Detailed Description
In order to make the aforementioned objects, features and advantages of the present application more comprehensible, the present application is described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and the detailed description.
One of the core ideas of the embodiment of the application is that the information of the optical splitter is acquired and updated through the terminal, and the information of the pipe dividers is sent to the system, so that the system can manage each pipe divider more effectively.
Referring to fig. 1, a flowchart illustrating a first step of an embodiment of a method for organizing device information according to the present application is shown. In this embodiment, the present application may be applied to a terminal, and the terminal may be in communication connection with a resource management system.
The terminal can be a mobile phone, a tablet or a smart watch and other smart terminal devices. The resource management system may be a management server, may include a preset database, and may store respective information of a plurality of devices to be managed in the database.
Specifically, the method for collating device information in this embodiment may include the following steps:
step 101, acquiring task information sent by the resource management system, wherein the task information is used for informing detection personnel to perform detection operation on preset equipment.
The resource management system can generate task information under the condition of user inquiry or preset time interval or terminal triggering, and send the task information to the terminal. The terminal can remind the inspector to perform inspection operation on the predetermined equipment after receiving the task information. For example, the terminal may vibrate or ring or display task information in a screen to alert the inspector.
Step 102, acquiring a first image of the preset device and an image identifier of a port included in the preset device.
The detection personnel can execute detection operation under the reminding of the task information received by the terminal, and the detection operation can comprise information detection, state detection, capacity detection and the like of preset equipment. After the detection operation is performed, the detection personnel can control the terminal to perform information collection on the predetermined device, such as collecting a first image of the predetermined device and collecting an image identifier of a port included in the predetermined device. It should be noted that each image identifier may contain user information.
The first image may be an image obtained by the inspector shooting the preset device from different angles. The image identifier may be an identifier corresponding to a plurality of ports included in the preset device. If there are 5 ports of the preset device, the image identifiers corresponding to the 5 ports can be obtained.
Step 103, acquiring the designated position selected by the detection person in the first image.
In this embodiment, the terminal may be provided with a display screen, and the inspector may perform different clicking or sliding or moving operations in the display screen.
After acquiring the first image and the image identifier of the preset device, the terminal can display the first image and the image identifier in the display screen respectively, and acquire the designated position selected by the inspector in the first image through the display screen.
The specified position may be any position in the first image, or may be a position of a port included in the first image.
And 104, adding the image identification to the specified position of the first image to obtain a second image and a coded image.
After the terminal determines the designated position selected by the inspector, the image tag is moved and added to the first image, and a second image is generated.
For example, the preset device includes three ports, the three ports are respectively arranged at the lower left of the first image, the inspector can select the designated positions of the three ports at the lower left of the first image, and then the terminal can add the three image identifiers to the three designated positions respectively to generate the second image including the three image identifiers.
The encoded image may be a two-dimensional code, which may contain the second image, and user information contained in the second image. The detection personnel can directly scan the coded image to obtain a plurality of user information corresponding to the corresponding optical splitters in the backward detection, and the detection personnel can conveniently carry out the detection and maintenance operation backward.
Step 105, sending the second image and the encoded image to the resource management system.
The terminal can send the second image and the encoded image to the resource management system after generating the second image and the encoded image. Because each image identifier contains user information, the generated second image can contain a plurality of user information, and the resource management system can update and manage the information of the preset device through the plurality of user information in the second image. Meanwhile, when maintenance or repair is needed, technicians can quickly and effectively inquire the resource management system, and therefore installation efficiency can be improved, and installation cost can be reduced. And the resource management system can distribute the technical personnel according to the technical personnel and the user information contained in the preset equipment, thereby shortening the installation process time, reducing the distribution operation and further improving the management efficiency.
In addition, the terminal can also store the coded image, and the coded image can be convenient for detection personnel to carry out detection operation backwards.
In an optional embodiment of the application, a method for arranging the equipment information is provided, and the method can be applied to a terminal, can quickly and effectively acquire and arrange the equipment information, and can improve the distribution efficiency of the equipment, shorten the search time of the equipment and reduce the cost of later installation and maintenance when the equipment needs to be maintained, replaced or installed. And the system can rapidly allocate technical personnel, can also improve the management efficiency of the equipment, and simultaneously can establish an equipment resource dynamic management system through the communication connection between the terminal and the system, thereby avoiding the condition of front clearing and back disorderly, improving the accuracy of resource management and reducing the resource waste.
