Referring to fig. 6 and 7, the adjusting mechanism 4 includes a first sliding block 41 slidably connected in the first sliding groove, a first connecting rod 42 is fixedly connected to the first sliding block 41, a first connecting plate 43 is fixedly connected to one end of the first connecting rod 42 away from the first sliding block 41, and both one end of the first short plate 12 away from the bottom plate 11 and one end of the second short plate 13 away from the bottom plate 11 are fixedly connected to the first connecting plate 43.
A first adjusting component 44 is arranged on the bottom plate 11, and the first adjusting component 44 comprises a gear strip 441 fixedly connected to the side wall of the first sliding chute; a support plate is fixedly connected to the first slider 41, a first motor 443 is fixedly connected to the support plate, and a first gear 442 engaged with the gear strip 441 is keyed on an output shaft of the first motor 443.
Referring to fig. 3 and 6, a positioning hole is formed in the first slider 41, a positioning mechanism 6 is disposed on the bottom plate 11, and the positioning mechanism 6 includes a second connecting rod 61; a second adjusting assembly 64 is arranged on the bottom plate 11, the second adjusting assembly 64 includes a fixed block 643 fixedly connected to an end of the bottom plate 11, the fixed block 643 is provided with a second sliding slot 6431 along a length direction thereof, the second connecting rod 61 is connected in the second sliding slot 6431 in a sliding manner, a first screw 641 is rotatably connected in the second sliding slot 6431, and the first screw 641 passes through the second connecting rod 61 and is in threaded connection with the second connecting rod 61; a second motor 642 connected to the first screw 641 is fixedly connected to the fixing block 643. One end of the second connecting rod 61, which is far away from the second chute 6431, is fixedly connected with a second connecting plate 62, and the second connecting plate 62 is fixedly connected with a positioning rod 63 clamped with the positioning hole.
Referring to fig. 3, the first short plate 12 and the second short plate 13 are both provided with a connecting mechanism 5 connected with the two long plates 14, the connecting mechanism 5 includes a connecting block 51 fixedly connected to the bottom plate 11, the connecting block 51 is provided with a third sliding slot 511 along the length direction thereof, the third sliding slot 511 is connected with a connecting plate 54 in a sliding manner, one end of the connecting plate 54 abuts against the long plate 14, and the other end abuts against the first short plate 12 or the second short plate 13; a second screw 52 is rotatably connected in the third sliding groove 511, and the second screw 52 passes through the connecting plate 54 and is in threaded connection with the connecting plate 54; a third motor 53 connected with the second screw 52 is fixedly connected to the connecting block 51.
Referring to fig. 3 and 8, a supporting block 91 for supporting the reinforcing steel bars is arranged on the bottom plate 11, a fixture block 92 is fixedly connected to the supporting block 91, and a slot is formed in the fixture block 92; the supporting block 91 and the latch block 92 are both supported by concrete. The motors in this embodiment are all three-phase asynchronous motors.
The implementation principle of the embodiment is as follows: when the column beam needs to be poured, the first motor 443 is started, the output shaft of the first motor 443 drives the first gear 442 to rotate, because the first gear 442 is meshed with the gear strip 441, when the first gear 442 rotates, the first gear 442 moves relative to the gear strip 441, so that the first sliding block 41 can move in the first sliding groove, the first sliding block 41 drives the first connecting rod 42 to move, and the first connecting plate 43 on the first connecting rod 42 drives the first short plate 12 and the second short plate 13 to move on the bottom plate 11.
When the positions of the first short plate 12 and the second short plate 13 are determined, the first motor 443 is turned off, the second motor 642 is started, the output shaft of the second motor 642 drives the first screw 641 to rotate, the first screw 641 drives the second connecting rod 61 to move in the second sliding slot 6431, the second connecting rod 61 drives the second connecting plate 62 to move in a direction close to the first sliding block 41, so that the positioning rod 63 on the second connecting plate 62 is clamped with the positioning hole on the first sliding block 41, and then the second motor 642 is turned off.
The two long plates 14 are abutted against two sides of the first short plate 12 and the second short plate 13 respectively, so that the first short plate 12, the second short plate 13, the two long plates 14 and the bottom plate 11 form a pouring cavity, then the third motor 53 is started, the third motor 53 drives the second screw 52 to rotate, the second screw 52 drives the connecting plate 54 to move, two ends of the connecting plate 54 are abutted against the first short plate 12 and the long plate 14 or the second short plate 13 and the long plate 14 respectively, and then the third motor 53 is turned off.
In the draw-in groove of fixture block 92 joint on the bottom plate 11 with supporting shoe 91, then rotate adjusting disk 931, adjusting disk 931 drives third screw 932 and rotates, because third screw 932 and fourth screw hole threaded connection, so when third screw 932 rotated, third screw 932 will shift relatively the fourth screw hole, and third screw 932 will drive regulating block 933 and remove in the second recess, makes the slot joint on inserted bar 934 and the fixture block 92.
The sleeve 15 is abutted against one side of the first short plate 12 facing the second short plate 13 and is placed on the supporting block 91, then the fixing rod 71 is inserted into the sleeve 15 through the seventh through hole, then the adjusting rod 733 is inserted into the sliding hole 711, the second sliding block 721 is connected with the fourth sliding groove 712 in a sliding manner, the adjusting rod 733 is inserted between the first block 731 and the second block 732, the limiting rod 72 on the second block 732 is inserted into the injection pipe 16 through the communicating hole, and at this time, the spring is in a compressed state. The fixing plate 82 is then slid into the slide rail 81, so that the sixth bolt 83 is threaded into the third threaded hole through the eighth through hole.
One end of the reinforcing bar is placed in the sleeve 15 and the reinforcing bar is placed in the placing grooves of the supporting block 91 and the second short plate 13, and then concrete is poured toward the casting cavity.

