Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application.
The group chat processing method provided by the embodiment of the application can be applied to the group chat processing of various instant messaging software, such as: and the instant messaging software such as nail, QQ, WeChat and the like. In the case of instant messaging software, it is common to provide an application package, and then a user installs the instant messaging software on an electronic device (such as a computer, a mobile phone, a tablet, etc.) through the application package, so that the group chat processing method can be applied to the electronic device on which the instant messaging software is installed. For group chat, it is understood that, for a multi-user group or discussion group (or other naming methods) created in the instant messaging software by the user, after the group chat is created, information and data of the group chat (including a group chat type, information of group members included in the group chat, a chat record in the group chat, a file uploaded in the group chat, and the like) are stored by default.
Referring to fig. 1, a flowchart of a processing method of group chat provided in the embodiment of the present application is shown, where the processing method includes:
step 101: a group chat archiving request initiated by a first user is received. The group chat filing request comprises identity information of the first user and information of the group chat to be filed.
Step 102: and judging whether the group chat to be archived meets preset archiving conditions or not according to the identity information of the first user and the information of the group chat to be archived.
Step 103: and if the group chat to be archived accords with the preset archiving condition, removing the group chat to be archived from the chat session list of the group member of the group chat to be archived.
Step 104: and changing the group chat identifier of the group chat to be archived from the common group chat to the archived group chat.
In the embodiment of the application, compared with the prior art, the archiving function of the group chat is added, a user can initiate a group chat archiving request to the group chat, when the group chat to be archived is determined to meet the preset archiving condition according to the information in the group chat archiving request, the group chat to be archived can be removed from the chat session list of the group member of the group chat to be archived, and the identification of the group chat to be archived is changed into the archived group chat. By the method, the group chatting which is not frequently used or needs to be hidden can be filed, and the flexibility of group chatting processing is improved; the filed group chat is not displayed in the chat session list of the group members, so that the problems of inaccurate searching or low efficiency caused by excessive group chat can be avoided when the group chat is searched, and the use convenience of the group chat is improved.
A detailed implementation of steps 101-104 is described next.
In step 101, the first user is a user who wants to initiate an archiving operation for the group chat, and when the first user initiates a group chat archiving request, the identity information of the first user and the information of the group chat to be archived are attached to the group chat archiving request. The identity information of the first user may include the authority of the first user in the group chat to be archived. The information of the group chat to be archived comprises the group chat type of the group chat to be archived. The authority of the first user in the group chat to be archived may be determined by the identity of the first user in the group chat, such as: assuming that the first user is the creator of the group chat to be archived (i.e., the group owner), the creator may have all of the processing rights of the group chat, including resolving, archiving, removing group members, adding group members, and the like. Assuming that the first user is an administrator (specified by the creator) to be archived group chat, the administrator's privileges may be specified by the creator, may have part of the processing privileges of the group chat, such as may include: archive, remove group members, add group members, and the like. Assuming that the first user is a common group member to be filed in group chat, the common group member usually does not have the processing authority of group chat, and can only chat in group chat, upload files, download files and the like. For the group chat type of the group chat to be archived, the creator of the group chat to be archived determines at the time of creation, such as: public group chat: group chat anyone can join; private group chat: not all people can join in group chat.
Further, after receiving the group chat filing request in step 101, executing step 102, and determining whether the group chat to be filed meets a preset filing condition according to the identity information of the first user and the information of the group chat to be filed. It is understood that, in step 102, it is determined whether the group chat to be archived meets the preset archiving condition, not only whether the group chat itself meets the archiving condition, but also whether the first user meets the archiving condition, that is, step 102 is essentially to determine whether the archiving operation can be performed on the group chat to be archived. Based on the identity information of the first user and the information of the group chat to be archived, the preset archiving conditions may include: user authority meeting the filing requirement and group chat type meeting the filing requirement. The user right meeting the filing requirement may include: the user must be a group chat creator or a group chat administrator in the group chat to be archived; or only a group chat creator. The group chat type meeting the filing requirements may be: can only be a private group; can only be public groups; either a public group or a private group. In actual application, the preset filing conditions can be specifically set according to application scenes of different instant messaging software.
In the embodiment of the application, whether the group chat meets the filing condition can be judged through the authority of the user in the group chat (for example, the authority of a group owner or common group members is different) and the group chat type of the group chat, so that the flexibility of the group chat processing is improved.
