动物的生长往往离不开饲料的使用,如此一种高效率的饲料生产装置便尤为重要,现有的生产装置中,仅仅一个机器只能够对一个步骤进行工作,性能过于低下,生产的饲料很多体积过大,并不适用使用。

本发明提供如下技术方案:一种饲料生产加工装置,包括加料箱、输料管和粉碎箱,所述粉碎箱一侧的地面上固定连接有输料管,所述输料管的另一端固定连接有加料箱,所述加料箱的顶部设有进料口,所述加料箱顶端的一侧固定连接有电机一,所述电机一的输出轴末端贯穿加料箱的侧壁并延伸至加料箱的内腔,所述电机一的输出轴末端与加料箱的侧壁活动连接,所述电机一的输出轴末端固定连接有转动杆,所述加料箱的底部固定连接有排料管,且排料管的另一端延伸至输料管的内腔,所述输料管的内腔活动连接有螺旋轴,所述螺旋轴的底端贯穿输料管的侧壁并延伸至输料管的外侧,且所述螺旋轴的底端与输料管的侧壁活动连接,所述输料管的底部固定连接有电机二,所述电机二的输出轴末端与螺旋轴的底部固定连接,所述输料管顶部的一侧设有出料管,所述出料管的另一端位于粉碎箱内腔顶端的中部,所述粉碎箱的内腔从上到下依次固定连接有过滤网一、过滤网二和过滤网三,所述粉碎箱的内腔从上到下依次活动连接有粉碎杆一、粉碎杆二和粉碎杆三,三个过滤网与粉碎杆交替设置,且所述粉碎杆一位于过滤网一的上方,所述出料管位于粉碎杆一的上方。

2、该饲料生产加工装置,通过三个粉碎杆和三个过滤网交替设置,该粉碎箱把原料颗粒经过三次粉碎,原料颗粒被粉碎的更彻底,易于动物的吸收,通过电机三,电机三的转动带动与之相固定连接的粉碎杆二转动,粉碎杆二通过两个皮带分别带动粉碎杆一和粉碎杆三转动,三个粉碎杆的转动粉碎原料颗粒,粉碎后的颗粒直径小于过滤网网孔直径,粉碎后的颗粒在重力的作用下穿过过滤网,向下掉落,不符合要求的颗粒被过滤网拦截,继续被粉碎。

请参阅图1-5,一种饲料生产加工装置,包括加料箱1、输料管2和粉碎箱10,粉碎箱10一侧的地面上固定连接有输料管2,输料管2的另一端固定连接有加料箱1,通过加料箱1和输料管2的设置,使用者可以把饲料生产原料颗粒输送至粉碎箱10内进行粉碎,节约使用者搬运原料颗粒的时间,提高了饲料生产加工的效率,加料箱1的顶部设有进料口,加料箱1顶端的一侧固定连接有电机一4,通过电机一4,电机一4的转动带动与之相固定连接的转动杆22转动,转动杆22的转动带动其外圈卡接的磁铁板23转动,磁铁板23在原料颗粒中穿梭,可以把原料颗粒中的铁磁性金属筛选出来,铁磁性金属杂质吸附在磁铁板23的表面,防止原料颗粒中夹杂的金属对粉碎杆上的粉碎刀造成损坏,电机一4的输出轴末端贯穿加料箱1的侧壁并延伸至加料箱1的内腔,电机一4的输出轴末端与加料箱1的侧壁活动连接,电机一4的输出轴末端固定连接有转动杆22,加料箱1的底部固定连接有排料管,且排料管的另一端延伸至输料管2的内腔,输料管2的内腔活动连接有螺旋轴6,螺旋轴6的底端贯穿输料管2的侧壁并延伸至输料管2的外侧,且螺旋轴6的底端与输料管2的侧壁活动连接,输料管2的底部固定连接有电机二3,通过电机二3,电机二3的转动带动与之相固定连接的螺旋轴6转动,螺旋轴6的转动可以把进入去内腔底部的原料颗粒输送至输料管2内腔的顶端,并通过输料管2顶端固定连接的出料管8落到过滤网一12的顶部,电机二3的输出轴末端与螺旋轴6的底部固定连接,输料管2顶部的一侧设有出料管8,出料管8的另一端位于粉碎箱10内腔顶端的中部,粉碎箱10的内腔从上到下依次固定连接有过滤网一12、过滤网二13和过滤网三18,粉碎箱10的内腔从上到下依次活动连接有粉碎杆一11、粉碎杆二14和粉碎杆三17,三个过滤网与粉碎杆交替设置,且粉碎杆一11位于过滤网一12的上方,出料管8位于粉碎杆一11的上方。
