected into the washing machine under the condition that the water heater is temporarily non-water-out or is not water outlet at the time of obtaining the operation phase of the water heater, and therefore repeated pause/start of the washing machine is avoided, and user experience is improved.
In order to more accurately determine whether to enable the washing machine to perform the water filling operation again, in step S294, the step of "selectively enabling the washing machine to perform the water filling operation according to the second duration of the water heater in the non-water-outlet stage" includes:
s2941, acquiring second duration of the water heater in a non-water-outlet stage;
s2942, judging whether the second duration time reaches a second preset time threshold value;
s2943, if the second duration time does not reach a second preset time threshold, keeping the washing machine in a pause state;
and S2944, if the second duration time reaches a second preset time threshold, enabling the washing machine to perform a water filling operation.
Specifically, in step S2943, if the second duration time does not reach the second preset time threshold, it cannot be determined whether the water heater is temporarily not outputting water or is not outputting water right when the operation stage of the water heater is obtained, if the water filling operation performed by the washing machine at this time may affect the water flow and/or the water temperature of the water heater, in order to avoid the above situation, the washing machine is maintained in the pause state.
Preferably, in step S2944, if the second duration reaches the second preset time threshold, which indicates that the water heater is not temporarily not outputting water or is not outputting water right when the operation stage of the water heater is obtained, and the washing machine is in the stage of not outputting water, the water injection operation performed by the washing machine does not affect the outlet water flow and/or the outlet water temperature of the water heater, so that the washing machine performs the water injection operation.
In the above process, a conclusion whether the washing machine performs the water filling operation is given through the setting of the second preset time threshold. The second preset time threshold may be a minimum time for determining that the water heater is not temporarily not discharging water or is just not discharging water when the operation stage of the water heater is obtained. Of course, the second preset time threshold is not limited to the above-mentioned time, and may be other time, such as experimental time obtained by a person skilled in the art according to experiments under a specific working condition, or empirical time obtained according to experiments, as long as the requirement that the demarcation point determined by the second preset time threshold can meet the requirement of judging whether the washing machine performs the water filling operation is met.
It should be further noted that the second preset time threshold and the first preset time threshold may be the same or different, and those skilled in the art may flexibly adjust and set the values of the second preset time threshold and the first preset time threshold.
In an alternative embodiment, the water heater includes a water tank and a proportional throttle valve and a flow regulating valve disposed at an outlet end of the water tank; in the performing of steps S22 and S24, the water injection control method further includes:
s25, obtaining the operation stage of the water heater again;
s26, judging whether the operation stage of the water heater obtained again is a water outlet stage;
s272, if the operation stage of the water heater obtained again is a non-water-outlet stage, closing the proportional throttle valve and the flow regulating valve, and enabling the washing machine to continue to execute water injection operation;
and S282, if the operation stage of the water heater obtained again is a water outlet stage, opening the proportional throttle valve to adjust the water outlet temperature of the water tank and opening the flow regulating valve to adjust the water outlet flow of the water tank, and enabling the washing machine to continuously execute water filling operation.
Specifically, in step S272, if the operation phase of the water heater obtained again is a non-water-outlet phase, which indicates that the water heater is not water-outlet at this time, and the water outlet flow and the water outlet temperature of the water heater do not need to be adjusted, the proportional throttle valve and the flow regulating valve are closed; the washing machine executes the water filling operation without influencing the water outlet flow and the water outlet temperature of the water heater, so that the washing machine continues to execute the water filling operation.
Preferably, in step S282, if the operation phase of the water heater obtained again is a water outlet phase, it is indicated that the water heater is discharging water at this time, if the washing machine continues to perform the water injection operation, a part of water is diverted into the washing machine, which may affect the water outlet flow and the water outlet temperature of the water heater, and it cannot be ensured that the water outlet flow and the water outlet temperature of the water heater reach the preset flow threshold and the preset temperature threshold. In the process, the water outlet temperature and the water outlet flow of the water tank reach the preset temperature threshold value and the preset flow threshold value respectively by adjusting the opening of the proportional throttle valve and the flow regulating valve, the use requirement of a user is met, at the moment, the rest water is shunted into the washing machine, the influence on the water outlet temperature and the water outlet flow of the water tank is avoided, the washing machine can continue to execute water injection operation, the water heater can also inject water into the washing machine when water is discharged, the water injection efficiency is improved, and the use experience of the user is improved.
Alternatively, in the actual operation process of the present invention, the water injection control method may also include the following steps: acquiring the running state of the washing machine; the proportional throttle valve and the flow regulating valve are selectively opened according to the operation state of the washing machine.
Preferably, if the washing machine is in a water filling stage, the washing machine can shunt a part of water into the washing machine, and the influence on the outlet water flow and the outlet water temperature of the water heater can be caused, the proportional throttle valve is opened to adjust the outlet water temperature of the water tank, so that the outlet water temperature of the water tank reaches a preset temperature threshold value, and the flow regulating valve is opened to adjust the outlet water flow of the water tank, so that the outlet water flow of the water tank reaches a preset flow threshold value, and the washing machine is enabled to continue to perform water filling operation; if the washing machine is in a non-water injection stage, water completely flows out through the water heater, and the water outlet flow and the water outlet temperature of the water heater do not need to be adjusted, the proportional throttle valve and the flow regulating valve are closed.
It should be further noted that the water heater may also include a water tank and a proportional throttle valve disposed at an outlet end of the water tank, and the outlet water temperature of the water tank is adjusted by opening/closing the proportional throttle valve when the methods of the two embodiments are performed. Alternatively, the water heater may also include a water tank and a flow regulating valve disposed at an outlet end of the water tank, and the outlet flow of the water tank is regulated by opening/closing the flow regulating valve when the methods of the above two embodiments are performed.
In the above process, the preset water flow threshold and the preset temperature threshold may be water flow and temperature set by the user according to personal use requirements, or water flow and temperature written in the water heater in advance and stored in the water heater, and the user may flexibly select and set the preset water flow threshold and the preset temperature threshold.
Referring now to FIG. 2, FIG. 2 is a flow chart of a water injection control method according to an embodiment of the present invention.