In addition, in the information to be archived for group chat, in addition to the group chat type, other group chat information may be included, which depends on different instant messaging software, and when creating the group chat, the information of the group chat needs to be input, such as: some group chats also need to input the purpose of the group chats when being created, and when the information to be archived includes a plurality of types, the information can be set in the archiving condition, so that the archiving processing of the group chats is more flexible.
Further, after the determination of whether the group chat meets the filing condition in step 102, step 103 is executed, and if the group chat to be filed meets the preset filing condition, the group chat to be filed is removed from the chat session list of the group member of the group chat to be filed. It can be understood that, for the user of the instant messaging software, the group chatting that the user joins is displayed in the chat session list thereof, so that the user can conveniently find the specified group chatting in the chat session list and enter the group chatting for chatting. When the group chat to be archived meets the preset archiving condition, the archiving operation is executed on the group chat, and it is one of the operations to remove the group chat from the chat session list of all group members (of the group chat to be archived). It should be noted that the group chat to be archived, although removed from the chat session list of the group member, does not represent that the group chat to be archived has disappeared, and the group chat to be archived and the related data (such as chat records, files, etc.) of the group chat to be archived still exist, so that archiving the group chat can also be regarded as a privacy protection operation of the group chat, and can also be used as a storage method to ensure that important chat records or files are not lost. It should be noted that the group chat to be archived does not disappear, and then it can still be searched by the user, but the operability of the search is different from that of other group chats (described in the following embodiments).
Further, if the group chat to be archived does not meet the preset archiving condition, the corresponding prompt information can be generated and fed back to the first user. In this embodiment, when generating the corresponding prompt information, the prompt information may be generated according to a specific condition item that is not met, such as: the group chat type of the group chat to be archived does not meet the regulation in the preset archiving condition, and the prompt information generated at the moment can be 'the group chat type does not meet, and the operation fails'; the authority of the first user does not meet the specification of the preset filing condition, and the prompt message generated at this time can be that "you do not have the operation authority, and the operation fails". In practical application, the generated prompt information may be flexibly set according to a specific application scenario, which is only an exemplary example in the embodiment of the present application. When feeding back to the first user, it may be: and displaying the prompt information on the interface where the user is located currently.
Further, after step 103, a further operation of archiving may be performed (step 104), namely changing the group chat identity of the group chat to be archived from normal group chat to archived group chat. For this operation, since the operability of the common group chat is different from that of the filed group chat, the filed group chat can be distinguished from other group chats in time by changing the group chat identifier, thereby ensuring that the filed group chat can realize the corresponding function.
In addition to removing the group chat to be archived from the group member's chat session list and altering its group chat identity, the method may further comprise: and marking a chat input window of the group chat to be archived as a non-information-input state. In such an embodiment, the purpose of the operation of marking the status of non-importable information is to close the chat function of an archived group chat. When the chat input window of the filed group chat is marked as the status of information non-input, even if the user finds the filed group chat by searching the name of the group chat, the chat can not be carried out in the filed group chat.
In the embodiment of the application, the archived group chat is not displayed in the chat session list of the group member, but still exists, that is, the group member can find the archived group chat by searching under the condition that the information (such as the name of the group chat) of the archived group chat is known, so that the chat input window of the group member can be marked to be in an information-non-input state, the group member can not chat in the archived group chat, and the inoperability of the archived group chat is further ensured.
Further, for the archived group chat, it is distinguished from the ordinary group chat, such as: the chat records in the archived group chat cannot be searched, so as an optional implementation, the method further comprises: receiving a chat record searching request initiated by a second user; and searching a corresponding chat record in the group chat marked as the common group chat according to the search request. The second user may or may not be the same user as the first user.
In this embodiment, when the second user searches for a chat record in the group chat, the corresponding chat record is searched only in the normal group chat, and the search is not performed in the archived group chat. That is, the archived group chat is not searched for the chat records, which is equivalent to the chat records in the archived group chat being not searchable. On one hand, the privacy of the filed group chat can be ensured, and then the user can utilize the function to carry out privacy protection on the important group chat; on the other hand, the problem that when the chat records are searched, too many group chats cannot locate the correct chat records quickly and accurately can be solved, and the search efficiency of the chat records is improved.
