The flexible scraper is a right-handed spiral alloy spring extending along the axis direction of the cutter holder, and the chip removal gap is an interval between two adjacent circles of springs.

One end of the flexible scraper 2, which is far away from the cleaning cutting edge 21, is provided with a tightening end 23 connected with the cutter holder 1 for fixing the flexible scraper 2.
The tool apron 1 is provided with a thread 11 matched with the tightening end 23; the thread 11 is matched with the tightening end 23 to fix the flexible scraper 2 and the cutter holder 1, so that the flexible scraper 2 is prevented from falling off when the cutter holder 1 is connected with a motor to rotate; the tightening end 23 is provided with at least four turns cooperating with the thread 11 to improve the stability between the holder 1 and the flexible doctor blade 2.
The tool apron 1 is provided with a screw hole 12 for connecting the tool apron 1 and the motor shaft; the tool apron 1 is fixed with the motor by arranging a locking screw in the screw hole 12, so that the flexible scraper 2 is driven to rotate to scrape off welding slag in a welding gun cavity.
