During the harvesting and driving process of the harvester body, sunflower stems are guided into a conveying channel formed by rear round steel 103 by a near guiding row of a dividing tip 102 of a divider 1, sunflower heads are removed from the conveying channel through the pulling force of a reciprocating cutter and a cutting knife, the sunflower heads are conveyed backwards and guided to a feeding screw feeder 3 by a grain-pulling wheel 2, the feeding screw feeder 3 pushes the cut sunflower heads to a feeding inlet in the middle of the feeding screw feeder 3 under the action of a helical blade 301, under the flexible contact of a first damage-preventing strip 302 on the helical blade 301, telescopic teeth 303 of the feeding screw feeder 3, which do not damage sunflower heads and grains, are conveyed to an inclined chain rake conveyor 4 by the telescopic teeth 303 of the feeding screw feeder 3, and are conveyed into a plate tooth roller 5 of a plate tooth mechanism for pre-threshing by a rake rod 401 of the inclined conveyor, which is provided with a second damage-preventing strip 402, and then are thrown into an axial flow roller 6 tangentially, the sunflower heads are in a left spiral motion under the action of the axial flow roller 6 and an upper cover, meanwhile, threshing and separation are completed under the action of a spiral pipe, the sunflower heads with peeled seeds are sent to a sunflower head throwing and conveying device 21 by a sunflower head recycling elevator 19, the sunflower heads falling on an inclined slide carriage 211 at the bottom of a receiving hopper 210 are smoothly scratched into a sunflower head recycling box 20, the sunflower heads falling on a leaf throwing and conveying impeller 212 are thrown to a far position in the sunflower head recycling box 20 under the rotation action of the throwing and conveying impeller 212, and therefore the sunflower heads are uniformly filled in the sunflower head recycling box 20.
The threshed materials such as seeds, trash and the like separated from the axial flow roller 6 are respectively pushed and collected to a shaking plate 7 of the cleaning mechanism by a first distribution screw conveyer 8 and a second distribution screw conveyer 10; the material is vibrated by the shaking plate 7, and jumps from front to back to layer the material, namely, the grains sink, the impurities float upwards, and then are shaken into the sieve box 17, the material is blown out of the machine body by the fan 11 and the sieve plate in the sieve box 17, the light impurities are blown out of the machine body, the large impurities are screened out of the machine body, the grains and the fine impurities enter a grain sliding plate along the sieve holes, the fine impurities enter a impurity auger 14 through the sieve holes on the grain sliding plate, then are discharged out of the machine body by the impeller 15, the grains enter a grain auger 13 along the grain sliding plate, and then are conveyed into a grain box 16 through a grain elevator 12 and a grain box top auger; after the grain tank 16 is full, the grain discharging and bagging or loading is realized through the bottom auger of the grain tank and the grain discharging barrel 18.
The present invention is not described in detail in the prior art.
The embodiments selected for the purpose of disclosing the invention, are presently considered to be suitable, it being understood, however, that the invention is intended to cover all variations and modifications of the embodiments which fall within the spirit and scope of the invention.

Claims (8)

