the preheating method comprises the following specific preheating steps:
the method comprises the following steps: the movable trolley is located at a preheating starting position, the first air cylinder is controlled to stretch out to push the induction heater from the preparation position to an interference prevention position, and the induction heater is prevented from interfering with the first positioner or the second positioner;
step two: the driving part drives the moving trolley to move to the end part of the first workpiece, the second cylinder is controlled to extend out to move the induction heater to the position right above the first workpiece, the first cylinder is controlled to retract to enable a contact sliding wheel on the induction heater to be in contact with the surface of the first workpiece, and the proximity switch feeds back a signal of the induction heater in contact with the first workpiece to the control device to prepare for preheating;
step three: the induction heater starts to preheat, the infrared temperature sensor is used for monitoring the temperature of the first workpiece, when the temperature of the first workpiece reaches a set temperature, the infrared temperature sensor feeds back a signal to the control device, and the buzzer makes a sound to prompt an operator to start welding;
step four: the driving piece drives the moving trolley to move to the other end of the first workpiece at a constant speed of 50-60cm/min, so that the position to be welded of the first workpiece is preheated;
step five: the induction heater moves to the other end of the first workpiece to finish the preheating, the first cylinder stretches out to push the induction heater to an interference prevention position, the second cylinder retracts, the driving piece drives the moving trolley to move back to a preheating starting position, the first cylinder retracts to drop the induction heater back to a preparation position, and the buzzer prompts an operator to finish the preheating;
step six: the first positioner drives the first workpiece to rotate, and the first to fifth steps are repeated to preheat the next position to be welded of the first workpiece; in the process of preheating the first workpiece, the second positioner carries out feeding or blanking on the second workpiece;
step seven: the first step, the second step and the third step are repeated, and the second workpiece on the second positioner is preheated until the second workpiece is completely preheated; at the moment, the first workpiece is fed or discharged by the first positioner.
