Experiment one: determination of rinsing Properties
Selecting 7 bundles of hairs with the length of 10cm and the width of 1cm, wherein each bundle of hairs is divided into a group of example 1, example 2, example 3, comparative example 1, comparative example 2, comparative example 3 and comparative example 4, each group corresponds to the nursing hair mask using the examples and the comparative examples, and each experiment is carried out simultaneously;
after using the hair care films of examples 1 to 3 and comparative examples 1 to 4, each group of experimenters washed the hair under the same conditions (wherein the same conditions include the same conditions of water temperature, volume of water discharged per unit time, and time to start rinsing), and evaluated the rinsing performance of the hair care film used. Specifically, 5 times of washing is carried out under the same condition, and the 1 st to 5 th washed care hair mask solutions are respectively collected.
The viscosity of the care hair mask solution washed out by 1-5 times and the viscosity of the pure care hair mask are measured, the percentage of the viscosity reduction after each washing compared with the viscosity reduction after the last washing is calculated, and the statistical result is shown in table 1.

According to the experiments, the acrylic polymer with the proportion of the invention is used as the thickening agent to be compounded with the cationic compound, so that the viscosity of the hair care film can be reduced rapidly after each washing. Specifically, the hair care films of examples 1 to 3, which contain both a polymethacrylate polymer and a cationic surfactant, have the ability to lower the viscosity of the hair care film under each washing under the same condition, compared to the hair care film of comparative example 1, which contains only a cationic surfactant, the hair care film of comparative example 2, which contains only a polymethacrylate polymer, and the hair care film of comparative example 3, which does not contain a polymethacrylate polymer and does not contain a cationic surfactant, and thus, the hair care films can be washed efficiently, the residue of the hair care films can be reduced, and the scalp health can be protected effectively.
Meanwhile, the experiments show that the viscosity of the hair care film can be reduced rapidly after each washing by using the polyglycerol fatty acid ester with the proportion of the invention as the nonionic surfactant and the cationic surfactant together. Specifically, the care hair dressings of examples 1 to 3 containing a polyglycerin fatty acid ester were able to lower the viscosity of the care hair dressings under the same washing conditions each time, and thus, the hair was efficiently washed, as compared with the care hair dressings of comparative example 4 containing no polyglycerin fatty acid ester.
Experiment two: sensory evaluation experiment for hair softness
The oily hair quality groups were used as experimental subjects, 500 persons were used for each group, and the hair care films of examples 1 to 3 and comparative examples 5 to 7 were used for each group. After the hair care films of the examples 1-3 and the comparative examples 5-7 are used, the softness of wet-wash hair and the softness of dry-wash hair are evaluated in a sensory mode by each group of oily hair quality workers, wherein the value of each person is 1-5 points, 1 point represents very coarse, 5 points represents very smooth, and the larger the value, the more satisfied the experience of the experiencers is. The scores of each group of experimental subjects were counted to obtain the sensory evaluation of softness experience, which is shown in table 2.
TABLE 2 Hair softness sensory evaluation results statistics Table
Group of | Mean hair smoothness score |
EXAMPLE 1 group | 4.7 |
EXAMPLE 2 group | 4.8 |
EXAMPLE 3 group | 4.7 |
Comparative example 5 group | 2.4 |
Comparative example 6 group | 3.2 |
Comparative example 7 group | 3.4 |
As can be seen from the above experiments, after the hair care films of examples 1, 2 and 3 were used, the hair of the experimenters was almost smooth as a whole, that is, the repaired hair had high softness. After the hair care film containing only partial ester oil is used by using the silicone-oil-free and silicone-free emulsion of the comparative example 5, the hair of the experimenter is generally favored to be frizzy; after using the hair care films of comparative example 6 above, which contained silicone oil and ester oil, but no silicone emulsion, the hair softness of the experimenters was only moderate; after the hair care film containing the silicone oil and the silicone emulsion in the comparative example 7 but not containing the ester oil is used, the softness of the hair of an experimenter is only on the middle and on the upper side, but has a large difference from the data of the groups of examples 1-3, and the fact that the hair care film adopting the embodiment of the invention can effectively help the oily hair users to maintain the softness of the hair by compounding the silicone emulsion, the silicone oil and the ester oil is shown.
Experiment three: the combing performance of the hair before and after using different hair care films was evaluated using a texture analyzer.
The instrument was used as a texture instrument SMS TA. XT PlusC. The specific experimental steps are as follows:
selecting 120 hair bundles with the length of 10cm and the width of 1cm, dividing the hair bundles into a group of 20 hair bundles, namely an example 1 group, an example 2 group, an example 3 group, a comparative example 5 group, a comparative example 6 group and a comparative example 7 group, wherein each group corresponds to the hair care film of the above example and comparative example, and each experiment is carried out simultaneously;
the hair of each of the groups of example 1, example 2, example 3, comparative example 5, comparative example 6 and comparative example 7 was wetted with clear water and tested by holding the hair with a hair combing device (A/HCR) to obtain combing strength and smoothness after rinsing with clear water;
2g of the hair care films of the corresponding example 1 group, example 2 group, example 3 group, comparative example 5 group, comparative example 6 group and comparative example 7 group were uniformly applied to the hair of each test hair bundle, and after gently rubbing the hair with both hands for 1 minute, the hair was rinsed with clean water and dried, and then the hair was held by a hair comb device (A/HCR) to test the combing strength and smoothness after using the hair care films of the corresponding example group or comparative example group.
The statistical data below in Table 3 indicate that the lower the smoothness value, the lower the combing strength, the more smooth and compliant.
TABLE 3 statistical Table of the results of combing Strength and smoothness of the hair
As can be seen from the experimental data, the hair after washing with the hair care films of the examples was significantly lower in combing strength, the average combing strength was reduced from 56.84g to 13.16g after using the hair care film of example 1 of the present invention, from 55.10g to 12.08g after using the hair care film of example 2 of the present invention, and from 54.74g to 12.10g after using the hair care film of example 3 of the present invention. After the hair care films of comparative examples 1-4 are used, the average combing strength is still over 35g, even close to 40g, and is greatly higher than that of hair after the hair care films of the embodiments of the invention are used. Similarly, the average smoothness of the hair care films of the examples of the invention is generally reduced from 233 g.soc to about 101-104 g.soc, while the average smoothness of the hair care films of the comparative examples is still about 140-150 g.soc.
Therefore, it can be seen that the hair care film using the embodiment of the invention can significantly enhance the toughness and the softness of the hair, the dry and wet combing performance of the hair is good, and the dryness and the frizz can be effectively improved.
In conclusion, the hair care composition and the hair care film can keep hair moist and smooth, are easy to wash, and can effectively protect the hair and scalp health.
The foregoing is only a partial embodiment of the present invention, and it should be noted that, for those skilled in the art, various modifications and decorations can be made without departing from the principle of the present invention, and these modifications and decorations should also be regarded as the protection scope of the present invention.