1. A sunflower seed harvester is characterized by comprising a vehicle body, a header mechanism, a feeding mechanism, a threshing mechanism, a cleaning mechanism, a sunflower disc collecting mechanism and a storage device;
the vehicle body provides a walking support and a power source for the header mechanism, the feeding mechanism, the threshing mechanism, the cleaning mechanism, the grain lifting mechanism, the grain collecting mechanism, the sunflower disc lifting mechanism, the sunflower disc collecting mechanism and the storage device;
the header mechanism is arranged at the front end of the trolley body and comprises a shell, a divider, a reciprocating cutter and a reel; the shell is arranged at the front end of the vehicle body in a lifting manner, the divider is arranged at the front end of the shell and comprises a plurality of dividing tips arranged at the front end, round steel is arranged on the rear side of each dividing tip, and a corresponding conveying channel is formed among the round steel; two sides of the grain divider are uniformly provided with hairbrushes; the reciprocating cutter is arranged on the shell at the rear end of the grain divider; the reel is arranged on the shell corresponding to the reciprocating cutter, and the reel is provided with bow-shaped reel teeth;
the feeding mechanism is arranged at the rear side of the header mechanism and comprises a feeding auger and an inclined chain harrow conveyor; the feeding auger is arranged at the rear side of the reciprocating cutter, a first damage prevention strip is arranged at the outer edge of a spiral blade of the feeding auger, and a telescopic tooth is arranged in the middle of the feeding auger; the front end of the inclined chain harrow conveyor is arranged corresponding to the feeding port in the middle of the feeding auger; the inclined chain harrow conveyor comprises a conveying chain and a harrow bar; the harrow bars are uniformly arranged on the conveying chain in a staggered mode, the harrow bars are of U-shaped groove structures, and second anti-damage strips are arranged on one side of the working surface of each harrow bar;
the threshing mechanism is arranged in the middle of the vehicle body and is connected with the inclined chain harrow conveyor; the threshing mechanism comprises a threshing chamber and a pushing device; the threshing chamber comprises a threshing chamber body, a roller and a concave plate; the roller comprises a plate tooth roller and an axial flow roller, and the plate tooth roller and the axial flow roller are both arranged on the left side wall and the right side wall of the threshing chamber through bearings and bearing seats; spiral pipes are uniformly arranged at the outer edge of the axial flow roller, and concave plates are arranged in the threshing chamber body below the axial flow roller and the plate tooth roller; the concave plate comprises a movable concave plate, a middle concave plate and a grass discharge port concave plate; the movable concave plate is connected with the middle concave plate, and the grass discharge port concave plate is arranged corresponding to the grass discharge port on the threshing chamber body; a pushing device is arranged below the movable concave plate and comprises a first distribution screw conveyor and a second distribution screw conveyor;
the cleaning mechanism is connected with a pushing device of the threshing mechanism, is arranged at the lower side of the vehicle body and is used for separating the threshing objects of the roller, and comprises a shaking plate, a sieve box driving mechanism and a fan; the shaking plate is arranged corresponding to the pushing device, and the screen box is arranged on the lower side of the shaking plate; the screen box driving mechanism drives the screen box to work; the fan is arranged on the side wall of the screen box; the bottom of the screen box is provided with a cleaning chamber bottom shell, and a seed auger is arranged in the cleaning chamber bottom shell;
the sunflower disc collecting mechanism is arranged on one side of the vehicle body and comprises a sunflower disc elevator, a sunflower disc throwing device and a sunflower disc recovery box; the feed bottom end of the sunflower disc elevator is connected with a straw discharge port of the threshing chamber, and the sunflower disc throwing device is arranged between the discharge lifting end of the sunflower disc elevator and the sunflower disc recovery box; the sunflower plate throwing device comprises a receiving hopper, a throwing impeller, an impeller shell and a hydraulic motor; one side of the receiving disc hopper is communicated with the sunflower disc elevator, one side of the bottom of the receiving disc hopper is provided with an inclined slide carriage, the throwing impeller is arranged on the other side of the bottom of the receiving disc hopper, the impeller shell is arranged on the outer side of the throwing impeller on the lower side of the receiving disc hopper, and the hydraulic motor drives the throwing impeller to rotate; the sunflower plate recovery box is arranged on the rear side of the vehicle body and is positioned on one side of the receiving hopper, which is inclined downwards;
the storage device and the cleaning mechanism are correspondingly arranged on the other side of the vehicle body; the storage device comprises a seed slide plate, a tailing auger, an impeller, a seed elevator and a grain tank; the seed slide plate is arranged corresponding to the seed auger, the seed slide plate is provided with sieve pores, the tailing auger is arranged at the lower side of the seed slide plate, and the impeller is arranged corresponding to the tailing auger; set up the sprocket on the seed grain auger, the seed grain elevator bottom is passed through the sprocket and is connected with the seed grain auger, and seed grain elevator upper end corresponds the setting with the grain bin.
2. The sunflower seed harvester of claim 1, wherein: the dividing tip is arranged in a triangle.
3. The sunflower seed harvester of claim 1, wherein: the outer edge of the end part of the helical blade of the feeding auger is uniformly provided with a fixing hole; first loss prevention strip sets up along helical blade tip outer fringe, and a plurality of bolts and nut pass the fixed orifices on the helical blade, fix first loss prevention strip on the helical blade.

The sunflower seed harvester of claim 1, wherein: the end part of one side of the working face of the rake rod is arranged to be in a sawtooth shape, a connecting hole is formed in one side of the working face of the rake rod, and the second damage prevention strip is arranged on one side of the working face of the rake rod through the connecting hole.
5. The sunflower seed harvester of claim 1, wherein: the first anti-damage strip and the second anti-damage strip are made of nonmetal flexible wear-resistant materials.
6. The sunflower seed harvester of claim 1, wherein: the blades on the throwing impeller are uniformly arranged in a plurality of rows along the axis of the throwing impeller.
7. The sunflower seed harvester of claim 1, wherein: the concave plate is made of concave plate sieve bars and partition plates which are uniformly arranged at intervals.
8. The sunflower seed harvester of claim 1, wherein: the grain tank is internally provided with a grain tank top auger, a grain tank bottom auger, a grain unloading barrel or a grain unloading groove.