其中,转动杆22的外圈均匀卡接有磁铁板23,加料箱1内腔的底端活动连接有电磁门24,电磁门24位于磁铁板23的下方,通过电磁门24的设置,电磁门24可以拦截原料颗粒,使原料颗粒可以在加料箱1内停留,便于磁铁板23把原料颗粒中的铁磁性杂质筛选出来,电磁门24打开时,原料颗粒在重力的作用下沿着排料管进入到输料管2的内腔,磁铁板23与转动杆22卡接的设置,便于使用者清理粘附在磁铁板23上的金属。
其中,输料管2两侧和底部的侧壁均是双层的,输料管2由外层侧壁和内层筛网5组成,内层筛网5和外层侧壁之间留有间隙,输料管2外层侧壁底部的一侧固定连接有排渣管7,排渣管7的另一端延伸至输料管2的外侧,输料管2中部的一侧固定连接有电机四25,电机四25的输出轴末端固定连接有转动轮26,转动轮26的外圈缠绕有传动带28,转动轮26与内层筛网5之间通过传动带28传动连接,且传动带28与输料管2的外层侧壁活动连接,通过输料管2侧壁的设置,原料颗粒在输料管2内移动的过程中,原料颗粒中直径小于筛孔的颗粒被筛选出来,杂质进入到双层侧壁之间,且杂质在重力的作用下落到输料管2的底端并通过排渣管7排出,该装置把原料颗粒中的杂质筛选出来,提高了饲料的生产效率,通过电机四25的设置,电机四25的转动带动与之相固定连接的转动轮26转动,转动轮26的转动带动其外圈缠绕的传动带28转动,传动带28带动内层筛网5转动,内层筛网5的转动使动筛网29与定筛网31产生相对位移,动筛网29与定筛网31上的筛孔30不再完全重合,筛孔30的尺寸发生改变,该输料管2可以去除不同尺寸原料颗粒中的小颗粒杂质。
其中,粉碎杆一11的一端、粉碎杆二14的两端和粉碎杆三17的一端均贯穿粉碎箱10的侧壁并延伸至粉碎箱10的外侧,粉碎杆一11、粉碎杆二14和粉碎杆三17的一端均固定连接有圆盘15,圆盘15的外圈缠绕有皮带16,粉碎杆一11和粉碎杆二14通过皮带16传动连接,粉碎杆二14和粉碎杆三17通过另一皮带16传动连接,粉碎箱10的一侧固定连接有电机三9,电机三9的输出轴末端与粉碎杆二14的另一端固定连接,通过三个粉碎杆和三个过滤网交替设置,该粉碎箱10把原料颗粒经过三次粉碎,原料颗粒被粉碎的更彻底,易于动物的吸收,通过电机三9,电机三9的转动带动与之相固定连接的粉碎杆二14转动,粉碎杆二14通过两个皮带16分别带动粉碎杆一11和粉碎杆三17转动,三个粉碎杆的转动粉碎原料颗粒,粉碎后的颗粒直径小于过滤网网孔直径,粉碎后的颗粒在重力的作用下穿过过滤网,向下掉落,不符合要求的颗粒被过滤网拦截,继续被粉碎。
其中,粉碎箱10底端的右侧设有出料口且出料口的外侧固定连接有粉末排出管19,粉碎箱10内腔的底部设置成向右下倾斜的,粉碎箱10底端的左侧固定连接有引风机20,引风机20的出风口固定连接有出风管21,出风管21的另一端贯穿粉碎箱10的侧壁并延伸至粉碎箱10的内腔,出风管21的另一端与粉碎箱10内腔的底部固定连接,通过粉末排出管19,可以把生产的产品排出,粉碎箱10内腔的底部设置成倾斜的,便于产品的排出,引风机20的设置,可以把残留在粉碎箱10内腔底部的产品吹出,减少原料的浪费和防止粉末残留在粉碎箱10的内腔发生变质,对接下来的生产造成污染。
其中,过滤网一12的网孔直径大于过滤网二13的网孔直径,过滤网二13的网孔直径大于过滤网三18的网孔直径。