the bottom plate (11) is provided with an adjusting mechanism (4), and the first short plate (12) and the second short plate (13) are both provided with a connecting mechanism (5) connected with the two long plates (14);
a first sliding groove is formed in the side wall of the bottom plate (11) along the length direction of the bottom plate, and the adjusting mechanism (4) comprises a first sliding block (41), a first connecting rod (42), a first connecting plate (43) and a first adjusting component (44); the first sliding block (41) is connected in the first sliding groove in a sliding manner, the first connecting rod (42) is arranged on the first sliding block (41), the first connecting plate (43) is arranged at one end, away from the first sliding block (41), of the first connecting rod (42), and the first connecting plate (43) is connected with the first short plate (12) or the second short plate (13);
the first adjusting assembly (44) includes a gear bar (441), a first gear (442), and a first motor (443), the gear bar (441) being disposed on a side wall of the first sliding slot; the first motor (443) is arranged on the first slider (41), the first gear (442) is keyed on the output shaft of the first motor (443) and meshes with the rack (441);
the connecting mechanism (5) comprises a connecting block (51), a second screw rod (52), a third motor (53) and a connecting plate (54), the connecting block (51) is arranged on the bottom plate (11), a third sliding groove (511) is formed in the connecting block (51), the connecting plate (54) is connected in the third sliding groove (511) in a sliding mode, one end of the connecting plate (54) abuts against the long plate (14), and the other end of the connecting plate abuts against the first short plate (12) or the second short plate (13); the second screw rod (52) is rotatably connected in the third sliding chute (511), and the second screw rod (52) penetrates through the connecting plate (54) and is in threaded connection with the connecting plate (54); the third motor (53) is arranged on the connecting block (51) and is connected with the second screw rod (52).

the two long plates (14) are provided with reinforcing mechanisms (3), each reinforcing mechanism (3) comprises a third bolt (31), a second nut (32), a reinforcing block (33), a fourth bolt (34) and a third nut (35), fourth through holes are formed in the two long plates (14), the third bolts (31) penetrate through the fourth through holes in the two long plates (14), and the second nuts (32) are in threaded connection with the third bolts (31); two long plate (14) are kept away from all be provided with boss (33) on one side of bottom plate (11), the fifth through-hole has been seted up on boss (33), fourth bolt (34) pass two the fifth through-hole, third nut (35) threaded connection be in on fourth bolt (34).

the second adjusting assembly (64) comprises a first screw rod (641), a second motor (642) and a fixed block (643), the fixed block (643) is arranged on the bottom plate (11), a second sliding groove (6431) is formed in the fixed block (643), and the second connecting rod (61) is connected in the second sliding groove (6431) in a sliding manner; the first screw rod (641) is rotatably connected in the second sliding groove (6431) and is in threaded connection with the second connecting rod (61); the second motor (642) is disposed on the fixed block (643) and connected to the first screw (641).
