Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of pesticide and fertilizer integration, in particular to a special resin coated controlled-release pesticide fertilizer for wheat.
Background
Wheat is one of three major crops in the world and is widely planted due to the characteristics of wide application range, relatively stable yield and the like. China is the country with the largest wheat yield in the world, and wheat is important commodity grain in China, so that the development of wheat production and the synergistic improvement of wheat yield and quality have important significance on the safety and economic development of food in China.
The application of chemical fertilizers and pesticides is an important means for ensuring the high quality and high yield of grains, the chemical fertilizers can supply nutrients required by the normal growth of crops, and the pesticides can effectively reduce the plant diseases and insect pests of the crops. The consumption of chemical fertilizers and pesticides in China is the first in the world, however, the utilization rate of chemical fertilizers and pesticides in developed countries can reach 50-60%, and the consumption rate of chemical fertilizers and pesticides in China is only 30-35%. The low utilization rate of chemical fertilizers and pesticides causes serious resource waste and environmental pollution. At present, the development of slow controlled release fertilizers and pesticides is more important under the multiple target requirements of reduction and efficiency enhancement of fertilizers and pesticides and environmental friendliness.
The most widely applied slow/controlled release fertilizer in the market at present is a coated slow/controlled release fertilizer. The coated slow-controlled release fertilizer is a novel fertilizer which takes fertilizer particles as cores and is coated with a layer of insoluble inorganic or organic film on the surface so as to prolong or control the release of fertilizer nutrients and ensure that the fertilizer nutrient supply is coordinated with the fertilizer requirement of crops. The resin has the advantages of convenient curing, strong adhesion, stable chemical property and the like, and can form a smooth and compact film on the surface of fertilizer particles to ensure that the fertilizer has good controlled release performance, thereby being widely used as a coating material. The resin coated fertilizer has good controlled release performance, can meet the requirement of crops on nutrients in the whole growth period, and is a controlled release fertilizer which is widely popularized and used in the current fertilizer market.
The pesticide slow release agent can control the pesticide to be slowly released in a proper time and environment, can improve the bioavailability of the pesticide, and avoids resource waste and environmental pollution. Because of the difference of the preparation method and the release mechanism, the pesticide is generally divided into two types of physical slow-release pesticide and chemical slow-release pesticide. The physical slow-release pesticide is mainly combined by physical action between the pesticide and the carrier, and does not generate chemical reaction; the chemical slow-release pesticide is combined with a carrier by utilizing chemical reaction between the pesticide and the carrier to form a new chemical bond. At present, the physical slow-release pesticide has a higher development speed than the chemical slow-release pesticide, and other new methods for realizing the slow and controlled release of the pesticide are researched.
The application number is 201611234851.8, the patent name is a multifunctional sustained and controlled release fertilizer and a preparation method and application thereof, and discloses a multifunctional sustained and controlled release fertilizer which takes chemical fertilizer particles as cores, wherein the cores are coated with a first controlled release film, the controlled release film is coated with an agricultural chemical layer, and the agricultural chemical layer is coated with a second controlled release film. On one hand, the slow-release pesticide fertilizer has various pesticide fertilizers and low specificity, and on the other hand, the slow-release pesticide fertilizer has a first controlled-release film between a pesticide layer and fertilizer particles, so that synchronous release of pesticide and fertilizer cannot be realized, and the preparation process is complex.