其中,转动轮26和内层筛网5的表面均均匀设有卡槽27,传动带28的内表面均匀固定连接有卡齿,且卡槽27与卡齿相啮合,内层筛网5包括动筛网29和定筛网31,动筛网29活动套接在定筛网31的表面,且动筛网29与输料管2的外层侧壁活动连接,定筛网31与输料管2的外层侧壁固定连接,动筛网29和定筛网31上均匀设有可以重叠的筛孔30,通过卡槽27与卡齿相啮合的设置,传动带28的转动可以带动动筛网29转动,定筛网31和动筛网29的设置,便于使用者根据原料颗粒的直径调节筛孔30的直径,便于输料管2筛掉不同直径的原料颗粒内的小颗粒杂质。
工作原理:使用时,使用者根据需求调节筛孔30的直径,关闭电磁门24,把需要粉碎的原料颗粒放入加料箱1内,启动电机一4、电机二3和电机三9,电机一4的转动带动与之相固定连接的转动杆22转动,转动杆22的转动带动其外圈卡接的磁铁板23转动,磁铁板23在原料颗粒中穿梭,可以把原料颗粒中的铁磁性金属筛选出来,铁磁性金属杂质吸附在磁铁板23的表面,转动杆22转动一段时间后,打开电磁门24,原料颗粒在重力的作用下沿着排料管进入到输料管2的内腔,电磁门24闭合,使用者可以继续吧原料颗粒放入加料箱1内筛选原料颗粒中的金属杂质,电机二3的转动带动与之相固定连接的螺旋轴6转动,螺旋轴6的转动可以把进入去内腔底部的原料颗粒输送至输料管2内腔的顶端,并通过输料管2顶端固定连接的出料管8落到过滤网一12的顶部,原料颗粒在输料管2内移动的过程中,原料颗粒中直径小于筛孔30的颗粒被筛选出来,杂质进入到双层侧壁之间,且杂质在重力的作用下落到输料管2的底端并通过排渣管7排出,该装置把原料颗粒中的杂质筛选出来,提高了饲料的生产效率,电机三9的转动带动与之相固定连接的粉碎杆二14转动,粉碎杆二14通过两个皮带16分别带动粉碎杆一11和粉碎杆三17转动,粉碎杆一11粉碎被过滤网一12拦截的原料颗粒,粉碎后的原料颗粒的直径小于过滤网一12的网孔直径时,粉碎后的颗粒穿过过滤网一12掉落在过滤网二13上被粉碎杆二14粉碎,粉碎杆二14把颗粒直径粉碎的更小,符合要求的颗粒穿过过滤网二13掉落在过滤网三18上被粉碎杆三17粉碎,符合要求的颗粒穿过过滤网三18掉落在粉碎箱10内腔的底部并在重力的作用下移动至粉末排出管19内,从粉末排出管19内排出该装置外,不符合要求的颗粒被过滤网拦截,继续被粉碎杆粉碎,该装置经过三道粉碎工序,原料颗粒被粉碎的更彻底,更易于动物的吸收,输料管在输送原料的过程中可以减少原料中含有的杂质,提高了饲料的品质。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。
Claims (7)
1.一种饲料生产加工装置,包括加料箱(1)、输料管(2)和粉碎箱(10),其特征在于:所述粉碎箱(10)一侧的地面上固定连接有输料管(2),所述输料管(2)的另一端固定连接有加料箱(1),所述加料箱(1)的顶部设有进料口,所述加料箱(1)顶端的一侧固定连接有电机一(4),所述电机一(4)的输出轴末端贯穿加料箱(1)的侧壁并延伸至加料箱(1)的内腔,所述电机一(4)的输出轴末端与加料箱(1)的侧壁活动连接,所述电机一(4)的输出轴末端固定连接有转动杆(22),所述加料箱(1)的底部固定连接有排料管,且排料管的另一端延伸至输料管(2)的内腔,所述输料管(2)的内腔活动连接有螺旋轴(6),所述螺旋轴(6)的底端贯穿输料管(2)的侧壁并延伸至输料管(2)的外侧,且所述螺旋轴(6)的底端与输料管(2)的侧壁活动连接,所述输料管(2)的底部固定连接有电机二(3),所述电机二(3)的输出轴末端与螺旋轴(6)的底部固定连接,所述输料管(2)顶部的一侧设有出料管(8),所述出料管(8)的另一端位于粉碎箱(10)内腔顶端的中部,所述粉碎箱(10)的内腔从上到下依次固定连接有过滤网一(12)、过滤网二(13)和过滤网三(18),所述粉碎箱(10)的内腔从上到下依次活动连接有粉碎杆一(11)、粉碎杆二(14)和粉碎杆三(17),三个过滤网与粉碎杆交替设置,且所述粉碎杆一(11)位于过滤网一(12)的上方,所述出料管(8)位于粉碎杆一(11)的上方。