Referring to fig. 2, a flowchart of steps of a second embodiment of a method for collating device information according to the present application is shown. The method and the device can be applied to the terminal, and the terminal can be in communication connection with the resource management system.
In this embodiment, the terminal and the resource management system may be the same as those in the above embodiments, and specific reference may be made to the above embodiments, which are not described herein again to avoid repetition.
For convenience of understanding, in the present embodiment, an optical splitter is taken as a preset device for explanation, and the optical splitter may be provided with a plurality of connection ports, and each connection port may be connected to a different user respectively. The beam splitters may be installed in different places or in different cells or in different premises or in different buildings. In actual operation, the preset device may also be a coupler, and the power divider and the like are passive devices.
Specifically, the method for collating device information in this embodiment may include the following steps:
step 201, acquiring task information sent by the resource management system, where the task information is used to notify a detection person to perform a detection operation on a preset device.
In a specific implementation, the resource management system may generate corresponding task information and send the task information to the terminal when the optical splitter fails or changes or receives update maintenance information sent by a user of the optical splitter within a preset time or when the user of the optical splitter changes or receives the update maintenance information.
For example, the optical splitter may fail during use, and the optical splitter may send a failure signal to the resource management system, and the resource management system may generate the task information after receiving the failure signal. For another example, when the resource management system receives update information of a user, task information is generated.
After the terminal receives the task information, the task information can be displayed on the terminal screen or sent to the detection personnel to remind the detection personnel to perform the detection operation on the optical splitter.
In the present embodiment, the detection operation includes detection of the use state of the spectroscope, user information detection, failure detection, position information detection, and the like.
Step 202, acquiring a first image of the preset device and an image identifier of a port included in the preset device.
In this embodiment, the inspector may control the terminal to obtain the first image of the optical splitter, or may control the terminal to obtain the image identifier from the resource management system.
Specifically, step 202 may include the following sub-steps:
substep 2021, acquiring a first image and current position information of the preset device, and sending the current position information to the resource management system, where the resource management system is configured to search for an image identifier of a port included in the preset device from a preset database according to the current position information, and send the image identifier to the terminal.
In specific implementation, a detection person can control the terminal to shoot the spectroscope for multiple times to obtain a first image. The terminal may obtain current location information while taking the first image from the beam splitter, and the current location information may include latitude and longitude, altitude, time to obtain coordinates, speed, orientation, and the like. The terminal can use the GPS to monitor the state to obtain the current position information. For example, one method of implementing an interface may be implemented using a method similar to the locationinterener interface, implementing the interface and creating objects: onGpsStatusChanged (int event); the method realizes monitoring of the change of the satellite state information, writes a logic code according to the type of the event, and registers and monitors after an object is created to obtain the current position information.
The terminal can send the current location information to the resource management system after obtaining the current location information. The resource management system may obtain a specific position of the optical splitter from the current position information, and then search, in a preset database, a user to which a plurality of ports of the optical splitter are respectively connected and a plurality of user information of the user, such as an address of the user, a port number used by the user, a user ID, and the like, through the specific position.
After the resource management system can search the obtained user information, it can package the user information corresponding to each port to generate an image identifier, and send the image identifier to the terminal. Each image identifier may contain user information corresponding to the port of the optical splitter currently.
Substep 2022, receiving the image identifier of the port included in the preset device sent by the resource management system.
In a specific implementation, if the optical splitter includes multiple ports, the resource management system may send multiple image identifiers at the same time, and the terminal may also receive image identifiers corresponding to the multiple ports at the same time.
Step 203, acquiring the designated position selected by the detection person in the first image.
In this embodiment, after the terminal acquires the first image, the first image may be displayed on the display screen, and then the inspector may perform a click operation, a slide operation, or a touch operation on the display screen of the terminal, and the terminal may acquire various operations of the inspector on the display screen and determine the designated position selected by the inspector according to the various operations.
Specifically, step 203 may comprise the following sub-steps:
and a substep 2031 of receiving a sliding operation of the inspector acting on a preset screen of the terminal.