Further, for the archived group chat, a function of reverse archiving may also be provided, and therefore, the method further includes: receiving a group chat reverse archiving request initiated by a third user; the group chat reverse archiving request comprises identity information of a third user and information of the group chat to be reversely archived; judging whether the group chat to be reversely archived meets a preset reverse archiving condition or not according to the identity information of the third user and the information of the group chat to be reversely archived; if the group chat to be reversely archived accords with the preset reverse archiving condition, adding the group chat to be reversely archived into a chat session list of the group member of the group chat to be reversely archived; and changing the group chat identifier of the group chat to be reversely archived from the archived group chat to the common group chat.
In this embodiment, the third user and the first user may be the same user or different users, and the group chat to be reverse archived may be the group chat to be archived that completes the archiving in the foregoing embodiment, or may be other archived group chats. Correspondingly, the identity information of the third user may also include the authority of the third user; the group chat type of the group chat to be archived and the group chat information of the group chat to be archived may also include: group chat types (including public groups, private groups, etc.), group chat uses, and the like. Further, whether the group chat to be reversely archived meets a preset reverse archiving condition is judged, not only whether the group chat per se meets the reverse archiving condition is judged, but also whether a third user meets the reverse archiving condition is judged, namely whether reverse archiving operation can be executed on the group chat to be reversely archived is judged essentially. Based on the identity information of the third user and the information of the group chat to be reversely archived, the preset reverse archiving condition may include: user authority meeting the requirements of the reverse archiving and group chat types meeting the requirements of the reverse archiving. The user right meeting the reverse archiving requirement can include: the user must be a group chat creator or a group chat administrator in the to-be-reversed archived group chat; or only a group chat creator. The group chat type meeting the reverse archiving requirement can be as follows: can only be a private group; can only be public groups; either a public group or a private group; after the existing group chat is filed, the reverse filing operation can not be executed. In practical application, the preset reverse filing condition can be correspondingly set according to application scenes of different instant messaging software and the preset filing condition.
In actual application, the judgment condition for the type of the group chat may not be included, that is, all the archived group chats may be reversely archived by default; however, if there is a requirement that the reverse archiving operation cannot be performed after a certain type of group chat is archived, a judgment condition for the type of group chat needs to be added.
Further, when it is determined that the group chat to be reversely archived conforms to the reverse archiving condition, a reverse archiving operation may be performed on the group chat to be reversely archived, where the reverse archiving operation includes: adding the group chat to be reversely archived into a chat session list of group members of the group chat to be reversely archived; and changing the group chat identifier of the to-be-reversed archived group chat from the archived group chat to a normal group chat.
It can be understood that after the reverse archiving operation is executed, the group chat to be reversely archived becomes a common group chat, and is displayed in the chat session list of the group members, and meanwhile, the group chat identifier is correspondingly adjusted, so that the chat records in the group chat list are also restored to the state capable of being searched.
In the embodiment of the application, for the archived group chats, the user can also perform reverse archiving on the archived group chats, namely, the archived group chats are restored to the state of common group chats, so that the flexibility of group chats management and the use convenience of the group chats are improved.
Further, in the reverse archive operation, if an operation of prohibiting chat is performed for an archive group chat in correspondence with the archive operation, it is necessary to perform, at the time of reverse archive, the following operations: a chat input window for a group chat to be reverse archived is marked as an inputtable information state. When the filed group chat is restored to the common group chat, the corresponding chat function is also restored, and the group members can continue to chat in the group chat, so that the flexibility of group chat management and the use convenience of the group chat are improved.
In addition, if the group chat to be reversely archived does not meet the preset reverse archiving condition, the corresponding prompt information can be generated and fed back to the third user. In this embodiment, when generating the corresponding prompt information, the prompt information may be generated according to a specific condition item that is not met, such as: the group chat type of the group chat to be reversely archived does not meet the regulation in the preset reverse archiving condition, and the prompt information generated at the moment can be 'the group chat type does not meet, and the operation fails'; the authority of the third user does not meet the specification of the preset reverse filing condition, and the prompt message generated at this time can be that "you have no operation authority, and the operation fails". In practical application, the generated prompt information may be flexibly set according to a specific application scenario, which is only an exemplary example in the embodiment of the present application. When feeding back to the third user, it may be: and displaying the prompt information on the interface where the user is located currently.