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种饲料生产加工装置,其特征在于:所述转动杆(22)的外圈均匀卡接有磁铁板(23),所述加料箱(1)内腔的底端活动连接有电磁门(24),所述电磁门(24)位于磁铁板(23)的下方。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种饲料生产加工装置,其特征在于:所述输料管(2)两侧和底部的侧壁均是双层的,所述输料管(2)由外层侧壁和内层筛网(5)组成,所述内层筛网(5)和外层侧壁之间留有间隙,所述输料管(2)外层侧壁底部的一侧固定连接有排渣管(7),所述排渣管(7)的另一端延伸至输料管(2)的外侧,所述输料管(2)中部的一侧固定连接有电机四(25),所述电机四(25)的输出轴末端固定连接有转动轮(26),所述转动轮(26)的外圈缠绕有传动带(28),所述转动轮(26)与内层筛网(5)之间通过传动带(28)传动连接,且所述传动带(28)与输料管(2)的外层侧壁活动连接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种饲料生产加工装置,其特征在于:所述粉碎杆一(11)的一端、粉碎杆二(14)的两端和粉碎杆三(17)的一端均贯穿粉碎箱(10)的侧壁并延伸至粉碎箱(10)的外侧,所述粉碎杆一(11)、粉碎杆二(14)和粉碎杆三(17)的一端均固定连接有圆盘(15),所述圆盘(15)的外圈缠绕有皮带(16),所述粉碎杆一(11)和粉碎杆二(14)通过皮带(16)传动连接,所述粉碎杆二(14)和粉碎杆三(17)通过另一皮带(16)传动连接,所述粉碎箱(10)的一侧固定连接有电机三(9),所述电机三(9)的输出轴末端与粉碎杆二(14)的另一端固定连接。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种饲料生产加工装置,其特征在于:所述粉碎箱(10)底端的右侧设有出料口且出料口的外侧固定连接有粉末排出管(19),所述粉碎箱(10)内腔的底部设置成向右下倾斜的,所述粉碎箱(10)底端的左侧固定连接有引风机(20),所述引风机(20)的出风口固定连接有出风管(21),所述出风管(21)的另一端贯穿粉碎箱(10)的侧壁并延伸至粉碎箱(10)的内腔,所述出风管(21)的另一端与粉碎箱(10)内腔的底部固定连接。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种饲料生产加工装置,其特征在于:所述过滤网一(12)的网孔直径大于过滤网二(13)的网孔直径,所述过滤网二(13)的网孔直径大于过滤网三(18)的网孔直径。
7.根据权利要求3所述的一种饲料生产加工装置,其特征在于:所述转动轮(26)和内层筛网(5)的表面均均匀设有卡槽(27),所述传动带(28)的内表面均匀固定连接有卡齿,且所述卡槽(27)与卡齿相啮合,所述内层筛网(5)包括动筛网(29)和定筛网(31),所述动筛网(29)活动套接在定筛网(31)的表面,且所述动筛网(29)与输料管(2)的外层侧壁活动连接,所述定筛网(31)与输料管(2)的外层侧壁固定连接,所述动筛网(29)和定筛网(31)上均匀设有可以重叠的筛孔(30)。