Sub-step 2032 of determining a designated position selected by the detecting person in the first image in response to the sliding operation.
In specific implementation, the optical splitter corresponding to the first image is provided with 3 ports, the three ports are respectively displayed at the upper left corner, the lower left corner and the middle position of the first image, a detection person can slide from the side edge to the upper left corner in the display screen, and the terminal can acquire the position of the upper left corner selected by the sliding operation of the detection person as a designated position.
And 204, adding the image identifier to the specified position of the first image to obtain a second image and a coded image.
In this embodiment, the terminal may generate a corresponding second image by adding the designated position of the first image to the image identifier, and may generate a corresponding encoded image, such as a two-dimensional code, by using the second image.
Optionally, the terminal may acquire a plurality of identical or different first images, and the terminal may add an image identifier to a designated position of a different first image.
Since the image identifier contains user information, the generated second image may also include a plurality of user information, and the terminal may generate a plurality of encoded images, such as a plurality of different two-dimensional codes, using the second image.
Specifically, the encoded image may be a splitter two-dimensional code, a port two-dimensional code. The two-dimensional code of the optical splitter can be used for scanning codes by detection personnel subsequently, so that the detection personnel can acquire detailed information of the optical splitter, such as information including responsible persons, equipment names, installation users and the like. In addition, the port two-dimensional code can be used for scanning by detection personnel subsequently, so that the detection personnel can acquire port information of the optical splitter, such as a user address corresponding to the port, a user ID, a port number and the like, and can help the detection personnel to maintain and process faults of the optical splitter.
Step 205, sending the second image and the encoded image to the resource management system.
In this embodiment, after the terminal generates the second image and the encoded image, the second image and the encoded image can be respectively transmitted to the resource management system, and the terminal can also store the encoded image for subsequent use by the inspection personnel.
Step 206, when the connection operation of the detection personnel is determined, a first list corresponding to the preset device is obtained and displayed, and user information in use when the port of the preset device is connected is recorded in the first list.
In this embodiment, the detection person may click the terminal, and the terminal may determine the connection operation of the detection person according to the click operation of the detection person. For example, the inspector may continuously click two display screens of the terminal, and the terminal may determine the connection operation of the inspector.
When the terminal determines the connection operation of the detection personnel, the terminal can acquire a first list of the optical splitter from the resource management system, and the first list can record a plurality of pieces of information of users in use when the port of the optical splitter determined by the resource management system from the database at the current time is connected. There may be a list of a plurality of active user information.
Specifically, the terminal may call a network management interface accessing the resource management system, and obtain the first list through the network management interface.
And step 207, when the disconnection operation of the detection personnel is determined, acquiring and displaying a second list corresponding to the preset equipment, wherein the second list records user information of the preset equipment in use when the port of the preset equipment is disconnected.
In this embodiment, a detection person can pull out a connection line of one of the ports of the optical splitter, so that the port is in a disconnected state, then the detection person can click the terminal, and the terminal can determine the disconnection operation of the detection person according to the click operation of the detection person. For example, the inspector may continuously click the third screen of the terminal, or click a certain button of the terminal, and the terminal may determine the disconnection operation of the inspector.
When the terminal determines that the detection personnel disconnect, the terminal may acquire a second list of the optical splitter from the resource management system, where the second list may record a plurality of pieces of information of the user in use remaining when one of the ports of the optical splitter determined by the resource management system from the database at the current time is disconnected. There may be a list of the remaining plurality of active user information.
Specifically, the terminal may also call a network management interface accessing the resource management system, and obtain the second list through the network management interface.
Step 208, obtaining list difference information between the first list and the second list, where the list difference information is information of a user currently used by a port of the preset device.
When the terminal obtains the first list and the second list, the user information of the first list and the user information of the second list can be differentiated to obtain the list difference information between the two lists. The list difference information can also be obtained by searching the first list and the second list. The list difference information may be user information corresponding to a currently disconnected port in the second list.
Step 209, determining whether the list difference information is the same as the user information preset by the port of the preset device.
Whether the list difference information is the same as the user information actually corresponding to the currently disconnected port of the optical splitter can be judged. The user information actually corresponding to the currently disconnected port of the optical splitter may be the input of the detection personnel.
